Haruna Sakurada is a young girl who always happy with her family. However, her life has changed upside down after her parents died of an accident and caused her to fall into a depression to the verge of making her attempt to commit suicide, but, her childhood friends; Yuuki Kusanagi and Makoto Takasugi, managed to stop her from doing so.

In a fateful day, she and her friends trying to stop a mysterious thief from stealing a priceless bronze mirror but ended up shattering the mirror in the process. Thus, they were sent to the alternate world of the Romance of the Three Kingdoms (三国志演義 Sangokushi Engi), where every major figure had become the beautiful girls. Later, she was found by the legendary Sonken Chuubou (孫権 仲謀 Sun Quan) when one of the splitting shooting star's fragment has landed on her castle garden.

After she learned about Kusanagi siblings and Makoto who has been hailed as the Messenger of Heaven (天の御遣い Ten no Mitsukai): Gaim (鎧武 Gaimu) and Zangetsu (斬月 Zangetsu) of Shoku (蜀 Shu) and Baron (バロン) of Gi (魏 Wèi), she decided to join with Go (呉 Wú) by hailed herself as the fourth Messenger of Heaven and transformed into Kamen Rider Ryugen (仮面ライダー龍玄 Kamen Raidā Ryūgen), in order to catch up and reunited with her friends.

Her new story in this world is about to begin...

・Cooking Skills: Funnily enough, her horrible cooking was mostly described as "dark matter" and also considered as the most deadly weapon. If anyone eats her cooking, they instantly poisoned and leave the following effects like amnesia, stomach ache and diarrhea. The effect is so powerful that even Yuuki Kusanagi and Makoto Takasugi have suffered of stomach ache and diarrhea respectively and they've forced to bedridden for a week. When it comes in touch with someone's skin, it can lead to severe burns. Because of this, her friends had absolutely forbidden Haruna from cooking anything ever again, much to her dismay.

The Sengoku Driver (戦極［センゴク］ドライバー Sengoku Doraibā lit. "War Culminating Driver") is the transformation belt for the Sengoku Riders.

Her Sengoku Driver is one of the original Prototype Sengoku Drivers and it has DNA Restriction features which only allows Haruna Sakurada to uses the Sengoku Driver after places the Driver on his waist for the first time. Her Sengoku Driver didn't provide any special attachments.

Her Sengoku Driver plays an Chinese erhu and gong music and announces "Hai" (ハイー) before every transformation. Her personal Lockseeds are styled either dividing into three parts or ending with a fighting grunt ("Ha-Ha-Ha" or "Sei-ya Ha").

The Sengoku Driver is composed of the following parts:

　・Lock On Arm (ロックオンアーム Rokku On Āmu) is the arm part fixing the Lockseed. When releasing the power of Lockseed, it plays a role of a safety device to prevent power runaway.

　・Drive Bay (ドライブベイ Doraibu Bei) is the storage bay to set Lockseed. It has enough strength to withstand power released and also plays a role as a connector for connection that exchanges energy between Lockseed and Sengoku Driver.

　・Cutting Blade (カッティングブレード Kattingu Burēdo) is a blade-like switch that plays the role of a trigger to release the power of Lockseed. By lowering the blade, the set Lockseed opens, and it exerts its effect.

　・Rider Indicator (ライダーインジケーター Raidā Injikētā) is a display board indicating that the transformation to Armored Rider was certified.

　・Lift-off Switch (リフトオフスイッチ Rifuto-ofu Suitchi) is a switch next to the Cutting Blade. It can release the transformation by the Sengoku Driver.

　・Folding Band (フォルディングバンド Forudingu Bando) is the belt part to hold the Sengoku Driver. Usually it is folded and stored in the buckle part of the driver, but it automatically stretches according to the wearer's body shape.

　・Band Shelter (バンドシェルター Bando Sherutā) is a storage block to store the Folding Band.

The Sengoku Driver is usually only in its buckle form. If the user wants to use the belt, all they have to do is place it on their waist and the Folding Band will automatically wrap around their body, fastening the belt.

The Sengoku Driver possesses a Rider Indicator called Face Plate (フェイスプレート Feisu Purēto) on the wearer's left hand side. The Rider Indicator indicates what Ride Wear was generated upon attaching to the user during its first use. When the Driver is damaged beyond function, the Rider Indicator becomes blank. Removal of the Rider Indicator allows extensions to be used in its place.

