Background: That time in the incident when a stalker killed her and stab her with a knife by Ryosuke Kaihara Infront of her kids. Suddenly Blue flames burst out on her and revived transformed as an Orphnoch. Her kids were terrified about as a monster. She killed Ryosuke Kaihara with her tentacles stabbing him in the heart killing him desingenerate his lifeform turning into ashes. She disappeared from the Public and talent agency. She couldn't be with her kids because she was a monster after being killed. However she met Takumi Inui giving her the Muez Driver in order to protect herself and fight the Orphnoch. But the Timeline gets damaged causing some Riders from the past appear. She fought Kamen Rider Ouja out although she defeated him. This made her confused why there's a mirror Rider in her timeline.
