"You are doing it baby. I'm so proud of you." Doug says softly to Kamala with a proud grin.

Kamala pushes, squeezing Doug's hands while Doug helps hold her legs back.

"Great push, Kam! There you go! You got it!" Maya cheer happily.

Kamala grunts loudly and catches her breath.

"There's the slightest tip of her head, baby! Great push!" Doug says proudly to Kamala.

"Give us another push like that! You got it, sis!" Maya says with a big grin.

The tip of Ivy's head goes back in, causing Kamala to get discouraged and annoyed.

"You are doing amazing, sis! Just take your time." Maya says with a grin at Kamala.

Kamala pushes the tip of Ivy's head back out.

"Good baby! Great push! Great job!" Doug says with a big grin.

"That's it, sis! Great job! Give us another
push so you can get more of her head out, you got it!" Maya says as Kamala grunts.

"Ugh come on baby come out!" Kamala yells, wanting this to be over.

"She's coming, baby. You are doing it. I'm so proud of you." Doug whispers to Kamala and Kamala breathes.

"Take a few breathes sissy. You got it. Give us a big push next time you can do it. I know it hurts but your baby girl is going to be born so soon!" Maya says as Kamala pushes again, a little harder than last time.

"Great push, sissy! I see her head! It's right there! Yay!" Maya says as she gets excited.

Kamala groans squeezing onto Doug. Maya puts a mirror in the water so Doug can see Ivy be born better than he did before.

Kamala groans some more as she takes a few deep breaths.

"Don't let her go back in, Kam! You have been working so hard! You are so strong!" Maya encourages Kamala and Kamala pushes again.

Ivy's head begins to slowly crown, causing Kamala to grunt as she pushes.

"That's it, sissy! Great push! She's coming!" Maya encourages Kamala and Doug smiles.

Kamala yells, since it starting to burn and really hurt.

"AHHHH! OW OW OW!" Kamala yells loudly.

"You got it sweety. Look down, there's her head! I see her! She's coming out." Doug says with a big grin. 

"IT FUCKING HURTS!" Kamala yells as she holds Doug's arms tightly.

"I know it does, sissy. You are doing great! She has a headful of hair! It's so pretty!" Maya says as she holds a flashlight so she can see.

"She does have hair! She has her Mommy's beautiful hair!" Doug says as he kisses Kamala.

Kamala moans a little as Doug kisses her cheek again.

"She's going back in a little bit but that's okay! I still see her pretty hair." Maya says as Kamala breaths and leans onto Doug's chest, laying the back of her head on his shoulder.

"Just rest, baby. Wait for another contraction before you push. Just relax your body." Doug whispers to Kamala.

Kamala has another contraction and she pushes again, with Ivy's head slowly coming back out.

"That's it, sissy! Oh she's coming! Keep going! This is your best push yet!" Maya says with a big grin.

Kamala grunts again.

"Great push, baby! That was awesome!" Doug says proudly.

"Put your hand down here! That's your baby girl! She's almost here!" Maya says as she places Kamala's hand down there and Kamala smiles.

"It feels like I'm on fire down there! It burns more than it did with Devi." Kamala says as she takes a few deep breaths.

"That's because her head is crowning! I know it hurts! With Meena it felt like a wildfire down there." Maya says we Doug giggles and kisses Kamala's cheek.

"How much of her head is out?" Kamala asks Maya and Doug.

"Looks like just the tip of her head but more than before!" Doug says to Kamala.

"I'm so tired." Kamala says, tired from laboring most of the day.

"I know you are, baby. You are almost done. You got this, okay? I know you can do this. You are the strongest women I have ever met. She is right there, we can all see her. She will be in our arms so soon." Doug says softly to Kamala.

"Her head will be either almost out or out the next time you push. You are awesome! I pushed so long with Meena! I'm jealous you push your babies out so fast." Maya says as Kamala giggles.

Doug and Kamala kiss each other as Doug smiles at Kamala.

"You feel urges to push again?" Doug asks Kamala and she nods and Doug helps Kamala hold her legs back.

Kamala pushes down hard, grunting loudly and Ivy's head begins to slowly crown and come out.

