We see Saitama at his apartment balcony watering a small plant. Everything seems peaceful until he hears a buzzing sound then he see what is costing a noise. A Mosquito is seen flying around him and then it lands onto his arm.

The Mosquito was about to drink his blood when suddenly his hand slaps his arm, killing the Mosquito within instant. Then seconds later the Mosquito flies through the cracks od his fingers and flies right in front of him.

Saitama squishing the Mosquito by clapping his hand and thought that done it. However when he open his hand the Mosquito flies out. Saitama gets serious now and quickly with lighting fast speed around the balcony, trying to kill the Mosquito.

While that is going on we see a news playing inside talking about a swarm of Mosquitos is attacking live stocks and people and encourage people to stay in doors and don't give outside.

(Intro)

(Meanwhile)

We see Y/n riding his motorbike through the now empty city trying to investigate Mosquitos suddenly attacking innocent people. He tries to call Saitama for help but he wasn't responding.

Y/n: Damn it. Looks like it's just me then.

He continues riding his bike through the city and looking around to see no signs of any life what so ever.

Y/n: (thought) I can't believe this city became empty the second the news came about Mosquito attacks. Could these Mosquitos be under some sort of a mind control? That could be the only reason to why this is happening. Still that's not the only thing i should worry about.

Then he heard something so he heads there to investigate. Soon he arrives and find some burglars robbing a jewelry store when they turn to see Y/n as he park his motorcycle bike and climbs out.

Y/n: What are you guys doing?! Haven't heard of Mosquitos attacking innocent people?

Burglar 1: (smirk) Yeah which is why this is a best opportunity to rob every store we find.

Burglar 2: How's about you walk away now or get beaten up.

Y/n: I can't allow you to use this as your chance to rob people.

Burglar 3: Ha! What are you, a hero?

Y/n: (smirk) Well watch me.....Henshin!

The burglars step back in shock but then one pulled out his pistol and fire several shots but the bullets bounce off of him. Then a few rushes towards him which Kuuga quickly takes them out.

The few burglars were not sure what to do as Kuuga stare at them and then tells them.

Kuuga: Get out of here now. Maybe turn yourselves in at the police station if they-

Suddenly a swarm of Mosquitos came and they surrounded the burglars. They screamed while there was nothing for Kuuga to do but watch. Then once the Mosquitos disburse Kuuga is shocked to see the burglars were drain from their blood and they are now like skeletons.

They drop to the ground and then Kuuga heard a female laughter and quickly turns around and see what seems like humanoid like Mosquito woman standing and glancing at Kuuga.

Kuuga: I'm gonna take a high guess and say that your controlling the Mosquitos?

Mosquito Girl: (smirk) You may call me Mosquito Girl and indeed, I control the Mosquitos. Soon I will turn the humans into my feeding ground for my Mosquitos!

Kuuga: That's not gonna happen! As long I'm here, this city will not fall!

Mosquito Girl: (smirk) Your cute, it is a shame i have to kill you.

Suddenly swarms of Mosquitos surrounded Kuuga while Mosquito Girl watched. However when they disburse Kuuga was completely fine as his armor protected his skin from Mosquitos.

Mosquito Girl: It seems your armor is too tough for my Mosquitos to drain your blood. I guess I have to deal with you myself!

Quickly she flies towards Kuuga and she strikes a kick at him. He was sent flying back and crash into a wall that form large cracks.

He land onto the ground but he gets up when suddenly Mosquito Girl appears in front of him and she goes to strike at him. He dodges her attack and then rush over and the two begin to battle all awhile a mysterious man is seen watching them fight.

Then Mosquito Girl pinned Kuuga against the wall as she smirk and said.

Mosquito Girl: (smirk) Such a brave hero. I wonder what is behind the helmet, perhaps maybe I'll let you live if your handsome, maybe you'll be my king.

Kuuga: (blush) N-Not a chance!

Then Kuuga kicks Mosquito Girl back and then he rushes towards her and goes for a strike when she dodges by flying above him. Kuuga stumble forward and looks up as Mosquito Girl rain down Mosquitos at him but he dodges their attack.

When he land on his feet Mosquito Girl appears behind him which he quickly turns and blocks her attack. The impact made Kuuga slide back but he stood his ground.

Mosquito Girl: (smirk) Not bad for a hero like you. But your all alone with no one to help you.

???: Negative.

Suddenly a energy blast hits Mosquito Girl and she crashes into a building leaving a large hole. Kuuga is surprised and turn to see a man with a cybernetic arm with a glow which Kuuga rushes over towards him.

Kuuga: Wow that looks awesome! Thanks for the help, who are you?

Genos: Genos.

Kuuga: Genos? Is that a super hero name cause that's a cool name.

