When a young adult named Niko Harris is the former student of Timerdon, he becomes the next 20th Heisei Leader of DaiKaiju-Verse. He was walking down the streets heading towards his house as he heard a vehicle pulled in, he saw Kenji Serizawa.

Kenji: *smiles* Hey Niko, long time no see.

Niko: *smiles* Hey, Kenji. It's been a long time. 

He walked towards him as he bro hug him, and they pulled back from each other.

Niko: How's your brother doing?

Kenji: *smiles* He's doing fine *normal tone* But, I need your help.

Niko: *curious* What's the catch? Evil Kaijus, Kaijins, Imagins, Fangires, Alien Invaders, villains or fake heroes.

Kenji: Nope, Deadman.

Niko: I thought those guys were defeated back in 2022. 

Kenji: Worst, new threats are there in Kawakami City. 

Niko: Isn't that the place where all strongest fighters live?

Kenji: *nodded* Yes, but I need you to deliver this driver.

He brought out a DaiKaiju-Driver and a Vistamp to show him.

Niko: What kind of driver is this?

Kenji: Its a DaiKaijuDriver.

Niko: DaiKaiju-Driver, eh? I see it has a number 23 in it.

Kenji: Yes, my brother found the next Reiwa Hero.

Niko: Who is the next Reiwa DaiKaiju Hero?

Kenji: This teenage boy named Zane Johnson, he used to live in the U.S. and now he lives in Kawakami City. He has a Inner Beast with him name Kaiju.

Niko: Kaiju the Inner Beast, who's he?

Kenji: Kaiju met Zane when his father created a portal to contact any Inner Beasts like Inner Demons.

Niko: So Inner Beasts can be motifs of Legendary Heroes like Godzilla, Ladybug, Danny Phantom, Zak Storm, Spiderman or others.

Kenji: But, it has to be animalistic. Like We know Ladybug is an insect, Godzilla is a dinosaur, Spiderman is a spider, Batman is a bat, and others.

Niko: I'm guessing this kid has a dragon beast.

Kenji: *nodded* Yes.

Niko: Well then.

Then he pulls out his RideWatch as he smirking.

Niko: *smirking* I'm born to be ready.

He pressed it as the RideWatch activated.

Announcer: E-ON!

He summons his Ziku-Driver on his waist.

Announcer: ZIKU-DRIVER!

He slits the RideWatch in the driver, then it summons the clocks behind him as he got into his transformation stance.

Niko: HENSHIN!

He pressed it as it spins and began to activated.

Announcer: RIDER TIME! KAMEN~RIDER~ E-ON!

He transformed into Kamen Rider E-on as he faces back at Kenji.

E-on: I'll help Zane, contact Virgo Junior and the others that I need their assistance. 

Kenji nodded as he gave the driver to him and then he summoned the Time Portal as he went through the time gap as he went to another world. 

Kenji: *smiles* Good luck, Kamen Rider E-on.

Zane, Yamato, Momoyo, Shouichi, Kazuka and the others are surrounded by Giff Juniors, Rex and Mammoth Deadman. They got in their stances as the girls charging towards the Giff Juniors and they began to fight and the guys charging towards the other Giff Juniors as well, Kaiju appears beside Zane.

Kaiju: Zane, you and the others can't fight these guys. Deadman are stronger than humans.

Zane: *serious* I don't care what these monsters wants, I have to protect this academy from them.

He charges towards Rex Deadman as it glared at him, the Rex Deadman charges towards Zane to battle.

Then it swing its claws at Zane and he crashed into the wall, everyone saw him crashed into the wall by making Momoyo worried.

Momoyo: *worried shock* ZANE!

Everyone/ Kaiju: *worried Shock* ZANE!

Kaiju floats towards him as he trying to convince him.

Kaiju: Zane, you can't defeat them. You'll die and I'll die as well, we are both connected to each other. 

Zane: *grunted* I-I know.

Momoyo glares back at Rex Deadman who is laughing evilly at him, she charges towards it as she punches it multiple times.

Rex Deadman grunted as it got back up, then Momoyo leaped towards it as she Super Multi Punch it.

The Mammoth Deadman saw Momoyo punching Rex Deadman, then it charges towards her as it punched her to the wall and she ended crashed into the academy.

Everyone: *eyes widened* MOMOYO!

The Giff Juniors pushes them back as they fell on the ground, they got back up as they defend both Zane and Momoyo to protect them. Finally, a powerful shot blasted them away, they heard the announcer.

Announcer: RIDER TIME!

Yamato: Huh?! What's that sound?

Christiane: *german accent* It's coming from behind those Skeleton Monsters.

Finally, a Kamen Rider appears out of nowhere as he punched them and kicked them out of his way.

Announcer: KAMEN~RIDER~ E-ON~

It was Niko Harris aka Kamen Rider E-on who came to their rescue. 

E-on: You kids, alright?

Kazuka: *nodded* Yes.

Gakuto: *shocked* Are you Kamen Rider E-on?!

E-on: Yes, but now is not the time for introduction. Where's the boy named Zane?