The Sengoku Driver can pluck Helheim fruit and transform them into Lockseeds. Wearing a Driver and locking a Lockseed in also provides nutrition to a wearer thus allowing them to survive without growing hungry.

When the Cutting Blade is pressed down between one and three times, the user can activate a certain ability.

　・Once: The Squash (スカッシュ Sukasshu) function can either power up a Rider's Arms Weapon for a finishing attack or allow the user to initiate a Rider Kick when infused with the fruit-shaped/nut-shaped energy of their Arms.

　・Twice: The Au Lait (オーレ Ōre) function gives extra power to the Squash function.

　・Thrice: The Sparking (スパーキング Supākingu) function can either further enhance a Rider's finishing attack to its full potential or temporarily convert the user's Armor Part into its original fruit/nut form to spin and use as a shield.

Sengoku Driver w/Genesis Core Unit

The Genesis Core Unit (ゲネシスコアユニット Geneshisu Koa Yunitto) is the central piece of the Genesis Driver. As it is more advanced than the prototype drivers used in the Sengoku Driver, it can accept both normal Lockseeds and the Energy Lockseeds. The effect of using a Normal Lockseed and Energy Lockseed in conjunction creates a jinbaori-themed Jimber Armor Part, a mixture of both of the Lockseeds that make it up.

The Genesis Core Unit can be used alongside the Sengoku Driver by removing its Rider Indicator and attaching the unit in its place. Initially deemed as a reject prototype and failure, this configuration yields unexpected results, granting performance extremely similar to the standard Genesis Driver. Aside from this, it grants varying special abilities exclusive only to this configuration, which is sacrificed in the standard Genesis Driver for higher raw performance.

・Lockseeds

The Lockseeds (ロックシード Rokkushīdo) are mysterious devices that are the source of the Sengoku Riders' powers. They all have powers associated with fruits, seeds, berries, and nuts. Lockseeds were originally fruits that grow on trees in the Helheim Forest.

The Inves love Lockseeds and Helheim's fruits, regarding them as their favorite food. However, if an Inves consumes a Lockseed, it assumes its Advanced State, and if it consumes yet another Lockseed, then that Inves will evolve into its Strengthened Form.

When a person wearing a Sengoku Driver/Genesis Driver picks a Helheim fruit, they will quickly convert into Lockseeds.

If an Sengoku Rider summons an Inves in a battle, then they will be fully materialized in the real world, however, if a New Generation Rider summons an Inves, one Lockseed can call in three at a time. If one manages to jailbreak a Lockseed, they can summon fully materialized Inves as well without being an Armored Rider, although there is a chance for the Lockseed to malfunction.

Lockseeds are given ranks, from D to A, but it is unknown if either the number of the Lockseed, the chance of rarity of such a Lockseed being found, or a combination of the two makes the Lockseed's ranking.

A-Class Lockseeds are normally unbreakable (though they can be devoured by an Inves or destroyed by powerful attacks). Given their powerful nature, they are useful for both transformation as an Armored Rider or to summon a high-class Inves. One drawback is that the summoned Inves is in its Advanced State, and if said Inves consumes a Lockseed that summoned it or an entirely different Lockseed, it will evolve into a second form of itself called an Strengthened State (強化体 Kyōka-tai).

Beyond the normal variety of Locseeds, there exists another brand of Lockseed in the form of Lock Vehicle Lockseeds (ロックビークルロックシード Rokku Bīkuru Rokkushīdo). They are indicated by their rougher design and their theme being based on flowers. Once unlocked, the Lock Vehicles will unfold from their Lockseed Modes into their Vehicle Modes, and have the capacity to breach into the Helheim Forest by forming a crack (either at a certain speed or with a beam). Due to these Lockseeds being made mainly as a mode of transportation, Lock Vehicle Lockseeds do not have a Lockseed ranking.

A certain organization has managed to created fully functional artificial and more powerful Lockseeds Energy Lockseeds (エナジーロックシード Enajī Rokkushīdo) that sacrifices the ability to summon a normal Arms Weapons when used in a Driver, instead summoning a Sonic Arrow (with the exception of Kamen Rider Kurokage Shin). These particular Lockseeds can only be used by a New Generation Rider with a Genesis Driver, though there is a roundabout way Sengoku Driver-wearing Armored Riders can use Energy Lockseeds. In terms of rankings, Energy Lockseeds are given the general rank of Class S, outranking even the more powerful nature-converted Lockseeds (except skilled users of the Suika Lockseed). Like A-Classed Lockseeds, they are normally unbreakable.

