"I grind my teeth in pain as I slowly began to open my eyes. I picked myself up as my vision begins to return to me."

Manuel: what....happened....?

"I held my head as I stood up. My vision looked glitchy almost like a computer screen. Two words appear in my vision."

Manuel: What the hell is this...?

"Smoke begins to emits from my body. I looked down see the belt that has been formed around my waist. It was burning my body causing smoke to go up in the air."

Manuel: What is this?!?!

"I begin to pull at the belt trying to remove it from my body all while it burned my body. I began to roll around on the ground trying to pull this belt off of me. I began to scream out off the top of my lungs while I pulled off the belt completely tearing it into two and I threw it away for me. I inspected my body as I noticed that my clothes have been burnt and charred so much to the point where I could see my stomach but no sign of any type of wound could be seen. Then I looked over at the belt with the buckle attached to it. The broken belt attachment disappeared in thin air and all that was left is the buckle. I slowly back away from it."

Manuel: What the hell is all of this....?

"Then I look up outside of the crater to see a purple glowing light, I quickly climbed out of the crater and stared into the light as I saw a silhouette of a person standing about 6 feet tall slouch over while looking at the ground."

Manuel: H-hello?!

"The silhouette eyes then looked directly towards me with its glowing white eyes. I stumbled backwards and fell to the ground while the silhouette lunges towards me. I could only stare in fear on what was about to happen to me then in the crater below the buckle glowed in its radiant colors once again covering the entire area. I closed my eyes as the last thing I had heard was a loud sharp screech."

*January 4, 2022, Tuesday, Time: 7:00am*

"I opened my eyes as I picked myself up from laying in my bed."

Manuel: What a weird dream....

"I rub my eyes as I turn my head to look at my clock and I read the time."

Manuel: No that can't be right.....(Looks at clock again)....................crap.....

"I rushed into the bathroom and looked myself in the mirror to see myself covered from head to toe in dirt and soot all in the while my shirt was burnt above the waist area."

Manuel: (Screams) How'd I end up like this?!?!

"I began to take a shower and get ready for the school day. I changed into my school uniform before I go I needed to comb my hair."

Manuel: Just what happened last night? I remember going out to the city but after that....

"I throw the comb back in the bathroom mirror cabinet."

Manuel: It's all a huge blur!!

"I slammed the mirror cabinet shut with my left hand but as soon as it hits against the rest of the cabinet upon impact which should've just closed normally, the mirror had shattered completely. With all the glass landing in the tile floor. I look in awe."

Manuel: (Shocked) What was.....? (Looks at left hand) That...?

"My phone then began to buzz in my pocket and when I took it out I looked at it to see a message from Angel."

*Hey! Are you at school? I need to talk to you about something. It's something serious...please respond!*

"I look up at the mess and while I look towards the broken mirror with worry. I quickly shake my head to get my mind of it. I quickly put on my backpack and keys as I reply back to Angel's message."

*Hi I'm still home about to leave right now but can't this wait? I'm sort of having a off day...*

*No this absolutely CANNOT WAIT! Look let's skip classes today.....seriously something weird is happening!*

*Calm down!*

*I AM CALM!!!*

*Angel just settle down! Seriously what's so important that we need to skip classes for today? It's our second day at school if we're caught we'll be expelled.*

*I know! Just please...I'm really scared right now. Meet me at school gate!*

*Uhh okay I guess. I'm going now.*

"I put away my phone as I then reach the door knob of my front door and without any effort whatsoever I was able to take the entire door out of its hinges with them still intact. The door falls forward onto me."

Manuel: What....THE HELL....IS HAPPENING?!

"I began desperately to fix or rather re-place the door from where it belongs. My next door neighbor Sierra sees this and yells out seeing my frantic panic."

Sierra: Hey! Manny! Are you okay?! How did your door break like that?!

"She begins to walk over towards me but after I began to panic the closer she came. Without thinking I left the wood door alone as I began to make a run for it. Sierra runs trying to stop me."

Sierra: Manny wait!

"Sierra looks at the door's broken hinges."

Sierra: How'd did that happen?

*January 4, 2022, Tuesday, Time: 7:20am*

*Location: Sidewalk*

"I continued to run for two miles towards my school."

Manuel: (In thoughts) What's happening to me? How was I able to do that?

"I bumped into a classmate wearing the same uniform as mine. I fell onto the side of the road as the classmate stumbles forward but a female friend of his who's also wearing our school's uniform keeps him from falling but holding him by the arms."

Manuel: I'm so sorry!

Male student: D-don't worry about it. Just watch where you're going next time okay?

Female student: (Gasps) Hey! Look out!!!

"She points out towards the right of me as I turned my head to look I see a incoming car just inches away from me. Without thinking, I push up from the ground with my right hand as I then launched myself into the air barely dodging out of the way of the incoming car. I spun my body three times in midair as I came down to the ground and then landed on my two feet. I look up regaining my senses as I see the car that nearly hit me brake a good couple of feet away from me. I see the female driver get out as I see the hazard lights turned on for her car."

Female Driver: Oh my gosh! I didn't even see him! Where is he-?!

"The driver looks at me seeing that I am unscathed from the near accident that had almost occurred. She rushes over to me."

Female Driver: Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry! Are you hurt?!

Manuel: U-um I u-Uh.....

"The two students from the sidewalk saw this happened and were stunned towards what I had done even me myself couldn't believe in what I had done."

Male Student: Y-You just-!

Female Student: How'd you do that?!

Manuel: I uhh...

"Just then the sounds of sirens as I turned my head to see two police cars approaching the scene, parking to the side of the road. They get out of their cars as they both of them seemed concerned."

Friendly Officer 1: What happened here? An accident?

Friendly Officer 2: We saw your hazard lights on from afar Ma'am.

Female Driver: Oh well you see-!

Manuel: There was no accident! Nothing is wrong!

Friendly Officer 1: Easy kid. No need to be nervous here just wanted to be sure everything is alright here is all.