They pointed behind them and he saw unconscious Zane and Momoyo, he ran towards them as he saw two Deadmans charging towards them as he brought out two DaiKaijuWatches as he summons them.

Announcer: DEMONIK RAIDER! V-XROSS! W-BREAKOR!

He summons three Heisei DaiKaiju Heroes: Demonik Raider and Kamen Rider V-Xross to fight against Rex and Mammoth Deadman.

They charge towards them as they're shocked at their appearances, V-Xross fighting Rex Deadman while Demonik Raider & Mammoth Deadman hand-to-hand combat as Demonik Raider headbutt him to the wall.

Miyako: What happened to Virgon?

Shouichi: And Demonik? 

E-on faces back at them while healing Momoyo and Zane.

E-on: Long story short: Demonik wants to be Kiva-like and Virgon turns into a Dragon Zector to be like Kabuto. They became like Kamen Rider-like heroes.

Then Momoyo starting to open her eyes and she gasped as starting to breath, E-on puts his hand on her shoulder.

E-on: Don't worry, miss. I'd heal you and your friend.

Momoyo faces back at Zane as he starts to wake up as well, he gasps as he got up and then he looked around and saw Giff Juniors are walking towards them, then W-Breakor blasted them with his flames. Then Zane faces back at him.

Zane: What are those things?

E-on: Those are Giff Juniors from Revice World, they're here to rule this world. Here, you need this.

He handed him a DaiKaijuDriver and a Vistamp, Zane shocked at the belt that has a dragon and a number 23.

Then Kaiju floats besides him, he faces back at him as E-on explains to him.

E-on: Do like Ikki and Vice do, and then say henshin.

He nodded and he facing back at Kaiju as he nodded, he stood up as he presses his vistamp while the message behind him when Kaiju messaging him.

Announcer: DRAGON!

He breathes like Ikki does as he presses his stamp on his driver, then it activated and Kaiju pops out of nowhere while carrying a giant vistamp.

Announcer: COME ON! D-D-DRAGON! COME ON! D-D-DRAGON! x2

He pulls it backwards as his driver glows, Yamato and the others are shocked that his driver is glowing.

Yamato: *shocked* What is that glowing?!

Yuki: *shocked* What is that thing behind him?!

Finally, Zane got into his stance.

Zane: HENSHIN!

Kaiju: *exciting* YEE-HOO!

He smash the stamp on Zane as everyone shocked and gasped.

Shouichi: *shocked* He smashed him with that giant stamp!

Then he began to transform into his rider form and Kaiju transforms into his kaiju rider form as well.

Announcer: COLOSSAL! KAIJU! HERO! KAMEN~RI~DER~ DAIKAI-KAI-KAI~KAIJU~

Zane and Kaiju turns into Kamen Rider Dai and Kaiju as they got into their stances.

Kaiju looks at himself as he excited.

Kaiju: *excited* Ooh! Now this is...... 🤟COLOSSAL KAIJU-CITEMENT!

Kamen Rider E-on smiles at his appearance as they're ready to fight.

E-on: When the new era rise, a new rider will protect the world from darkness.

Kaiju faces back at Zane.

Kaiju: *smiles* Zane! Zane! We now Kamen Riders, did you feel that!

Dai: No time, Kaiju. It's time for fight.

Then Rex Deadman got back up as he saw Kamen Rider Dai and Kaiju, he roars at them as he started charging towards them. Kamen Rider Dai ran towards him as he jump kick him to the wall and he stomp the ground as he kicked the debris to the Giff Juniors as they exploded. 

Dai: I will save this world, if they want to take over it. They have to get through me first.

Kaiju punched 8 Deadmans to the other side as he slashed them, he tail whipped them to the side.

Kaiju: *smirking* Let's crumble against these Deadmans.

He punched another Giff Juniors and Kai came as well, E-on watches them fight as he turned Kamen Rider V-Xros, Demonik Raider and W-Breakor back into DaiKaijuWatches and he puts them on his watch holders on his arms, he facing back at the fight.

E-on: *smiles* Go get'em, Kamen Rider.......DaiKaiju.

Both Dai and Kaiju punched the Giff Juniors backwards as they exploded, they faced back as more Giff Juniors came their way. Then E-on brought out Ohinbuster and he faces back at them as he yells Zane.

E-on: *yells* Hey Zane! Use this!

Dai punches another Giff Junior as he faces Kamen Rider E-on while he threw Ohinbuster to him, then Kamen Rider Dai grabbed it as he faced back at him. Then E-on did tells him what to do.

He nodded as he looking back at the Ohinbuster50.

Dai: This is for Revice.

He breathed on his vistamp and he stamped it on the Ohinbuster as it activated, and he swings it as he yells at Kaiju while he's been surrounded by Giff Juniors.

Dai: *yells* KAIJU, GET DOWN!

He swings as it summons the shuriken slash swirling towards them.

Kaiju: What was that? I couldn't hear.....*realize* WHOA!

He ducked down as it slashes all of Deadman as they all exploded, Kaiju got back up as he saw Dai carrying Ohinbuster 50.

Kaiju: *amazed* OOH~ That's a Ohinbuster 50, belongs to Kamen Rider Revi and Vice. Now we can take care of it.