The Budou Ryuhou (ブドウ龍砲 Budō Ryūhō lit. "Grape Dragon Cannon") is the Sengoku Rider Arms Weapons granted either by accessing Budou Arms, Yomotsuheguri Arms or via the summoning ability of Kiwami Arms.

It resembles a magnum or a revolver, with the barrel taking an aesthetic element from a Gatling gun. The pull hammer is in the shape of grape leaves to go with the grape-like additions to the side of the gun, with multiple purple-tinted muzzles bundled to take the form of a bunch of grapes. This weapon's firepower can be increased temporarily by pulling the hammer once.

The Budou Ryuhou consists of the following parts:

　・Kahō Mutsure (火砲六連 Kahō Mutsure, lit. 'Six Guns of Fire') is the gatling gun-like muzzle of the Budou Ryuhou It is composed of superior fireproof material, and can shoot up to 100 bullets per second.

　・Kuro Fūdõ (黒風洞 Kuro Fūdõ, lit. 'Black Wind Tunnel') is the cooling port of the Arms Weapon. It is the silver-rimmed yellow segment located on top of the Budou Ryuhou. It prevents the gun from overheating by drawing in outside air.

　・Kidõ Shõjun (軌道照準 Kidõ Shõjun, lit. 'Trajectory Aiming') is the silver section on top of the Budou Ryuhou. It is an inbuilt targeting unit that helps the Rider to aim accurately. A laser oscillator and reception unit is built in, calculating the trajectory, angle and position of target(s) and informing the Rider.

　・Ryūgoku Dansõ (龍玉弾倉 Ryūgoku Dansõ, lit. Dragon Magazine) is the grape-like decoration on the main body of the Budou Ryuhou. It generates and stores bullets. It is possible to create up to 6000 bullets per minute, and the rate of creating bullets can be adjusted based on firing speed.

　・Ryokuhō Gekitetsu (緑宝撃鉄 Ryokuhō Gekitetsu, lit. Green Treasure Hammer) is the green vine-like pull hammer at the end of the Budou Ryuhou. By pulling on it, bullets are fed into the Kahõ Mutsure.

　・Tatsuo Tetsu (龍尾鉄 Tatsuo Tetsu, lit. Dragon Tail Iron) is the trigger of the Budou Ryuhou.

　・Hakuraku Jūha (白楽銃把 Hakuraku Jūha, lit. White Gun Grasp) is the silver segment of the gun grip. It is integrated with gun magazines. The Hakuraku Jūha absorbs recoil at the time of shooting, minimizing the 'blur' of the aim.

The Kiwi Gekirin (キウイ撃輪 Kiui Gekirin lit. "Kiwi Attack Wheels") is the Sengoku Rider Arms Weapons granted either by accessing Kiwi Arms, Yomotsuheguri Arms, or via the summoning ability of Kiwami Arms. They take on the form of dual gigantic wind and fire wheels. They can also be thrown at an enemy like boomerangs, which also allows them to come back to the user.

The Kiwi Gekirin consists of the following parts:

　・En Geki Ha (円撃刃 En Geki Ha, lit. 'Circular Blade') is the decorated outside blade of the Kiwi Gekirin that can be utilized for slashing attacks. It is easy to control due to its weight, and movement can be adjusted with a flick of the wrist. Additionally, thanks to the shape, it is suitable for deflecting enemy attacks.

　・Hi Yokusõ (飛翼爪 Hi Yokusõ, lit. 'Flight Claw') is the black connecting pieces between the En Geki Ha and the Kazaguruma Wa.

　・Kazaguruma Wa (風車環 Kazaguruma Wa, lit. 'Windmill Ring') is the stabilizing ring in the middle of the Arms Weapon, and resembles a kiwi slice. In addition, to provide balance to the weapon, it also stabilizes the posture of the Kiwi Gekiri when it is thrown, allowing extended flight.

　・Kokuryū Hone (黒龍骨 Kokuryū Hone, lit. 'Black Dragon Bone') is the handle. The sculpted scratches on it inform the Rider of the weapon's power via unknown means.