Manuel: Yeah everything is okay!

Male Student: Actually officer something did happen! This guy fell in the middle of the street here and the driver almost hit him but-!

Female Student: He jumped over the car! One moment he was laying on the ground then the next he jumped into the air over the car!

Friendly Officer 2: Kid...is this true?

Friendly Officer 1: Come on there's no one that could possibly react that fast especially not fast enough to avoid a moving vehicle. Their minds probably playing a trick on them.

Manuel: I ummm (Takes a few steps backwards)

Friendly Officer 1: In any case, he's clearly in shock for what had happened. Ma'am we're gonna need to take you and this young man here back to the station for some questioning.

Female Driver: Umm sure that's alright with me.

Manuel: What? No! Nothing happened and I'm fine! There's no need for that!

"I could then hear the sound of my heart beat racing louder and louder almost like it's in my ear. I didn't know how to feel it was as if all the senses in my body were reacting out of cautious."

Friendly Officer 2: Don't worry kid. It's just the standard questions we'll contact your school and be sure to tell them why you'll be absent from school.

"The second officer grabs me by the shoulder and starts leading me to the police car. I begin to panic even further as I felt my heart drop. Without thinking my body moved on its own as I grabbed the Officer and flipped him over my head and threw him onto the ground while I then punched him knocking him out. Everyone was shocked by this including me. I let go of him as I stepped away. The first officer then starts to get his gun and aims it towards me."

Manuel: Hey! I'm sorry it was an accident!! It was just a reflex!!

Friendly Officer 1: I don't want to use force on you kid! You seem like a good kid but you just committed assault against an officer of the law! Put your hands up in the air or else I will be forced to shoot!

Manuel: Wait! Let's talk about this!!

Friendly Officer 1: Please don't make it any harder on yourself kid!

Manuel: Officer! Please!

"I put up my hands in front of me as I backed away."

Friendly Officer 1: L-last chance...!

Manuel: Please!!

"The officer then shoot a bullet from his gun towards me. I closed my eyes as I moved my hands instinctively in the way of the bullet. I expected to feel pain from the bullet but I opened my eyes and felt like I had something in my hand. I look towards the people who were involved in this situation. I look as the female student was hiding behind the male student as he looks at me in disbelief then I turn to the female driver that nearly hit me who is looking towards me in horror. I look back at the officer in which had fired the gun and he lowers it as we steps back. I felt something small in my hand and I look down to see that the bullet the officer had fired was in my grasp. I dropped the bullet on ground as I look in fear and then I proceed to run away from the scene. The officer while hesitant he radio the situation in to the rest of the officers in the area."

Friendly Officer 1: (Talks into radio) O-officer down. Need medical assistance. We got a runner. A kid. Male, maybe fifteen or sixteen years of age. Wearing a Hoover academy Uniform. Suspect considered to be very dangerous.

Manuel: What the hell?! what the hell?! WHAT THE ACTUALLY HELL?!?!

"I run towards my school where I see two other police officers at the front gate of my school but Angel was nowhere to be seen. I hide behind a tree and call Angel on my phone."

Manuel: Come on. Come on. Pick up.

"The call then goes to straight to voicemail."

Manuel: Hey Angel?! Get back to me soon! I got myself into a bit of trouble!

"A few police sirens can be heard in the Area around my school. As I peeked out of behind the tree I see a Officer point toward me while I see a few more running towards my position."

Manuel: Shit! Angel if you hear this meet me over at a café called "Nascita"! Okay? I gotta go now! (Hangs up and pockets phone)

Officer: Hey you stop!!

"I started running away from the school and rush towards the city as three police cars chase after me as I run down the street. I continued running on the street as then picked up the pace I started to out run the cars with little to no effort. I continued at the same pace and I rush pass upcoming cars at a 40 miles per hour road. I eventually got to a intersection where the signal light turned red and the cars ahead are speeding across the road I was running straight in. In my mind, I told myself to stop but my body kept moving by itself. I jumped on top of a stopped car at the red light and I looked behind me to see the police cars coming. Unknowingly to me, I smirked as I then jump off the car and flipped over all the cars over to the opposite side of the intersection. I ran down the street a bit more and then hide in the middle of a alleyway. I stood there for a few minutes and saw the police cars pass by me. The coast was clear as I lean against a car attempting to calm myself down."

Manuel: I don't know what the hell happened but- That was......crazy.......really.....really crazy.....I wonder how I did that. (Pulls out phone) Better call Angel again. Hopefully he answers.

"I call his contact on my phone and held it up to my ear. Then I heard a ringtone go off that sounded nearby. I look around to see where it was coming from."

Manuel: What the heck? Where is that-?

"Suddenly I heard a loud male screaming. I look around frantically while the screaming gets louder and louder as more time passes."

???: (Screams) Ahhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!

"I see as a figure from up above falling and then crashes into a nearby parked car causing the entire roof to be inserted inside the car and the alarm goes off. I look to see who it was and I see Angel looking up to the sky from the car he fell on top of."

Angel: Oowww.....

Manuel: Angel?

"I rushed over to his side as I checked to see how he was."

Angel: Oh hey Manuel.

"Angel then reaches into his pocket and he pulls out his phone and holds it up to my face to show me the notification of the missed call."

Angel: You called?

"I proceed to help Angel up from off the car and onto the ground."

Manuel: Dude I uh- How'd you-? I mean when did you-? Are you okay?

Angel: Man! I never been better!

Manuel: Angel you just fell like ten stories onto a car. How are you even standing right now?

Angel: I don't know but I'm fine Manuel. I know this morning I was freaking out about it but now its like nothing can hurt me and I'm insanely strong and everything and I know this maybe crazy but yesterday something happened to me which I think might've caused it.

Manuel: Something has been happening to me too!

Angel: This morning a lot of crazy stuff happen to me and I think-

"The car alarm then gets louder as the more we continue each other's sentences. Angel gets annoyed by this."