Dai: *sighed* Really, Kaiju.

Kaiju: *nodded* Yeah, it's awesome!

However, both Rex and Mammoth Deadman growls as they started charging towards them. Kamen Rider Dai saw them charging towards them, he charge to battle and he swift kick them and he punched their faces as he pulls out his Vistamp once again.

Dai: Hmm, I wonder..?

He breathes on the Vistamp again as he stamp on his chest and he turned his legs into Dragon's legs.

Dai: *amazed* Whoa! Haha, this is awesome.

He saw both Deadman got back up as they breathes Flamethrower and wind blower as Kamen Rider Dai leaped into the air as he stamped the ground and lift them in the air as he kicks them both, he landed back to the ground as Kaiju ran towards the screen.

Kaiju: Hey guys! What do you think of me, I am better than Thunderbolt. After all, he is a trouble-making Elec-Lizard Kaiju. 

Dai: *confused* Who are you talking to?

Kaiju: Both Thunderbolt and Crocosaurus have the ability called TOON FORCE! Like Tom & Jerry, Scooby-Doo!, Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, or other wacky cartoon characters and even me!

Then Rex Deadman growls at them as he charges once again, while Kaiju still talking to the 4th wall as Kamen Rider Dai thinks he's talking to nobody and he saw the Deadman charging towards and he uses his finisher to defeat him and Kaiju notice Dai charging towards Rex Deadman.

Kaiju: Hey wait! I wasn't finished!

Then he twist the throttle on his driver.

Dai: Full Throttle!

Kaiju: *pouted* Come on! It's not fair!

He activated it as his driver glowing, and Kaiju's number 3 on his chest was glowing through his legs.

Kaiju: Whoa! 

Then a Mammoth Deadman got back up and Kaiju turns around as he knew.

Kaiju: What's happening? Huh?! Come at me!

Kamen Rider Dai kicked Rex Deadman as he punches him and Mammoth Deadman hand-to-hand combat with Kaiju and he fell on the ground as he kicked the Deadman into the air, Dai kicked Rex Deadman into the air as he leaped into the air to use his finisher.

Announcer: DRAGON! STAMPING FINISH!

Then Kaiju used his finishing kick as well and they both kicked through two Deadman as they yelled in agony as they exploded, and they landed on the ground. Yamato and the others are shocked that they're stronger than any humans.

Christiane: *shocked* They defeated them with one single powerful kick like it's nothing!

Takuya: *amazed* Its so powerful that all kaijins can be destroy with that powerful kick like with Riders.

Miyako: *shocked* How powerful are they?!

Momoyo was impressed with Zane in his Rider form, as they heard clapping that Kamen Rider E-on and turns back to Niko Harris.

Niko: *smiles* Impressive fight, Zane Johnson. A spectacular battle or should I say Kaiju-tacular battle.

Dai: Really?

Niko: *nodded* Yes, you two are for now on Kamen Rider DaiKaiju.

Kaiju: Who are you?

Niko: Zane, you're Dai and he is Kaiju.

Kaiju was impress with their Kamen Riders' name.

Kaiju: *impressed* Hmm, Kamen Rider DaiKaiju. Not bad.....*amazed* THAT'S SOUND SO BADASS NAME FOR US ZANE! Hey, Mr. Whatever your name is, I like it. 

Then Dai pulls out his vistamp as he transforms back to normal and Kaiju turns back into his Inner Demon form as well.

Kaiju: Huh?! Oh come on, Zane. 

Then he went back inside of Zane and he looking back at his driver, and he facing back at Niko.

Zane: So, what should I do with this driver then?

Niko: It's what all Kamen Riders do, keep it with you at all cost. We Kamen Riders & DaiKaiju Heroes go vigilant in day and night, but be on the look out for both Justice League and S.H.I.E.L.D or fake heroes.

Zane: *confused* Why?

Niko: We all vigilant heroes save humanity-in-secrets for decades, but superheroes always send them to join them. They always like to expose our identities, we already have our own faction, both Monarch Society for humans and DaiKaiju Defenders for Kaijus & Titans. We vigilant heroes always go in the shadows, we never do fame, money or celebrities like that.

Zane: You guys only protect the humanity.

Niko: *nodded* That's right, kid. We heroes always do vigilantism, but we never give up as long as we protect this world from any danger. What do ya say, kid. Will you join us.

He stares back at him before he facing back at his driver, then he agree to save the world from darkness.

Zane: *nodded* I do.

Niko: *smiles* Then it settles.

Then he gave him a badge of Monarch as he facing back at him, Niko summons his Time portal back to Neo Chicago City and he faces back at Zane.

Niko: *smiles* Remember Zane, heroes always save humanity from any threats. Don't give up your hope, friends or allies stay by your side.

He walked through the time portal as he disappeared, the portal turned into particles and Zane was confused & amazed that he first fought against evil villains or kaijins. 

Zane: *thoughts* I guess this is my hope to become like them, every DaiKaiju Heroes are vigilant heroes. 

As the screen fades black, the vistamp stamped on the screen as it shown the number 23 alongside of a dragon.
