Background: Karma Yoshida is the next Kamen Rider Accel, he's is the successor of Ryu Terui. He is a childhood friend of Satoru, he befriend him when they are kids, after Karma become a delinquent and challenge people to fight. Satoru arrive and stop Karma, but Karma decide to fight Satoru, until Satoru defeat Karma, and Karma admit he was lost. Karma continue his delinquent sometimes but he protect people from thugs, one day he decide to buy his favorite Kamen Rider belt from Toy store, and heading back to his home. He see his mother is freezing which shock Karma, and touch his mother as she lost her conscious and went to coma. Karma is angry and decide to hunt the one who hurt his mother, a man arrive and reveal it was Daiki Kaito, who give him the Accel Driver and Accel Memory, told Karma that it was Weather Dopant did it, which fuel Karma's anger to hunt the man. Daiki send him to world of Detective Conan, and give him a new bike to hunt the man.
