The next day morning, Durga woke up a little late. Durga snuggled more into Kaali to have a sleep. Kaali too patted her and hugged her gently. After a while she got up. She looked at the time and got jerked. 

Durga- "achachoo, romba neram thoongiten.. Kolam-um podala"

Kaali- "paravalla di, polambama thoongu... "

Durga- "haan, vidunga veetuku ponum.. "

Kaali- "polam polam", Now he snuggled into her. 

Durga- " enthiringa pa... please, nerama aachu, illaina enna matumavathu vidunga..."

Kaali- "sari poo... ", he left her. She ran away. Kaali too got up yawningly and came after her. 

Durga came out and looked at Veera. She then analyzed the surrounding. Kaali hide himself, once he noticed this. Durga then covered Veera with the bedsheet next to him fully, reduced the fan force count since he looks like getting cold and then she went. Kaali smiled at her looking at the retiring figure. Veera too felt Durga' s presence and smiled contently. 

After a while, Veera too got up and everyone did their morning chores. Durga gave coffee to both. In their room, 

Durga- "Naan kilambatuma?"

Kaali- "iru di, intha phone.. ". Durga got it from him. 

Durga- "enaka ithu? romba alaga iruku", she smiled.

Kaali- "unaku thaan, ithula en number save paniruken.. ethunalum enaku koopdu sariah?"

Durga- "ithu evlo?"

Kaali- " ethuku di kekura? "

Durga- "kanaku eluthi vaika thaan"

Kaali- "ena veri ethama odidutu, illaina iluthu pudichu kadichuduven di"

Durga smiled and was about to move stopped in the middle and asked, "ithula Veera anna number um iruka?"

Kaali- "illa, unaku venum na neeyae kelu avankita". Durga looked at him pleadingly.

Kaali- "avana porutha varaikum nee thangatchi. nee than enkita family venum nu keta. unaku avana anna na ninaika thonuchuna neeyae kelu. Number-ae vanga mudialaina, nalaiku oru thevaiku epadi phone panuva.. neeyae poi pesu", he strictly told.

Durga- "athu enna thapa ninaipangalo nu bayama iruku"

Kaali- "ethuku?"

Durga- " illa, nethu anna kooptu naan veetuku varala... athoda, naan.. naan, en appa... "

Kaali- "inga yarum unna muthupandi ponnave pakala... nee engaluku Durga thaan. avanuku kovam ellam irukathu. poi pesu". Durga nodded her head. 

She came out of her room and went near Veera. Veera looked at her and then at Kaali questioningly. 

Durga- " anna, unga number enaku thareengala?"

Veera- "en number thaan yerkanave save pani irukae papa intha phone la..". 

Durga checked her mobile, looked back at Kaali glaringly. Veera chuckled. Kaali winked at her. 

Durga- "avaru illainu sonaru, athaan ketaen... sorry", she smiled sheepishly.

Veera- "parava illa papa.. ethunalum koopdu. apuram, veetuku poitu call panidu avanuku.. un appa inum veetuku varala". Durga nodded his head. 

Kaali- "yei", Durga ran inside to his room. 

Kaali hugged her. Durga tip toed and kissed his cheeks. Kaali then kissed at corner of her lips and said, "koduka vendiatha kodukama pora"

Durga- "sorry", she again kissed him and then left. Once she left, Veera then hugged Kaali. 

Veera- "romba santhosama iruku mapla". he shed happy tears.

Kaali- "Ellam maaridum da. muthalla sir ku phone pani sollu, ava veetuku poitanu..."

Veera- "amam da, ini ava antha veetla iruka koodathu. appa ku phone pani, namma plan padi pana solren.. "

Kaali- "hmm, muthalla ava namma kooda irukanum. apo thaan avala sari panna mudium. antha veetla iruntha avaluku baathipu thaan jasthi agum.."

In Muthupandi' s home, Durga reached early and started to do her work. Kaali called Durga via phone, since he knows today a problem will come there. He make her to engage with her to know about the things happening there. 

Durga- "hello, sollunga.. enna call panirukeenga?"

Kaali- " yen pana koodatha?"