"Yes, sissy! Push push! You got it! Her heads coming! Great job!" Maya cheers Kamala on.

Kamala grunts loudly as Maya feels Ivy's head that's almost out.

"Great job, baby! You are doing amazing, I'm so proud of you!" Doug says as he looks down and sees Ivy's head is just a push away from being out.

"Do you wanna feel her head, Doug?" Maya asks her brother-in-law and Doug's face lights up in happiness.

"Of course!" Doug says as he feels Ivy's head just like he did with Devi.

"She has so much hair, Kam. It's thick! More than Devi had!" Doug says as Maya giggles.

"Her hair is going to be so fun to put bows in!" Maya says with a chuckle.

"You just need to push a little more, babe. Her head is almost out." Doug says softly to Kamala.

"IT HURTS!" Kamala yells as Doug rubs her shoulders tenderly.

"Kam, you can't push too fast! You don't want to tear." Maya says to Kamala.

"I don't care! I want her out! It fucking hurts!" Kamala yells as Doug whispers into her ear to take slow deep breaths.

"There you go, baby. Deep breaths. And we all do, baby. You just have to push her out easy. You don't wanna push too fast and tear." Doug says to Kamala.

"Push her head out slow, sissy. It's almost out and I know it really hurts. Doug is going to put his hand down there again okay? I'll help you hold this leg back while you push. Doug wants to help me catch her. Is that what you want, sissy?" Maya asks Kamala and Kamala happily nods.

"Yes, I want you both to catch her and put her on my chest. Fuck this hurts! I remember it hurting with Devi but shit this hurts worst!" Kamala says as she moves positions and Doug comes around the front of her with Maya leaving in the birth pool.

Maya holds one of Kamala's legs as Kamala groans.

"Okay, Kam! Whenever you are ready, we are." Maya says and Doug nods in agreement.

Kamala takes a deep breaths and pushes again.

"That's it, baby. There you go! There you go! Her head is coming! That's it! Here comes her head!" Doug says as he places his hand near Ivy's head as it comes out.

Kamala screams as the rest of Ivy's head comes out.

"AHHHH FUCK! AHHH!" Kamala yells loudly. 

"Just breathe, sissy. Great job! She's right there! Oh this is exciting! This is more fun being the coach and not the one giving birth, now I know why you and mom were so excited." Maya says as she cheers.

"One more push, sweetheart. You can do it. You can do it, Kam." Doug says to Kamala with lots of encouragement, ready to catch his daughter and bring her to the world.

Kamala grunts loudly and pushes hard one more time and Ivy is born!

Doug and Maya both catch Ivy together and they place her on Kamala's chest with Kamala holding Ivy close to her.

A few seconds later, Ivy begins to cry loudly, causing everyone to smile ear to ear.

"Hi, baby girl. Hi, baby. Oh my goodness, you are so beautiful." Kamala says as she begins to cry happy tears as she looks at her daughter for the very first time.

"She is so beautiful! Just like her Mama is." Doug says as he tenderly kisses Kamala's forehead and Kamala smiles up at him before wanting a kiss.

Kamala and Doug softly kiss each other, smile at each other and they both begin to look at their baby girl.

Ivy continues to cry loudly showing how strong her lungs are and she curls into a ball on Kamala's chest.

"Shh shh shh. It's okay, baby girl. It's okay. Daddy and Mommy are here. And Auntie Maya is here too." Kamala says to Ivy, kissing her cheek.

"Hi, pretty girl. Are you Daddy's princess? You are absolutely perfect and beautiful." Doug says as he tenderly kisses Ivy's forehead.

Ivy begins to instantly calms down, hearing her parents voices talking to her.

"Happy birthday, Ivy! Ivy Shyamala Emhoff. Oh she has curly dark hair just like Mommy did!" Maya says as she smiles ear to ear and begins to cry, looking at her beautiful niece.

The doctor and a nurse check on Kamala and Ivy making sure both mother and daughter are doing well before letting the duo get to know each other.

Doug and Kamala's baby girl is finally here and their perfect family is finally complete 💙🩷💙🩷
