To start off, let's begin with the oldest Carver twin, Colin. Colin being the eldest of the two (by five minutes) is actually the
one, who is more laid back and easy going from the two. He likes to have his fun, and he's adventurous, but that can be said of both the twins. Colin is more playful and the teasing sort of type. Living in the now, and leaving the thoughts of future for tomorrow.

He is obviously fearless, and has a well handle on almost all situations, but he is also someone who can loose control too quickly. Being quite reckless and impulsive, sometimes he thinks with his heart, rather than brain, and jumps into a situation. Kind of like an act before you think type of person. It could get him in major trouble, if it wasn't for Colm stepping in from time to time. Colin is the best example of spontaneity at its best. Instead of thinking ahead and planning, he likes to go with the flow, and just float where the tide takes him to.

Colin can be quite temperamental at times, and worry too much than he has to. He also has that habit of over thinking, and coming up with worst scenarios in case of worrisome problems. He can also get quite quarrelsome and hot headed as times. When emotions interfere with his thinking capability, he tends to pick fights left and right for purposes he seems right, even though most wouldn't agree with him. Quite childish and arrogant that way. He wants to have his way, and he is usually adept at getting his way too. It has something to do with how charming and precious he is to others eyes.

He isn't a bad guy. He is completely a keen and observant guy, and is likely to treat you like you deserve to be. He is confident and optimistic, and his motto is to always forgive and forget.
He is also quite brave, and has a heart of gold, which is sprinkled with a bit of black spots, because, hey come one, who in this world is ever perfect and posses a true heart of gold? Of anyone did posses such a treasure, it must surely be lost now, because men are greedy pigs.

Colm on the other hand, the younger of the two twins, is actually the one who is responsible and a bit step on the brakes kind of guy. He is the balance to Colin's nature, and the twins certainly does complement each other in more than one ways.

Colm actually keeps a level head around him, and quite opposite to Colin, Colm is the type of person to think first and act later kind of guy. So you can easily guess who's the brains and who's the brawn behind the operation, although, both of them are brawny, and brainy too but Colin seems to be a tad bit more impulsive than his other half.

Colm is quite a responsible guy, and someone who has the patience level as that of Mount Everest, and isn't hot headed like his brother. In fact, Colm is literally too tame and without much spice, because of a sensible head resting on his shoulder. Though, he sometimes does take brash actions. Desperate times call for desperate lives, or so they say.

Colm is also adventurous like his brother, and is quite find on seeing new places and gaining new experiences. In a way, both of them are no better than the other, because both of them have traits that are superior as well as inferior to each other, and it negates it all, leaving it all to square one and how they will react. After all, only 10% is the count that happens to us, while the other 90% goes to gossiping and sharing all the facts.

Both Colin and Colm are responsible young lads though. Both of them are very exuberant guys, and quite outgoing too. Both of them are sociable, energetic and talkative. They like to mingle with everyone, and in a way, they are quite used to it all. Both is them are very open to things, and doesn't judge and me by the covers of their book. They have since long ago been taught that, what is inside the heart matters more than what meets the eye. Even though if you have been friends, everyone has a secret they keep to themselves.

Both of them are very helpful in a lot of ways and doesn't mind being sidetracked, if it is just to help someone. And both of them can also be persistent at times too. They're a whole bundle of personality traits ranging from fun to serious. You can never catch a moment of boredom between the two, because what the guys knows the best is to chase boredom away. They like doing new things, exploring, discovering new cultures or simply making new friends.

And both are hopeless romantics to boot too. Also, one thing you should know is, they know how to throw a punch and a kick effectively, so watch out. Don't get Colin, because he is the hotheaded one and wouldn't think before throwing a punch. Colm is much more level headed and patient, and is the one who helps hold Colin back. They are like the yin and yang. They totally balance each other out.

And one thing that totally needs to be stated is, if you have their trust, then you have their loyalty too. If you break their trust, then it's hard to get it back. Same goes with love too. They're really overprotective over the ones they love and if they seriously fall in love, both of them are the types to cherish the ones they loves with all their heart and might.

{Background}
Colin and Colm were born into a second caste family, which as well as you know, are rich. Colin was the Elder of the two by five minutes, but both of them have an elder sister who is a year apart from them. The three of them always were together and did everything together. It was quite cute to see. Their sister would always trail behind them, exploiting her big sister title to keep them in check, but mostly ended up being included in their pranks. They adored each other to be honest. They liked costing circus shows and film theatres together. And the three of them didn't like how the caste system ruled their lands. Because, they interacted with the lower caste members, and their sister being more empathetic, always felt sad about the whole situation, which in turn made them sad too. Whenever they could, they would slip money to the homeless, and they paid extra cash to the performers, and did everything they could. Of course, all of it was done secretly, without their parents knowledge. And it was easy, seeing as how their pocket money were overflowing with cash.

