Personality

Joshua is a man with genius-intellect, who is easily get excited toward or extremely attracted to anything he deems mysterious or interesting, that causes his hair to stand up straight.

Often times he acts egotistical and sharp-tongued, where he tends to praise himself for his genius talent and inventions. However, he strongly believes that science or any talent in general should be use for the benefit of people, and love and peace to the world. This side is why he harbors hatred toward Mages due to their arrogance and their actions often threatening to destroy the world.

His relationship with Maki is one of the major factors in his life, as he would often tease her for being the brawn of the Jujutsu sorcerers which anger her. However, despite this he extremely cares for Maki, as he was enraged toward her family, particularly Naoya, and her father Ogi, for attempting to kill her.

Human-Martian-Blood Tribe Hybrid Physiology: Joshua is a part human, part Martian, and part Blood Tribe due to being created from portions of both Evolto and Vernage's DNAs.

Hazard Level Enhancement: Using Build system, Joshua's physical conditions has been enhanced and altered, due to being exposed to the Nebula Gas and gaining amounts of Hazard Level. Initially, his Hazard Level was 3, but after continuous usage of new Fullbottles and devices, along with his emotional level like rage, his Hazard level has been increased. With the usage of Rabbit Tank Sparkling Fullbottle, his Hazard Level rose to 3.9, later 4.4 and more with the Hazard Trigger, and using the Genius Bottle he was 6.3. Currently, his Hazard Level is 7, the highest level of Hazard Level so far.

Liquification: Joshua has the ability to transform his body into red and blue pool of liquid. In this form, he can possess any living beings. He is also even able to possess others separately by scattering portion of his own genes, either to ensure his survival or to do his bidding. Inherited from his father, Evolto.

Fullbottle Augmentation: By shaking a Fullbottle in his hand, regardless of whether he is transformed or not, Joshua can gain abilities based on said Fullbottle's traits.

Fullbottle Purification: Joshua has the unique ability to purify Fullbottles that receives Smash materials to make them compatible with the Build Driver, inherited from his mother Vernage.
