[I'm going to be putting the months of how long you're pregnant in the titles, so yeah lol]

"You're pregnant!" Shizune announced and looked at me.

I gasped, completely shocked.

I mean, it makes sense, everything that's been happening. How did I never even THINK ABOUT THE POSSIBILITY THAT I AM PREGNANT?!?

But, then I felt a huge grin grow onto my mouth. And the words, "you're pregnant" echoed in my mind. I felt all warm inside and I felt so happy!

"I'm pregnant! I'm pregnant!" I cheered and hugged Shizune out of pure joy.

But, then I realized...

I hugged her, "ah... oops..." I muttered and pulled away.

She laughed awkwardly. "It's fine, but yes, you're pregnant... Five weeks pregnant, so technically you're a month and a week pregnant. So, you're telling me, you didn't think about the possibilities of pregnancy for a month?" She asked and looked at me.

"No! I didn't! But, now! I am! I'm pregnant! I gotta go tell my husband!" I said and smiled at her.

"Thank you soooooo much, Shizune!" After that last thank you, I ran out of the hospital and straight home. I couldn't stop for a minute, I can't stop or chit chat, I wanted to get straight home, but then I stopped in my tracks.

How should I tell him?

I sighed and stood there for a few minutes, thinking about what I'm gonna do.

Maybe a card?

Balloons?

Cake?

Or...

How about...

All of THE ABOVE!!!

I jumped happily, as I came up with the idea but immediately regretted it, as I felt my stomach hurt and cramp come in.

"Okay... No big movements for big mama..." I sighed and started to walk hurriedly to the store.

At The Store

I looked around at the different cards. I already have a balloon and I need to get a card and a cake.

On the balloon, it says, "I'm Pregnant!"

I sighed and looked at the cards. They were so plain and boring. Nothing unique.

"I could just make him a card..." I muttered and then shook my head.

"Too much time being consumed," I said. I shook my head, just forgetting about the card. I then went to search for a small cake. Nothing big, just a small cake for me and Kakashi. Maybe I should get Shi and Junior treats too?

I nodded, as I went to the aisle where there were small fresh cakes. I hummed and looked at the cakes.

"Huh..." I sighed and looked at the cakes.

"(Y/N)!"

"Huh?" I turned my head, towards the direction my name was called and there I saw the one and only, Might Guy.

I smiled as he headed towards me. "Hey, Guy! What are you going here?" I asked.

"Getting some protein! Protein is good for the body!" He said, and then he looked up at my balloon, and then looked at me, then looked back at the balloon, then did the same thing for about several minutes. Until his jaw dropped.

"Y-YOU'RE PREGNANT?!?!?!?" He shouted, shocked.

I smiled and nodded.

"Yup! But, can you like, not run straight to my house and tell Kakashi? It's a surprise." I told him.

"Oh, oh, oooohhhh! Okay, I can do thaattt!" He grinned and looked at the cakes.

"You're getting cake?" He asked.

I nodded and smiled.

"Yup! I'm looking for an already decorated cake, that doesn't have any words on it. I'll add the words myself." I said.

Guy looked at all the cakes and then pointed. "There!"

I looked at what he was pointing at. It was a cake with kunai designs on the sides of the cake and a water and fire dragon on top of the cake.

"Oh! Cool!" I smiled and picked up the cake and looked at Guy.

"Thank you! I appreciate it!" I told him.

He smiles and nods. "It's nothing! Well, I'll see you later, (Y/N)!" He said.

I nodded and smiled as I walked up to the checkout and paid for my items.

I hope, Kakashi doesn't freak out.

[Later On At The House][Kakashi's POV]

I yawned and stretched in my bed, stretching my hands out.

I let out a hum as I moved my hands around, and then I looked to my left and saw (Y/N) was gone. "Hm..." I sat up and stretched, then glanced at (Y/N)'s nightstand and saw a note. I picked it up.

"Dear Kashi,

I went out for a bit~. Why are you waking up at 12 PM? How are you supposed to tend to your lovely wife at 12 PM? Especially, since she's waking up before you. Tsk, tsk, tsk! But, I still love you, cause honey you be carrying a package that even I can't handle. Be making me wanna faint once I see it. Well, I don't just love your, uh, package. I love like everything about you~, inside and out. You should serenade me though, but I know you can't sing. Unless... Kakashi can you sing? Can you? Can you? I know you won't tell me, cause I'll annoy the hell out of you... But, anyway? What was I gonna say? Why did this note become a letter? I got distracted. Anyways, bye~.