Angel: Shut up! (Kicks the car)

"Angel kicks the car and inadvertently started the car's radio. The radio plays 'MC Hammer - U can't touch this'. Angel didn't react well and attempted to unleash a full fledged assault towards the car until I held him back but the shoulders."

Angel: That son of a-!

Manuel: Dude it's just a car!

"Then sounds of sirens could be heard in the distance as we stopped and see people looking into the alleyway from the way I had entered from and from behind the crowd flashes of red and blue lights were seen. I lightly tap Angel on the shoulder."

Manuel: GO! GO!

Angel: Why?! Is it because of the car?!

Manuel: I'll explain later! Let's go!!

"Both me and Angel started to sprint the opposite way of the Sirens and we go out the alleyway and as we turned the corner to the sidewalk we switched from sprinting to speed walking. I looked at Angel at the corner of my eye to see him wearing his school uniform and thoughts began to flood my mind."

Manuel: Even if we avoid the police our uniforms makes us stick out like sore thumbs...

Angel: You got cash on ya?

Manuel: Yeah why?

Angel: I know this street. There's a thrift shop coming up just follow my lead.

"I nod as I follow Angel then after a minute we turned and walked into the thrift shop."

"After a few minutes both me and Angel leave wearing the used clothes we had purchased. We put on our backpacks while exiting the store as we see Police Officers running past us. Me and Angel glanced at one another and smirked as we continued walking down the sidewalk."

*Inside Café Nascita*

Female Cashier: Two large Frappuccinos. (Taps Cash register screen) You're total will be $7.58.

"I pulled out my wallet from my jeans pocket and I took out a few bills only to realize that all my small bills are in yen. I then look at the twenty American dollar in my wallet. I look up at the female cashier."

Manuel: I'm sorry but do you guys take Yen?

Female Cashier: I'm sorry but until we update our system with B.O.A.R.D.s new mandates we will only accept American Currency.

Manuel: (Downcasts) oh I see...

"I look over at a nearby sign that reads "Must use exact change." Seeing my worried look the cashier took pity on me."

Female Cashier: Look it's fine. I got this.

Manuel: W-what?

"She then does a few touches on her smartwatch as she hovered her wrist over the payment scanner and after a second or two, an electronic ding could be heard as the receipt immediately prints out. She grabs the paper and hands it to me."

Female Cashier: Here you go.

"I took the receipt without much hesitation and then look towards her."

Manuel: Thanks but why...?

"She merely smiles softly as she looks towards me."

Female Cashier: I was taught that you should always help whenever you can. Everyone needs a little help every now and then.

Manuel: Wow that's really nice of you. (Takes out twenty dollar bill from wallet) Listen I can't take this for free. Please take this as a token of my appreciation.

Female Cashier: Oh no please that's too much.

Manuel: Don't worry about it. Really.

Female Cashier: Really... I'm it's fine.

Manuel: Please I insist.

Female Cashier: Well...okay...Thank you umm-

Manuel: Manuel and you are..?

Misora: My name is Misora...Its nice to meet you. I'll be out with your order in a few minutes and thanks again.

"I walked over towards the table when Angel is seated at right by the window with both of our bags right next to him. I take my seat across from him in the booth as we wait for our drinks."

Angel: Okay so we're here now...so what the hell happened to you?

Manuel: What? I feel like I should be the one asking you that.

Angel: No no no, I asked first. Now why the hell were you getting chased by the cops?!

"Other patrons of the café began to look towards our booth as Angel's yelling began to give us unwanted attention."

Manuel: (Whispers) Would you shut up!

Angel: s-sorry...

Manuel: I...might've knocked out a cop...

Angel: YOU WHAT?!

"Angel slammed his hands on the table and while Misora was about to walk towards our table with a tray carrying our drinks she stopped in her tracks shaken by the action that Angel had committed."

Misora: I'm sorry I could come back later...

Manuel: N-no that's okay...Sorry my acquaintance here is a bit.....loud...

"She sets down our drinks on the table and holds the tray close to her chest as she looks up to me and Angel."

Misora: It's not my business to know what the two of you are talking about but just remember that there are other people here so do mind your volume okay?

"She smiled at the both of us as she goes back to the front of the house and waits for further customers. I look back towards Angel and stare him down. Angel understanding my expression calms himself down by taking a breath in and then out."

Angel: Sorry...

"As carefully and quietly as I could while occasionally drinking our coffees, I explained to Angel about the weird things that had happened to me, involving what had happened this morning at my home, how I took down the officer and how I evaded the police."

Manuel:....and that's what happened....

Angel: I see...I would call you crazy if I haven't dropped down a few stories onto a car...

Manuel: Yeah how did that happen..?

Angel: Well...(Takes a sip of coffee) Similar to you I woke up, and weird things happened. I accidentally took off the door off of my mom's car, then I don't know- I just felt like everything was moving so slow for me like- I could hear my heartbeat in my ear and I heard everyone's conversations in my head and I just started running. I ran and next thing I know I ran into an alley...

*Flashback 1 hour and a half ago*

*Angel's POV*

???: Mijo! Come down here please! It's time to head to school..!

"I woke up suddenly in a cold sweat laying on the floor in the middle of my room. I was in my school uniform. I felt a splitting headache as I picked myself up from my floor. I hold my head with my left hand and then I felt something in my right. I look and I see a unique looking tuning fork."

Angel: what...Is this...?

"I examined the tuning fork that I was holding wondering where it had came from. Then I heard in the distance my mother calling me from down stairs."

Angel's Mother: (In the distance) Mijo! Are you ready? We got to go now!

Angel: (Yells) Coming mom!

"I stood up and as I looked around I could see the state of my room. It was in shambles....furniture was misplaced and tossed over clothes and paper is seen all over the floor."

Angel: Just what happened last night...?

"I brushed it off thinking that there must be a reasonable explanation for this. I grabbed my school bag and took the tuning fork with me. I pocketed it in my jacket pocket as I met my mom outside in her driveway by her car."