Genos: It is my actual name.

Kuuga: That's even more cool.

Suddenly Mosquito Girls flies out and tackles Genso away as she takes Genos across the city while Kuuga watch this happen.

Kuuga: I need to help him! I won't have time to get my motorcycle bike. Maybe I use the roof to cut through.

Kuuga rushes over and tries to leap onto thr roof but he fell back to the ground. He looks up seeing that he couldn't jump high enough to reach the roof but he must try.

Kuuga: I gonna try. I can't let Genos die! I must do this!

Then he bend down while at the same time his Arcle belt turns blue and then he leaps up very high. He lands onto the roof and then noticed his armor change from Red to blue.

Kuuga: (surprised) Wow! I'm blue?

He is amazed but then sees the explosions in the distances so he begins leaping to roof to roof with amazing hight and then lands onto the location where he see Genos getting beaten up and his robotic body is shown.

Kuuga: (thought) Wait he's a cyborg?! No! Focus Kuuga, focus!

Then he sees Mosquito Girl and she flies towards Genso so thinking quickly he grabs a steel pip and rushes towards her. He then leaps up and suddenly the steel pip suddenly changes to a staff and hits Mosquito Girl with it.

Kuuga: Wow! I can change anything into a weapon! Awesome!

Genos: I must have an error. I thought your body was red?

Kuuga: Body?

Mosquito Girl: Let's end this!

Kuuga: Couldn't agree more!

???: GET BACK HERE!!!!

They turn to see Saitama running really fast and trying to kill a singal Mosquito with a Mosquito killing spray. Then he stops next to Kuuga and Genos, he had a pissed off face but his face completely changes to calm when he sees Kuuga.

Saitama: Oh hey man. What are you doing here?

Kuuga: Fighting a villain that is controlling a swarm kf Mosquitos.

Saitama: Huh.....that's bad.

Kuuga: Yeah, it is.

Genos: (thought) Does he know this random citizen?

Mosquito Girl: Looks like I have to kill all three you then! So be it!

Suddenly a swarm of Mosquitos begins to surround Mosquito Girl and they watch and then the swarm of Mosquitos disburse to reveal Mosquito Girl now her skin is all red with sharp claws and looking more powerful than before.

Kuuga gets ready and then she dashes towards the trio. Kuuga was about to swing his staff when Saitama ended it with a singal punch and she was sent flying and slammed into a building which quickly is covered in red. Genos is surprised by his power while Kuuga turns to Saitama.

Kuuga: Nice work? Probably let someone end the battle.

Saitama: Sorry I just hate Mosquitos.

Kuuga: I think we all do.

Then Kuuga turns to Genos and the helps him up.

Kuuga: You okay man?

Genos: My systems is working working fine.

Kuuga: That's good to hear.

Genos: But tell me. How did you change your body from Red to blue? Did you download something to give you an advantage?

Kuuga: Wait? You think I'm a cyborg?

Genos: Are you?

Kuuga: Sorry no. This Arcle belt allows me to transform into Kuuga and I guess give me others forms as well. Oh! I shouldn't have introduce myself. Hi, names Y/n L/n aka Kamen rider Kuuga. I'm a recent new hero and this is my friend, Saitama aka One Punch man. He's my neighbour and he's pretty Op. He can end fights with a singal punch.

Genos: I see. Is he a cyborg as well? Perhaps his shinny head is where he keeps his power.

Saitama: (mad) Hey!

Kuuga: Let's not fight! He's not a cyborg, he's flesh and bones. He told me he got this power by training a lot.

Genos: Interesting. I've never someone with such people. Perhaps you should teach me to be strong as you.

Saitama: I'm not much as a teacher.

Genos: But haven't you taught Y/n to use his powers?

Kuuga: We're more of partners rather than student and teacher. But hey, how's about we go to my place and we can talk.

Genos: Understood.

Saitama: Hey Y/n, you know this guy?

Kuuga: I don't know a lot about him but i am interested to get to know how he became a cyborg.

Saitama: He's a cyborg? I thought that was his armor?

Kuuga: No but still it is cool.

Saitama just shrugged and they walked away. We then cut to where we last see Mosquito Girl and she is seen alive but back to her normal form. She gets up and sees that she has been defeated.

Mosquito Girl: (thought) Damn it! Defeated. I don't know how powerful that bald guy was but I'm very lucky to be alive.

She then walks over to the edge and sees them walking about. She then land her eyes on Kuuga when he dehenshin and she gets to see his face.

She can't help but find himself attractive as she lick her lips and then decided.

Mosquito Girl: (smirk) Perhaps I'll spy on him and when the time is right, I'll make him.....as my Mosquito King.