The Pine Iron (パインアイアン Pain Aian, short for "Pineapple Iron") is the granted Sengoku Rider Arms Weapon either by accessing Pine Arms or via the summoning ability of Kiwami Arms. It is a flail that looks like a pineapple fruit.

The Daidaimaru consists of the following parts:

　・Pine Conifer (パインコニファー Pain Konifā) is a bunch of hard and sharp needles implanted at the tip of an iron ball. A needle placed at an angle so as to spread out exerts a great deal of damage as it breaks down when pierced armor or skin is pulled out.

　・Quadrangle Pike (クアドラングルパイク Kuadoranguru Paiku) are spikes covering the iron ball portion of the pine iron. It can crush armor or hardened skin and gives great damage.

　・Weight Star (ウェイトスター U~eito Sutā) is a mass of alloy attached to the tip of the pine iron. The destructive power of the iron ball accelerated by the power of a Rider is incredible; it is said to be able to destroy the armor of a tank.

　・Lock Gakka (ロクガクカ Roku Gakuka) is the green hand-guard of Daidaimaru.

　・Boost Core (ブーストコア Būsuto Koa) is a silver control device that generates a magnetic field and controls the iron ball portion, installed on the bottom of the Pine Iron. In addition to accelerating the action of the generated magnetic field, it is used to correct the trajectory.

　・Joint Branch (ジョイントブランチ Jointo Buranchi) is the grip part of pine iron. It can connect with Musou Saber.

The Pine Iron can combine with the Musou Saber for the more effective Kusarigama Mode (鎖鎌モード Kusarigama Mōdo, lit."Chain Sickle Mode").

The Genesis Bow Sonic Arrow (創世弓ソニックアロー Sōseikyū Sonikku Arō), more commonly referred to as the Sonic Arrow, is a bladed bow-like side weapon used primarily by any Kamen Riders who transforms using a fruit-based Class-S Energy Lockseed. Non fruit-based Class-S Energy Lockseeds provide an Arms Weapon instead.

The Sonic Arrow consists of the following parts:

　・Arch Grip (アーチグリップ Āchi Gurippu) - The grip. Sonic String (ソニックストリング Sonikku Sutoringu) - The 'string'. It is a power assisting device that helps the Nocking Drawer. It also has a built-in shock absorber that absorbs any recoil when shooting.

　・Nocking Drawer (ノッキングドローワー Nokkingu Dorōwā) - The 'nock'/black handle. By pulling it, energy is supplied to the rest of the Sonic Arrow; when released, a safety device is released as well, letting an energy arrow fly.

　・Charge Signal (チャージシグナル Chāji Shigunaru) - A blue indication lamp located behind to the Energy Drive Bay (facing the user). It indicates the user as to when the Sonic Arrow is fully charged.

　・Energy Drive Bay (エナジードライブベイ Enajī Doraibu Bei) - A slot where Energy (or regular) Lockseeds can be attached. Any Lockseed attached will supply power to the Sonic Arrow for finishing moves.

　・Aiming Scope (エイミングスコープ Eimingu Sukōpu) - A red laser pointer mounted next to the Energy Drive Bay (facing outwards). As the laser will point straight ahead to the expected impact destination, the accuracy of shots will not falter even in the dark or when attempting to shoot a target far away.

　・Arc Rims (アークリム Āku Rimu) - The blue bladed sections. They are extremely sharp and can be used as regular blades in combat.

　・Arrow Rest (アローレスト Arō Resuto) - The blue 'arrow tip'. It is a launching device that shoots out energy arrows.

The bow is a modernized bow with blades on the front of the bow, allowing its users to use it as a melee weapon. It features a laser point tracer to aid the user in landing important shots. Depending on the Energy Lockseed the user is equipped with, the Sonic Arrow can serve different purposes, serving a wide range of utility.

Their internal finishers through the Genesis Driver and their Sonic Volley also vary.

Like the Musou Saber, by inserting an Energy Lockseed into the Energy Drive Bay (エナジードライブベイ Enajī Doraibu Bei) and locking it in place, the user can perform either a Sonic Volley (ソニックボレー Sonikku Borē) finishing attack or an unnamed Rider Slash finishing attack. The Sonic Arrow's damage output can be further enhanced by placing a non-Energy Lockseed into its Energy Drive Bay.