Durga- "illa illa panalam.. sollunga"

Kaali- "ena panra.. saptiah?"

Durga- "illa, enaku pasikala... neenga sapteengala?"

Kaali- "intha hotel sapadu enaku pudikave illa... enna panrathu athu thane saptu aganum"

Durga- "enakum thaan inga veetla sapda pudikala"

Kaali- "yen pudikala?"

Durga- "inga sapada paathale etho manushangaloda sathaiah vetti vacha mathiri thonum.. thanni kooda ratham mathiri thaan therium enaku.. Yen nu theriala.. kanna moodikitu thaan sapduven.. athuvum romba sapda mudiathu.. vombit vanthidum"

Kaali- "namma veetla koodava apadi thonuthu"

Durga- "illa, namma veetla ellam apadi theriathu.. athaan unga kooda utkanthu sapdum pothu konjam adhigama sapduven"

Kaali- "ipadi nee sapdamaye iruntha epadi di gundu aava. nalla sapdu di.. venum na naan vangi tharava?"

Durga- "epadi vaangi tharuveenga?"

Kaali- "kovil ku vaa, vaangi tharen. saptutu poo."

Muthupandi's relation come to home suddenly. Luckily at that time she was in call with Kaali. Muthupandi's sister opened the Durga's room door all of a sudden. Durga was shocked to see them. 

Muthupandi' s Sister - "petha appan anga hospital la ninaivu illama kidakuraan. nee enna di inga santhosama pesitu iruka?"

Durga- "appa hospital la irukara?". Kaali too heard everything. 

Muthupandi's another relative - "atha pathi ellam nee yen kavala pada pora? athuku nee en maman ponna la irukanum.."

Muthupandi' s Sister - "apadi solu di.. anaike Muthu annan sonuchu, iva enaku porantha ponnu illa, en pondatti enamo vela pathiruka nu.. appo puriala, ippo puriuthu"

 Muthupandi's another relative - " nee yen ka kavala padura.. ithu Muthupandi maman veedu. inga avar sontham thaan irukanum.. anathaia thookitu vanthalo illa evanuko ivala pethu potalo yaaruku therium.. yei enthiri di", She pushed down Durga. 

Durga tightly held her phone in hand, thinking that she is having Kaali nearby. Kaali informed Vetrivel about the happening though Veera's phone and started to Durga's home. 

Muthupandi's sister- "Poodi velila.. "

They all started to beat her and pushed her out. They started to scold her and throwed her out of the house beating her. A person caught Durga before she fall down. Neighbors too assembled. A jeep arrived.

Radhika- Vetrivel's Wife

Durga with tear filled eyes saw the person. She felt an unknown love towards her. She wiped her tears and muttered "sorry" in a very low voice for falling on her. 

Radhika- "sorry ah, atha nee yen ma solra.. konjam ipadi vaa, thanni kudikuriah?", she gave her water which she took from her handbag. 

Durga drank it with much hesitation. This made the Muthupandi's relation to get more angry.

Muthupandi' s Sister - "yei yarudi nee? enga veetu visayathula nee yaru thalayida?"

Radhika slapped her hardly. The whole village was shocked by her act. 

Muthupandi's another relative - "Yei nee". Radhika slapped her hardly without any hesitation.

Radhika's finger print is there in both the ladies cheeks.

Radhika- "avlo thana? inum vera yarukavathu arai venuma? mariayathai pesuratha iruntha.. Naanum pathil solren, illaina naan intha vithathula thaan pathil soluven"

All got shocked and shivered. Durga too went back a step looking at her.  Kaali too came there and went inside the crowd. Durga saw Kaali with longing eyes. Kaali blinked his eyes as assurance. 

Radhika- "ipo ethuku intha ponna ipadi veeta vitu velila thallureenga?"

Muthupandi' s Sister - "atha yen naan unga kita solanum?"

Radhika- "Vetrivel Sir, vedika paathu mudichuteengana, ivanga ellaraium arrest panreengala? naan complaint tharen ". , she mockingly said. She is too calm in handling things.