Angel's Mother: What took you so long? We're gonna be late.

Angel: Sorry mom I was just having an off morni-

"I pull the handle of the sedan and to my surprise I have took off the door of the passenger side of the car. I dropped the door on the side of the drive way causing a loud metal clank sound to ring out and causing my mother to jump."

Angel's Mother: WHAT HAPPENED?!

"My mothers gets out of the car and looks at the door."

Angel: I don't know! It just- fell off.

Angel's Mother: (Growls in frustration) This is just what I need right now...I'm sorry Mijo but do you think that you could walk yourself to school? I need to call the dealership about this faulty car that they sold us.

Angel: uuh...yeah don't worry about it mom...

"I watched as she stomped back inside of the house as she closed the door behind her I look at the car door on the ground and then I look at my right hand."

Angel: Did I-? (Shakes head) N-no that isn't possible...

"I brushed off what had happen and I began walking to school. As I was walking I could feel the wind brush pass me and as I look around I could feel everything, the cars passing by me as I was walking on the side walk, a nearby dog barking and its owner pulling at the lease to get the dog to continue walking, and then I could hear my heartbeat in my own heart as if someone had put it right there directly next to my ear. I was crossing the street and little by little the sound became progressively more and more irritating. I stood in the middle of the crosswalk and as more and more people pass by me I could hear everyone's footsteps and people talking from afar. All of it in my head I could hear as if I was wearing headphones on max volume or maybe even louder than that. I hold my head and fall to my knees."

Angel: s-stop......its a-all....too loud.....

"I started to gather a crowd around me as people started to be concern for my wellbeing asking questions such as 'Are you okay?', 'Are you hurt?', "Do you need me to call an ambulance?' the more and more questions that they ask I could each and everyone's voices so clearly and loud they had started to echo in my ear and as the light turns red the cars started to honk their horns as I could hear impatient drivers yell out from there cars telling all of us to get off of the road."

Angel: (Falls into fetal position) p-please.....make it.....stop.......

"As the sounds all around continues to ring out in my ears I could feel myself breaking down and as they all became too much. I screamed."

Angel: SHUT UPPPPP!!!!

"In that one moment, I screamed at the top of my lungs and everything that I was hearing around me grew to be silent. Every car in the area shorted out causing all of the car alarms to go off, the street lights bulbs all blew up, and the people around me covered their ears in discomfort as I screamed. I slowly got up from the ground seeing what had happened and as I look in horror I quickly got myself and began to run. I ran down the street until I was far enough away from the area I was in and as I see an entrance to an alleyway I turned the corner and ran into the alleyway. I look around to see if anyone was in the alley with me and immediately after making sure that the coast was clear. I took out my phone and immediately look through my contact list wondering who I should contact to help."

Angel: Come on! There has to be someone I can talk to...!

"I scrolled down and I see one contact more than anyone else that I had logged in my phone. Something had told me that I was able to talk to Manuel despite knowing little to nothing about him as if I was drawn to texting him right then and there. I went with my gut and began texting with him after a little of back and forth texting, I had gotten him to agree to skipping school with me. I closed my phone and paced around the alley, calming myself down and after a little bit of this I sat myself down on the ground laying my back against the wall."

Angel: Just what is happening to me...?

"I lay my head against the wall I looked up at the fire escape on the side of the building just across from me. It looked to be sixteen feet above the ground. I stood up and looked at the fire escape. I took a deep breath in and then out. It was as if my body was telling me that I am able to jump up this high and without even thinking about. My body jumped up so high that I land safely on railing of the fire escape while I smiled and kept my balance."

Angel: Whoa....

"I then jumped off from the rail and kicked off the building across from me and landed on top on the other railing of the fire escape."

Angel: (Chuckles) awesome...

"I looked up again seeing the edge of the top of the building leading to the roof. I smirked as I jump off the railing upwards towards the roof. I overshot it and went even further up in the air than originally anticipated. I performed three front flips as I landed perfectly on top of the roof. I began to laugh like an idiot, feeling this rush and excitement, I had felt on top of the world in this very moment."

Angel: WOOOOOOOOOOOO! This is sooooo coool!!!!!

"I proceed to ran in a straight line jumping from rooftop to rooftop in the city. This rush that gets my heart beating, the gust of wind rushing pass my face, it was all too great of a feeling. I don't know how I was able to do any of these things but I was doing it and I felt great about it all. I was headed towards the school as me and Manuel had agreed to through text. After a while I heard a vibrating sound go off in my pocket I took out my phone and I held it up to me ear as I was continuing to jump off rooftop to rooftop. I could hear Manuel's frantic voice and as I was about to get the rest of the voice message to get a location as I was in mid-air my phone rings. I frantically tried to grab my phone and as I did. I put it into my pocket smiling to myself that I got it back safe. However I was unaware about the distance I was from the other building and I hit my head against the edge of the rooftop and I fell into the alleyway below."

Angel: SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIITTTTTAAAAAAAAA!!!!

"The sound of a crash and a car alarm goes off in the distance."

*Present Time*

Angel: -and that's about what had happened.

Manuel: I see...You said that you woke up in the middle of your room?

Angel: Out of everything I had told you that's what stick out the most for you?

Manuel: Yeah because I woke up in a weird situation myself. I was covered in dirt and soot and I don't remember how I got like that. Do you...happen to remember what happened to you the night before....?

Angel: Well...actually no.....that's so strange.....I remember that I texted you about the homework and then I went out to relax out on my balcony then I woke up this morning...that's so weird...Why can't remember anything?

Manuel: it's strange too....you and me. At the same time suddenly have these insane abilities at our disposal. It's like someone turned a dial and everything about us senses, strength, agility was cranked up to the max setting.

Angel: Yeah.....Manuel.....what's happening to us?

Manuel: I don't know.....(Sighs) I just....don't know....

Angel: Well...what should we do?

Manuel: Personally...I want to find out how this happened....

Angel: Okay...so how do you propose we do that?