Growing up, they each discovered what their passion was. Their sister was into fighting, hand to hand and weapons.The guys were into sports, and started dreaming of becoming athletes who could make the country proud, while their sister was even more ambitious. She wanted to become a guard at the palace, but almost everyone in her family opposed that. True, it was quite an honor to serve the royal family, but she was a girl and they didn't think it was apt for her. She was beautiful, and somewhat good at acting, so they tried to convince her to go for modelling or maybe try her luck out as an actress. But she was having none of them. The girl was a true tomboy and having to wear clothes and so ridiculous poses weren't her style at all. The Carver twins at first had been opposed to it too, but later realising that this was her dream, they begrudgingly agreed to try and convince their parents for her. After a while, a letter arrived stating that she had been selected for joining the ranks of the guards at the palace. She had applied without her parent's knowledge. And now what was done was done. A summon from the place could never be rejected. She went on her different way, while her parents were cross about it, and the Carver twins were still not happy, but they wished her all the luck.

Soon, it became too quite in the house, without their older sister. Days turned to utter boredom without her constant jabbering presence in the home. They missed training together, and all the fun stuff they did together. So, when the selection was announced to be held for the hand of the princesses, the guys jumped at the opportunity to put their names in. This was a chance to get to see their sister again, and if luck had it maybe they could even find love, but who knows.

Packing their bags for the selection, or as they say 'road trip' ,the twins purposefully failed to mention it to their sister that they would be participating. Even though they don't get to see their sister much anymore, they still exchange letters, but this is one visit that the twins decided to surprise her upon.

{Likes}
▪ Both of the brothers likes water bodies, if that wasn't obvious enough. The sea, ocean, river, waterfalls, lakes and pretty much anything along that category. It was like they were mermen who accidentally made into a human by some wrong spell or something.

▪ Both are sports geek and they like toning their body to stay fit in shape. Running, swimming, and most fat burner exercises are what the guys does or a daily basis. But swimming and surfing goes into a bit more than just being a hobby, because it is their job, and they love it.

▪ They love crustacean food. Crabs, prawns and the such. Speaking of food, they also love pastries, and spicy food too. Sweet and hot are their type, just the combination of the two.

▪ They love junk food. Chips, chocolate and all, and since they always do fat burner exercises, it's fine for them as they don't have to watch out for calories and just binge eats them whenever.

▪ Netflix is something that have snatched the brother too. They love watching ng series, but are mainly into action type than Tom come, even though both of them are hopeless romantics. They love their action.

▪ Reading is something that Colm enjoys to do, and Colin not too much. Colin is photography, liking to capture real life moments and stuff, but Colm likes the dragons and magic and being in a totally different world.

▪ Both of them has a knack for skateboarding and can often be seen with their boards, if they aren't out there training.

▪ Colin likes flowers and plants, whereas Colm is an animal person. The flora and the fauna at the finest.

▪ Video games are also something both share in common to liking. Both of them are very competitive with each other when it comes to video games.

▪ They also love travelling. Road trips are to die for and a trip with the Carver twins is like everything precious rolled into one car package.

{Dislikes}
▪ The sea food they can tolerate is crustacean, but they don't very much like the others. Having to do something with possessing no patience for picking bones in between the meals.

▪ They don't like being told what to do, as an order. Some they will obey, others they will disregard.

▪ Colin is allergic to lillies. Being a guy who likes flower, lillies make him sneeze and his eyes water.

▪ Colm has an uncanny aversion to strawberry jam and juice. He doesn't know why, but it's like, he's fed up of the taste.

▪ Both of them dislikes being prepped into a tight suit and combing their hair back and stuff. They're more casual than that and they like to be free and feel free, and not to be restrained by collars and cuff links.

▪ They dislike spiteful people and rude obnoxious jerks. Even Colm wouldn't mind serving up a punch to guys like those.

▪ Apple tarts are something which both of them turn their faces on. Maybe it's because their childhood had consumed of apple tarts and more apple tarts, and suddenly they got tired of it.

{Fears}
▪ Colin has an abnormal fear of closed off spaces. Not to the point of screaming his head off, but he can perspire a lot if put in that position.

▪ Colm is scared of bees. Yes, bees. He doesn't have an explanation for it. He can even tolerate spiders, but bees are something that makes him hold his breath and back off.

▪ Both of them fears getting washed out. Injuring themselves and then having to never be able to walk or play sports anymore. They fear that, but they don't show that.

▪ Both also fears bot being good enough. Of disappointing people. Of never finding the one anchor for them that can stabilise their life, or maybe put in other words, they are scared of losing their identities.

{Thoughts on the selection}
They are hella excited because they get to see their sister again. And being the unlikely optimists they are, they don't mind seeing if they can catch the love fever too. Their parents are more than supportive of it, and there was nothing more to think on that.
This selection is gonna see the Carver twins strutting their stuff.
