Yuki pov-

"Sasuke... my answer is..."

Suddenly I heard a scream coming from the forest.

"Come on sasuke we better see what's happening" I said and grabbed his arm and started to run towards the scream.

He sighed but reluctantly followed. For some reason he seemed somewhat disappointed I wonder why.

Oh right I never gave him his answer. I'll tell him later. Maybe if the time is right.

We arrived to where the scream was and saw naruto, sakura and 3 kids one was being held by a sand ninja in a kitty? Suit. I'll call him Kitty-chan.

Sasuke hid in a tree while I made myself known.

"Oi kitty boy put the kid down! Your in my village show some respect you sand scum!"

"And if I don't want to put him down?"
"I'll make you!"
"What's a girl like yourself going to do to me honestly?"

I smirked then flashed in front if him faster then a normal eye could see and I kicked him in the stomach making him fall of the tree and cough up blood. He dropped the kid who I caught.

"You all Rights kiddo?"
"I am now Thank you"
I ruffled his hair and placed him on the floor next to naruto.

"You bitch you will pay for that"
"What? Where's the doggy?" I asked with fake enthusiasm.

He rolled his eyes at me then went to grab me when a rock came and hit his hand. Sasuke! He had to steal the spotlight I was having fun I was also hoping I could kill kitty-chan. Because why not?

In the background I herd sakura cheering that suke was hear so I rolled my eyes in annoyances.

I suddenly felt a strong chakra and went into the Bush to investigate despite being told to stay with sasuke.

I kept running until I saw where the powerful chakra was coming from. A boy with red hair and a gourd (sp) on his back he Looked emotionless like all the happiness had been sucked from his life. Its kinda ironic that the emotionless person has a tattoo saying love above his eye.

"Yo what are you doing?" I asked kinda curious as he was just sitting on a tree branch looking at the sky he reminded me of shikamaru with clouds.

"Go away or I'll kill you" he said in a ice cold voice that could scare anyone... Well anyone but me.

"Nar I think I'll stay. . . so you must be sunas jinjuriki I was told you were terrifying but I don't see it I bet your a big softie at heart and you only kill because your forced to"

He looked at me with wide eyes as if I knew his secret.

"So kid what's your name" I asked curiously.

"You know im a jinjuriki but you don't know my name?" He asked wearily.

"Got that right" I said smiling.
"Gaara"
"What?"
"My name its gaara"
"Oh nice name mines shirayuki but call me yuki or I'll be the one to kill you." I stated seriously and he nodded in reply.

"Well I better get going" I said before flashing away.

Well gaara seemed nice but he had that look in his eyes. The look that says 'i want friends but I don't want to hurt them.' He had the look if loneliness. Its the same look I had until recently.

Don't get me wrong I still feel lonely and I defiantly Still want revenge but I have other things to live for now unlike in the past.

Flashback (a month after the massacre)

"Okay class today I want you all to write on your piece of paper who you want to protect" Iruka sensei said as he handed out the slips of paper.

I looked at it blankly not knowing what to write. How do I answer this? What was I ment to write.

Instead of writing on the paper I decided screw it. I stood up and walked over to Irukas desk and put the slip back on his desk then I returned to my seat.

"Yuki it's a blank"
"I know sensei"
"You need to fill it out"
"Why I have no one to live for or to protect I only live to grow stronger and to avenge my clan"
"What about your dad "
"He can protect himself i would only get in his way."
Iruka sighed at my reply as a paper airplane and was throwing it around the room then he said "I have no one to live for or to protect I'm all alone in this stupid life people see me as a annoying brat they've hated me for as long as I can remember so why should i protect them?"

Flashback over

I've come a long way since then but my goal is forever the same... Itachis downfall will be done by my hands...

I ran back to where I left the others and a minute after I returned gaara arrived I gave him a small smile one which he returned. Then I stood by sasuke.

After gaara, Kitty-chan and well whoever the other one was went me and the rest of team 7 headed towards the bridge to meet my dad probably about the chunin exams.

I sat on a branch above the bridge waiting for dad to arrived when sasuke sat next to me.
"Hey shirayuki?"
"Yes sasuke?"
"You never answered my question"

Shit I totally forgot about that dam what do I do. Okay yuki play it cool act like you don't know what he's on about for the fun if it. After giving myself a mini pep talk I answered with

"What question?"
"Don't play dumb"
"Sasuke im serious what question? A lot has happened so whatever It was it must have slipped my mind."
"Hn"

Really hn! Seriously! Argh he's annoying! Why couldn't he just ask.

"Sasuke I'm kidding of course I remember"
His eyes lit up with hope
"so what's your answer?"
"I'm sorry sasuke..."

He looked away with sadness in his eyes tch uchiha didn't even let me finish before he assumed my answer

"I'm sorry that I never told you how I felt sooner I um I love you. and I'd love to be your girlfriend if you'd except me. I loved you when we were little but after the incident with the clan I lost all my emotions but hate I was scared to show emotions and then we became friends again then everything came flooding back but hate.... Its still my main emotion my next us my love...my love for you"

I looked up and saw sasuke at me with a shocked smile. The next thing I knew I was pulled in to a hug. All I could think about was how warm he was and how much I loved him

Sasuke pov

She said yes...
I can't believe she actually said yes.

I quickly pulled her into a tight embrace.

"I love you yuki" I whispered into her ear. She looked up at me and gave her famous hatake smile "I love you too" she whispered before I lifted up her chin and pushed a strand of her beautiful silver hair behind her ear before locking my lips with her soft pale pink ones. Our lips moved together in perfect harmony. Licked her bottom lip asking for a entrance which she declined I growled slightly in out kiss and squeeze her thigh making her moan. I took the opportunity to dive my tongue into her mouth and explored her damp cave.

We separated quickly when hearing some one clear there throat.