Manuel: We have to retrace our steps...then once we do that we can-.....

"Just then I heard from a distance a new article from a small television over by the front of the cash register. I got up from my seat and speed walked over towards the register where Misora was working at."

Misora: Oh hey what could I-?

Manuel: I need you to raise the volume of that TV please.

Misora: What? How did you know about the TV we keep it out of view of the customers?

Manuel: Please?

Misora: U-um okay...

"Misora raises the volume of the Television and I listen closely to the news article. Meanwhile Angel, slowly walks up behind me trying to wrap his head over my reaction."

News Article on TV: "In light of the city's panic for the strange lights that were seen last night the company B.O.A.R.D. has come forth and made an official statement that the company was running a test of experimental weather machines that were made to the use of strong U.V. lights to have more accurate weather forecasts. In unrelated news, B.O.A.R.D. has finally unveiled the newest form of public transit. The 'Observatory' which will take you from one end of the state to the opposite end in less than half an hour. Now equip with a special fuel formula 'C-H2O' now dubbed 'Cosmic Water' created by the best minds of 'SMART BRAIN' which will be able to run stations 24 hour every day without stopping at any point to refuel until 2 years later. While certain lanes are still under construction towards more rural locations B.O.A.R.D. confirming that stations in rural locations will be fully operational in early next year."

Manuel: lights.....in the sky....?

"Flashes of a memory starts to play in my head. A moment from last night plays in my head as I began to remember then beams of light in the sky. "I quickly ran back to our table and grabbed both of mine and Angel's stuff. I threw his bag to him as he caught, I quickly put on my backpack."

"I ran out of the café with Angel shortly following suit. Misora was baffled by what had just happen but still manage to form words out."

*Old factory - District: 'The Ghetto'*

"I ran directionally towards the old factory where I had been last night. I look at the factory through the fence. Flashes of the shooting star landing in the factory was inserted into my mind as I stare at the factory then it was interrupted as I felt Angel's hand on my shoulder."

Angel: Hey! What gives! Why are we in the ghetto?

Manuel: This is the place...

Angel: What? W-what do you mean?

"I was determined to find answers. I threw my bag over the fence and jumped over the fence from the sidewalk. I quickly grabbed my bag and I made a beeline towards the factory."

Angel: Manuel! Damnit!

"Angel copies my actions and follows me"

Angel: Quit running and talk to me already!

"I got to the door that had the heavy lock and chains. I grabbed them and with my new found strength I broke them apart with ease and let myself in. I see the wreckage caused by the shooting star and more flashes of what happened last night appear in my head and once again was interrupted by Angel."

Angel: Dude seriously! What's going on?!

"Angel looks around and notices the wreckage. He grew concern as I walked through and around the debris and he slowly follows."

Angel: Manuel..? This isn't just some old factory is it?

Manuel: I was here last night. I don't remember fully why but I was drawn here.

Angel: "Drawn"? Drawn by what?

Manuel: That's what I'm trying to find out here.

"A support beam was blocking our path and I place both of my hands against it and began to push. Even with my increased strength it was too heavy for me to push the debris out of the way. Angel then begins to protest."

Angel: Come on you're not gonna move that by yourself. Here.

"Angel walks over next to me and places both of his hands against the beam preparing to push the beam."

Angel: On three ready?

Manuel: (Nods)

Angel: Three!

"Both me and Angel push with all of our might and after a few seconds the beam was out of our way and fell forward flat on the ground. Me and Angel look at each other."

Manuel: Thanks.

Angel: No problem.

"I raised my hand waiting to receive a high five but then Angel walked on ahead leaving me hanging."

Manuel: (whispers) *yeah...(lowers hand) okay....*

Angel: You said something..?

Manuel: No.

"We eventually see the large area of the factory, we continue walking towards it and come across the open area. Angel looks up and sees a giant hole in the roof of the factory. He whistles in amazement."

Angel: (Whistles) What do you think had caused that..?

Manuel: I think I have an idea...

"Flashes of the glowing crater I had saw appear in my mind Angel looks around upwards and I grabbed him by the shoulder stopping him in his tracks."

Angel: What?

Manuel: Look down.

"The same crater that I had come across was right in front of us. This time it wasn't glowing. There was something missing here and I need to find out what. Angel looks down and see the length of how deep the crater actually was."

Angel: Damn.....It must've been something pretty big that landed here huh?

Manuel: Well...only one way to find out.

"I jumped off the edge and slid down the crater with my feet dragging against the slope the entire time I was going down I could hear Angel yelling."

Angel: Are you insane?!

"I finally got to the center of the crater and began look around frantically. Angel slid to the bottom finally and found me digging a hole in the ground."

Angel: Dude what are you looking for?!

"Ignoring Angel, I continued to dig and as a moved a portion of dirt out of the way with my bare hands I then see a feint glow coming from the ground. I quickly hurried and as I removed more of the dirt there it was. The object that fell out of the sky last night. I picked up the object and as it continues to glow Angel's eyes widen."

Angel: w-what is that...?

"The glow coming off the device starts to fade and I could finally see all of the device fully."

Manuel: T-this....is the buckle I found last night....

"I quickly turned around to Angel."

Manuel: Last night there was a meteor shower in the night sky! This buckle right here fell out of the sky like a shooting star! Then- something happen I can't remember what...

Angel: Okay this is insane. You're saying that thing fell out of the sky and has something to do with what's happening to us? It's a freaking buckle for god sakes.

Manuel: Think about it! Your tuning fork and this buckle these things just magically appear out of the blue. We both have no memory as to what happened after a certain time late last night. When we woke up, your room is a mess as if a storm went through there and I was covered in soot and dirt. Finally and certainly not least the biggest coincidence. You and me who barely met yesterday sudden have crazy strength, speed, endurance and agility. Its like someone crack the dial on us to 1000! I'm telling you there must be a connection! I don't know what as of yet but I want to believe that-!