I chuckled and put the note down, and shook my head.

"(Y/N), gets distracted too easily it's so cute..." I muttered and got out of the bed, and walked over to the bathroom. I went inside and turned towards the sink, and looked into the mirror.

Well, I would be looking into the mirror but... I was met by a steamy mirror, with words on it.

The words were me in big letters, and inside of the e was the word "baby". I titled my head, "A riddle?" I asked, and then looked up at the corner of the mirror and noticed she put a hint, but it was upside down.

I chuckled and decided to dor her riddle.

"Okay... So me... The baby is inside of the e in e... And, if you think about it, it's... There's a baby inside of me." I said.

Wait.

What?

"There's a baby inside of me," I repeated another time, just to make sure I got it right.

That's really the only thing, that first came to my mind and made sense.

I then felt something like, string touch me. I turned around, and I saw a string floating above me, so I looked up and saw a balloon.

"I'm pregnant!"

I stared at the balloon.

I hope this isn't one of (Y/N)'s pranks.

[Your POV]

I smiled as I finished the design on the cake. It wasn't hard, don't know why it took so long. Probably, because I was eating some dangos. I smiled and looked at the words, that I made in bubble letters.

"I'M PREGNANT!!" Was written on the cake.

"I am pretty proud," I said, proud of myself and patted my own shoulder.

"(Y/N)."

I looked towards the kitchen entrance, and saw Kakashi, he had his bed hair, he was shirtless, and he was holding my balloon.

"You know, Kakashi. You are the only stallion that I would ride all night long." I joked and winked at him playfully.

"I got the answer to your riddle." He said, and chuckled.

"What riddle?" I asked him, acting oblivious.

He rolled his eyes.

"Anyway, there's a baby inside of me." He said.

My eyes widened, and I dramatically gasped.

"You're PREGNANT!" I shouted, excited with a grin on my face.

"OH MY GOD! I'M GOING TO BE A MOM!!" I smiled and sped walked over to Kakashi, he chuckled and looked down at me. "Yeah, I'm pregnant." He said. "You're going to be a mom, and I'll be a dad. I'm pretty excited, and happy." He continued.

I smiled and looked up at him, putting my hand on his abs and rubbed it. "Ah~. I see you're already one month along~." I cooed.

He rolled his eyes, he had a small smile and looked at me.

"(Y/N), come on." He said.

I pouted and looked him in the eyes. "I enjoyed it for a second, but... Yeah, I'm pregnant!" I cheered, happily. He smiled and let go of the balloon, so he can fully hug me. He wraps his arms around my waist and hugs me tight. I smiled and hugged him back.

"You know, I don't know why I never thought of it. But, that explains everything." He said as he lets me go. I grabbed his hand and brought him over to the cake.

"Yeah! I guess, we just were paying that much attention to the signs." I laughed softly and then pointed at the cake, I then picked up a knife I had out to cut the cake and held it out to him.

"You want to cut the cake, daddy Kakashi?" I asked him.

He chuckled and takes the knife.

"Sure, mommy (Y/N)."

I smiled happily, I was ready for the upcoming months, as long as Kakashi is by my side.

"Hey wanna know something funny?" I asked him, as he cut into the cake.

"What is it?"

"You were daddy before I even became pregant~."

"Oh my... Not around the kids, dear."

"Awwww!" I pouted.

[This is like a regular 5-minute read (average but y'all be reading a wee bit too fast lol), later on, hopefully I get more than 1500 words. But, not a lot was going to happen this chapter lol. I think I wanna start adding extras like I don't know modern snippets to make these chapters a little bit longer like for example, "Baby Momma Challenge" or "UNO With Kakashi". Okay, anyways I'm gone now it's like 2:30 AM right now. I'll release another chapter later on this month. Also, <.< I've been talking about Animal Crossing a lot, but like give me y'all fruits, I got Apples, Peaches, and Coconuts. Let me visit y'all island. Or trade with me on Pokemon Sword/Sheild.
