"Why are we even here?" J asked, while Meiko just laughed. "It's for fun!!!" Miku yelled. "I don't want to have a picnic though, do you remember the last one?!?!" "Hey, it's my first picnic. I want to see what it's like." I said, hopefully that persuaded her! I get to have more time with Kaito!  Here he comes, keep your cool!

(J's pov)
"Hey, J?"  "Yeah, what is it?"  "Can I talk to you, alone?"  "Sure Meiko."  Meiko and I walked to an area surrounded by bushes.  "So what is it?"  "I want to get together with Kaito, will you help me?"  "I'm sorry Meiko, but I'll think about it.  Maybe you can ask Neru or Haku for help."  With that I left to go tell Rin what happened.  "Rin!"  "What?"  "I need to talk to you alone.  ASAP."  "Follow me then."  She dragged me to an area far away from the group near a bunch of rocks.  "What happened with Meiko?"  "She said she wants to get together with Kaito.  I said that I'll think about it."  "Tell her no."  "Why?"  "Cuz I'm planning to get (y/n) with Kaito!  You wanna join me?"  "Sure!  Sounds like a plan!"  "Ok, let's get back.  Don't tell (y/n)!"  "K"  We went back to the group and hung out for the rest of the day.  I think Meiko already knows what my final answer is.