"Over past Angel's I noticed a nearby pile of rocks moved slightly. Angel who noticed my pause in my words and grew worried."

Angel: What?

Manuel: (Whispers) *We're not alone...*

"Angel looks behind him and noticed the pile of rocks moving. Angel takes a few steps back in fear. Suddenly the both of us were taken aback by an overwhelming pressure, the presence felt dark and cold, the entire area felt quiet and bleak as if everything in the world didn't have anymore mean. We felt that we were being stared at with such anger, distain and hunger. This feeling...was the fullest feeling of dread that I had ever felt before in my life. Whatever was underneath those, it wanted to kill us....Me and Angel didn't even have to exchange words. We looked at each other with such fear in our eyes and we knew that we had to do one thing and one thing only."

Run...

"Purple fog fills the warehouse as we both see an arm crash through the debris then followed by another arm then another. We both knew that whatever it was couldn't had been remotely to human. As fear clenched our throats preventing us from even letting out a single whisper we stood there still as statues as we witness this...being arise from the rumble. I've begun to breath heavily as I was nearly close to breaking down in fear but as we were watching the rubble a single droplet of sweat fell from the side of my cheek and crashed onto the ground. The warehouse was so silent that the sound from the droplet ringed out completely in the area. We looked at each other as we figured as the entity had heard this and it will react accordingly to it. We looked back as quickly as we reacted before and there it stood a shade. Almost as if a single dark cloud was just formed above the rubble. It turned around revealing it's glowing white eyes."

"Finally the fear got to me. I begin to whisper to Angel frantically."

Manuel: (Whispers) *Angel...what the fuck is that thing?!*

Angel: (Whispers) *How should I know?!?!*

Manuel: (Whispers) *it's just....floating there...maybe it's....friendly....*

Angel: (Whispers) *you clearly haven't seen a horror movie before....we have to get out of here...now!!! On three together we bolt...*

"As soon as we were about to run a voice could be heard in my head and while I didn't know at the time I knew that Angel had heard the voice as well. A distorted deep woman's voice rings into our minds only saying two words."

Manuel: Huh...?

"The creature then reacted with looking at me holding the buckle in my hand and it opened its mouth. While its reveals its glowing red razor sharp teeth it screeches out an ear piercing sound in the area. Me and Angel cover our ears. As I had shoved the buckle into my bag and grabbed Angel by the arm turned him around and the both of us begin to sprint up and out of the crater and we ran as fast as we could from this entity."

Angel: (Screaming while Running) JUST WHAT THE HELL IS THIS THING?!?!

Manuel: (Screaming while Running) I DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOU BUT I DON'T WANT TO STAY TO FIND OUT!!!

"Angel continues to run at the same speed as I was all while looking back at the entity chasing after us."

Angel: (Screaming while Running) Good point!!!

"We ran towards a double metal door as the entity flew in front of us and smacked Angel aside sending him flying the a couple of feet in the air."

Manuel: ANGEL!!!

"Angel went flying towards a metal catwalk hit his head against the edge of it and falls to the ground falling unconscious. As he did I see the tuning fork that he had fell out of his pocket and fell to the ground just several inches away from him."

Manuel: no...

"The entity raised two of his arms from its backs and attempts to attack me but I dodged roll out of the way and then I open my bag grabbing my silver dagger. I rushed towards the entity and lunge towards it embedding the dagger into its head. I jumped back in response to seeing it to be motionless."

Manuel: Serves you right...

"The entity then lifted up its left arm and grabbed the dagger and pulled it out of its head."

Manuel: WHAT?! That dagger is infused with magic how did it-?!

"The entity then threw the dagger towards me. I stood there frozen in place stunned at this turned of events. It flew pass my face completely breaking upon contact with the wall behind me. Blood droplets start to fall to the ground from the right side of my cheek as the dagger left a cut just underneath my eye then the entity punched me in the gut causing me to cough up blood and got sent flying towards a nearby window. I crashed through rolling on the ground in a warehouse part of the factory . I grind my teeth in pain as I attempted to pick myself up."

Manuel: god damnit.....I really should've went to school today......

"I got onto one knee as I then see the entity flying through the window and towards me. As if by instinct my body moved on it's own, I got up and threw a punch at the entity. Upon contact, a large white light engulfed the area and entity got sent flying back. It dragged its hands against the concrete ground and looked up at me. I then looked at my hand and a glowing radiant aura covers it."

Manuel: O-okay....I got this.....

"The entity screeched out at my and started rushing towards me using its four arms to rush towards me but as soon as it got closed I punched it squared on against its head and a small shockwave occurred from the attack. I went on the assault as I followed with three more punches each one more powerful than the last. The entity then fell to the ground and looked up at me. I smiled as I was preparing for the finally blow but the aura that was engulfing my hand had dissipated and the punch then did no effect onto it."

Unknown being: (Growls)

Manuel: crap....

"The entity grabbed my leg and threw me back towards the inner area of the factory through the wall. I crashed threw it hitting a wall causing a crack in the stone wall and as I did my bag ripped open and all of my items fell out including the buckle from earlier."

"I open my eyes and watch to see a glowing card floating down to me. I held out my hands as it softly landed in my grasp. The glow dissipated and the card could be see more clearly."

"Back in reality, the entity was shot back by a shockwave created by the buckle. It stared at me as I was holding the 'Decade' card. At this time Angel was coming to and he slowly picked himself up as we was trying to piece together what was happening. I stared at the card remembering the words of that woman I had heard. To be honest, it didn't matter who it was to me, why this was happening or what this entity was. I knew that if I had let it lived it would've kept coming after us. Angel cries out."

Angel: (Yells) what are you doing?! Get out of here!!

"Instead of doing what Angel was demanding I stood tall and I pulled the sides of the buckle turning it to its side revealing a small slit to insert a card. The driver radiate a faint glow in this moment as Angel and the entity watch."

Angel: Manuel...?

Unknown Being: (Distorted voice) Kamen....Rider.......