Vetrivel with a smiled nodded and said, "yes madam"

When Vetrivel gave her respect, everyone understood that she is an officer or some important person

Muthupandi's another relative - "ethuku ethuku arrest pananum? inga paarunga madam, avaluku support panreengalo nu thaan konjam kova patutom avlo thaan. ava en muthu mama ponne kidaiyathu.. athanala thaan veeta vitu anuparom"

Radhika- "is it? yaar sonna?", she asked sarcastically.

Muthupandi' s Sister - "muthu annane sonuchu.. "

Radhika- "eppo"

Muthupandi' s Sister - "athu konja varushathuku munnadi"

Radhika- "unga kita matum sonaro?"

Muthupandi's another relative - "enkitaium sonaru", she then looked at the Neighbor person.

Neighbor person- "enga kita kooda solirukaru mam"

Radhika- "okay, apo yen avar veeta vitu anupala? unga ellarukum munnadiye solirukarunna yen neenga yarum appove anupa solala? ivlo naal, athuvum muthupandi comma ku pora varaikum ethuku wait panreenga?"

 Durga muttered , "comma va?", in a low voice and looked at Kaali with tears and then looked down. 

Muthupandi' s Sister - "velila therinja asingamla madam, anna maname poidume avar pondatti aala.. athan marachuduchu.. "

Muthupandi's another relative - "athane ivala yaaruku perthalo, illa yaar pethalo... velila therincha asingam la" 

Radhika- "oh, appo ippo manam pona paravalaya? illa asinga agaatha? illa nethu thaan manam poiduche apuram inum ennanu nu neengale mudivu paniteengala?"

Muthupandi' s Sister - "athu apadi illa madam, iva oru raasi ketava madam. iva raasi nala thaan en anan mudiama kidaku. aana, iva athu kooda theriama evan kitayo pesitu iruka.. "

 Muthupandi's another relative - "ivalum iva aatha mathiri than, ipove udambu nikala, theduthunu poita.. rathiri kooda iva veetla irukurathu illaiyam.. maman soluchu. NIght iva room ah thatti paatha, ulla aale irukamatalam."

Durga closed her eyes tightly with her hands tightly gripping her shawl and mobile. She even shivered a little thinking the fact that Muthupandi tried to come inside her room. 

Radhika- "athu epadi amma mari nu solreenga? nethu nadanthatha paatha appa mathiri nu la solanum.. Muthupandi vetti koodama illama irukuratha video la pathene"

Everyone stood silent. They were about to speak for Muthupandi but feared about Radhika.

Radhika- " sari, appo intha ponnu inga iruka koodathu avlo thane? ". They all just nodded. 

Durga looked at Kaali pleadingly. She felt like standing in fire.

Radhika- "then okay. Vetri sir, Neenga poi investigation ah start panunga.. naan intha ponna en kooda kootitu poren. She will be with me from now on. Apuram, avanga ivala harrasement panirukanga, athaium sethukonga.. "

No one expected this. Even Durga didn't expect this. Durga was shocked.  

Muthupandi' s Sister - "ethuku investigation? Naanga enna panom?"

Radhika- "unga anna nethu oru punithamana seyala panirukaru illaya? atha ellam alasi arayanumla athuku thaan. apuram, antha seyaluku thaguntha parisa gowravama kodupom... Neenga onum kavala padatheenga..", she said mockingly. 

Radhika then towards Durga and said, "Hmm... Durga, enkooda vanthu en veetla thanguriah?"

Durga looked at Kaali. He nodded and blinked his eyes as okay. Durga then nodded her head as okay. Radhika too looked at Kaali once. 

Radhika- "poi vandila yeru ma.. veetuku polam.. "

Durga went to the jeep by looking down, tear stains are there in her face. Kaali pressed his bike horn, once she seated. Durga looked at him, Kaali smiled and automatically Durga too smiled. She wiped her tears. Kaali signaled her to come to temple, she nodded her head as okay. Radhika observed this, Kaali's face via mirror in the jeep and durga's face straight away looking at her. 

Radhika left out a breathe and said, "Vetri naan kilambaren"

Vetrivel- "sari ma"