Manuel: Henshin!!!

"I flipped the card around as I then insert it into the buckle. A red hologram covered the front of the buckle as I did this."

*KAMEN RIDE!!*

"I pushed the sides of the buckle together returning the buckle to its original state. A red hologram covered the front of the buckle showing the symbols of decade. Along with other symbols around it."

"I felt strange as this happened. Then armor formed around my body as the silhouettes that were covering my body disappeared as a shockwave emits from my body as every piece of the armor revealed itself."

"I look down at my hands only to see that it's been covered by armor and as my vision becomes more clear I realized that my entire body was covered head to toe with this armor."

"The entity flew towards me as it slashed me against the chest with its claws. Sparks fly off my armor as I was thrown backwards."

"I shook off the attack and as I was getting up the armor's system began scanning the entity."

"The entity darted towards me once again but this time in response I punched it as soon as it got close and it got shot towards a nearby wall crashing into it and into three other walls of the factory. I looked at my hand realized that I'm even stronger then I was before. Angel was astonish by this."

Angel: Woah....

??? (Manuel): That was so much stronger than I thought it was gonna be....

"The revenant flies in and delivers a heavy blow to the side of my head sending me flying backwards through two walls and into a deeper part of the factory. The Revenant flies after me as Angel got up and was about to follow until he saw the tuning fork on the ground. He hesitated for a second as he grabbed it and chased after me and Revenant. I struggled to overpower the Revenant as we were flying throughout the factory. I brought my knee up and hit the Revenant against the upper torso causing for it to lose its grip on me I landed safely on the ground as I looked in the air where it was floating growling in pain. It then lunged towards me once again but this time I reacted again as if my instincts completely moved my entire body. I jumped up in the air passing the Revenant just by a few inches but then threw my back of my fist towards the back of its head this sent the Revenant to come crashing towards the ground caused a miniature crater as I front flip back onto the ground meanwhile Angel was hiding behind a metal support beam watching this all unfold."

Angel: Amazing...

"The Revenant recovered and it roared in frustration while I stood there in place not even flinching. It's entire body then develop purple veins as those veins began to glow and then without warning it opened its mouth and began to form a orb of light from its mouth."

Decade (Manuel): What the hell?

Decade (Manuel): What? (Realizes the context) Oh god...

"The Revenant then shot three consecutive energy balls towards me. I began running towards it at the first energy ball coming towards I spun out of the way as I continued my charge as the second one was near inches to my face I began to lean back to the point where I began sliding on my knees directly underneath it dodging it. The third then was flying towards me as I continued to run towards it just then the A.I. began to put in a command for me."

*Summoning Ride booker*

"Just then the driver emits a red hologram in front of me. It was in a shape of a long sword. I grabbed the outline of the handle of the blade as then it materializes. I slashed the sword against the energy ball and as sparks fly off of the blade I began to be pushed back by the energy ball but I continued to stand my ground as I pushed back with even more force behind the blade."

"The blade began to glow a bright blue and I sliced through the energy ball cutting into two as it then hit the ground behind me causing a explosion behind me."

Revenant: (Growls)

"I spun my sword around and held it to my shoulder as I stared it down as I held out my left hand taunting it to come towards me."

Decade (Manuel): Come on!

"The revenant then charged towards me as I began to slash against its body as sparks flew off of its body. It fell back only to recover and then from its body dozens of spikes came out of it body and shot out into the area in all directions. I began to slash against the needles coming my way as they were I looked to my left and then noticed that some were headed towards Angel. I attempted to rush over to shield him but instead I got hit multiple times as sparks fly off of my armor I fell to the ground."

Revenant: (Distorted voiced) Every rider....must....be purged....

"I slowly got up and look over to where Angel was I noticed a good amount of blood on the ground and notices Angel completely covered in the needles that I was hit by. He laid on the ground completely motionless."

Decade (Manuel): ANGEL!!

"I attempted to get up to help him but my legs gave out. I was on my knees staring at him in horror as I tried my best to move but it was all for not."

*Energy spike detected*

Decade (Manuel): But w-where?

"I noticed and saw one of the needles out of all of them within Angel were glowing with purple veins on it almost like it was pulsating. It began to glow brightly as a large explosion covered the area completely destroying the entire factory. Me along with the Revenant were caught in the blast and the entire building came crashing down on top of us. After the blast went off, I struggled to climb out of the rubble as I did my armor then light up white and disappeared reverting me to my normal state. I have multiple injuries around my entire body. I held my left arm as I was bleeding from my shoulder. I quickly shrugged off the pain as I looked over to the direction where Angel was."

Manuel: Angel....?

"No response. Just utter silence filled the air as the sounds of fire caused from the explosion could be heard. I dropped to my knees thinking about the worst possible thing that had happened to Angel."

Manuel: no.....

"A single tear fell down my cheek as just then. The ground underneath me gave way and the revenant grabbed me by the neck and crushed me down into the ground. I coughed up blood upon impact. It stared down at me while it closed in it's free arm which it has changed to a sharp blade. I kept on punching the creature on the side of its head to no avail. All of the strength that I had was gone. I looked over to the corner of my eye to see a little glimmer of sunlight getting reflected off from something shiny. It was the sword I was using. I stare it down and I refused to give up."

Manuel: nooo....this won't end like you think! I'm.....stronger than that!!!

"Just then the driver that I was wearing glowed in a radiant aura of that of the rainbow and it blasted the revenant away. I rolled over towards the riderbooker and grabbed it as I opened up its hilt compartment and pulled out another card."

"I opened the buckle and slide in the card."

*Final Attackride*

"I closed the buckle once again"

*D-D-DECADE!!!*

"In the same manner, the armor of Decade formed around my body once again. It was as if the buckle was answering to my will to survive and win this fight."

Decade (Manuel): I will.....change my fate....

"The revenant stared me down as it snarls at me. I get in a stance holding the Ridebooker blade form in my hand. The revenant began to fly towards me as it had its blade arm out forward. I then ran towards the revenant as from my buckle four holographic human sized cards appeared in front of me. I ran through all of them as my blade glowed a darkish red. I slashed my blade through the Revenant as its struck me with its own. The glow from my blade dissipated as both my armor and the sword disappeared into orbs of light returning me to my original form. The Revenant dissipated into purple smoke upon its death. Blood begins to trail down my left arm as I looked up and see the orbs of light floating in the air and then the orbs slowly descend down towards me. I stared in awe as I watch as the Orbs phased into my chest and I glowed in a bright gold aura."

Manuel: I.....did it.......

"I fell backwards as I dropped my sword and looked up at the sky as I was gasping for air. I raised my left arm and examined my wounds. As the glow around my body began to fade so did my injuries. I sighed in relief as I began to recover from the battle."

Manuel: I really.....REALLY....should've went to school today.....

"As this thought went through my mind I stood myself up as I ran over to the rubble and began to move pieces of debris out of the way."

Manuel: Come on Angel!! I know you're alive just shout it you can hear me!!!

"As I continued to move more and more debris out of the way I began to panic more and more as there was no sign of life underneath the remains of the factory."

Manuel: Please! I don't want to be alone in this....

"I stepped back as I looked around with the feeling of hopelessness filling me. I felt frustrated with myself for putting Angel in harm's ways. I shouted in anger as I punched the ground with my right fist causing the ground from underneath me to shake and crack. I stared down at the ground in defeat and was afraid that Angel was really dead. Just then pieces of debris nearby suddenly moved. I quickly got up as I rushed over to see if it was Angel."

Manuel: Angel!!

"I began to move the debris around with my hands trying to help him."

Manuel: Don't worry I got-

"I was cut off from my sentence as a hand grabbed me by the neck. Shooting out from the debris, it was another Revenant. It began to lift me up from the ground with its left hand as it was choking me to death."

Manuel: A-another...?!

"I felt dizzy as my vision becomes blurry. I tried my best to attack the Revenant as it lifted me up but it was no use. All of my strength was gone from the first fight I had. The Revenant raised his right hand and it formed into a sword. It prepares to cut me down as I nearly lost consciousness."

??? (Angel): HAAAAA!!!!!

"A giant fireball shot from the distance and hit the Revenant. It let go of it's grip on me and was blasted away a couple of feet. I gasped for air as I looked up to see who it was that saved me."

Manuel: Who....?

??? (Angel): Manuel! Are you okay?

Manuel: ANGEL?!?! Is that you?!

??? (Angel): Yeah! Crazy right? Looks like I changed too....

"The Revenant charged Angel slashing against his armor causing sparks to fly off as Angel struggled to counterattack. I struggled to help but my body couldn't allow me to move. I laid back on the ground trying to catch my breath as Angel was under attack."

??? (Angel): THATS ENOUGH!!!!

"Angel grabs the Revenant by the head with his right hand and smashes it into the ground causing it to shake and crack. Angel then arms himself with two taiko drumsticks that were attached on his belt. Angel then hits the Revenant against his chest causing to be thrown back as a symbol appears on his chest."

"Angel didn't hesitate and continued to hit the Revenant with his taiko drumsticks. The symbol reacted to this and glowed purple as it turned the Revenant still as a statue. The more and more he hits the Revenant the bigger the symbol was getting. His weapon were caught ablaze as he kept his assault going. The shockwaves from his attacks were felt by me as large gusts of wind began shooting pass me. Angel then finally raise both of his weapons up and delivered a powerful strike as upon impact the ground underneath him cracked. Angel turned around and was walking away from his opponent as the symbol on the Revenant Chest turned Red and a large pillar of fire engulfed the Revenant. The pillar of fire appeared for about a minute or two before it dissipated as the Revenant was seen turning back into purple smoke as Orbs of light formed around Angel's armor. The armor glowed white as it then dissipated off of Angel completely as he rushes over to me."

Angel: Hey are you still kicking?!

"Angel offers his hand to me."

Manuel: Yeah...thanks for the save....

"I grabbed his hand as he helped me up."

Angel: Don't even mention it, friend.

"I smiled slightly then remembered that he was injured the last time I saw him. I looked behind him to only see the holes and bits of blood in his clothes but no open wounds whatsoever were seen."

Manuel: What happened?! I thought you got injured!

Angel: I did and trust me it really did hurt a lot. Especially after...well exploding turns out we're tougher than we initially thought.

Manuel: Yeah...no kidding....

"I look around to see nothing but rumble of what was left of the factory. I look towards the fence and noticed a clearing in it that was caused by the fight. I look back at Angel."

Manuel: We should go now.

Angel: Y-yeah oh man...this...is gonna take some to process....

Manuel: Yeah no kidding...I mean who do we even go to about this?

Angel: I don't know...One thing is for sure though, I don't think this day could get any crazier...

"We were about to walk towards the clearing in the fence until we were stopped by a helicopter flying over us and then circling the area. It was a police helicopter. Meanwhile seven different police vehicles entered the scene as everyone single officer got out of their individual cars and pointed their guns towards us. One car which was labeled Sheriff had a microphone on the top of the car. It activated as we heard an adult male voice coming from it."

Sheriff: PUT YOUR HANDS UP WHERE WE CAN SEE THEM!!!

"Me and Angel had no choice we raised our hands into the air while we made full eye contact at the police cars."

Manuel: You had to jinx us...

Angel: Do you think that'll believe us about what really happened?

Manuel: No way they will.

Angel: Maybe if we transform we could-

"Just as Angel said this both of our belts from being attached to our waist had then disappeared from our person. I gave Angel an annoyed look as he said this. We noticed a few police officers slowly making their way to us."

Angel: So what do we do...?

Manuel: Survive....

"The officers then grabbed our arms and began to handcuff both me and Angel as we were then escorted to the police cars. We both looked at each other as we were now in the backseat of a police car being taken away from the ruins of the factory. Unknowing what will happened to us next."
