Shortly Sirat reached the resort. "Hum ponch gaye" said Ranveer, Sirat turned to him. "Tu  jaa mein thareko baad mein call karti hu" she said coming out of the car and slammed it shut. "Tu marese ese baat kyu kare hai?" He asked coming out of the car..

Kartik was rocking Akshu "Sirat, Ranveer tum dono kab aye?" Asked Suvarna. He stood up with Akshu and turned to the front. "Abhi aye" said Ranveer with a smile. "Mareko maudi se milna tha to mein.." she trailed off seeing Kartik. "Accha kiya tum dono behto kuch khaya tum logo ne?" She asked them. "Na aunty.. he went to say yes they will join them.

"Na, mareko bhukh na lage hai..Maudi khathe hai?" She asked "woh kamre mein hai" replied Kartik "Kartik  beta Akshu sogaye lau mein sula deti hu" she said. "Haan maa" he gave Akshu to her. "Sirat?!" Kairav said in an excited tone. "Kairav" she replied and he ran to her and she hugged him. "Hi bike buddy" he said and started making conversation with Ranveer. Sirat nodded to their conversation then slowly looked to see Kartik but when she did he looked away, "hey big bro sab log bahar aap sab ko bulare hai" said Vansh.

"Yes chalo Sirat" said Kairav dragging her by the hand. "Tu haas ra hai Ranveer mari madat karo" she yelled with a giggle "Aaram se Kairav" Ranveer said taking Sirat's hand from Kairav and held it. Kartik looked upon in confusion and Sirat noticed it too.

"Papa chalo" he called "haan beta" they all went out and the kids  suggested a game of dumsharads they all started playing. "Kartik ki bari" said Manish "Hmm mujhe kya mila hai.." Kartik said and Kairav whispered something in his ear. Sirat was sat next to Ranveer on the ground but her mind kept going to Kartik. "Beta yeh mein kaise bolu tum change kardo" said Kartik

"Ke hai?" Said Ranveer and got up Kartik showed him the chit, and Kartik told him to take his turn instead. "Accha to je hai.." said Ranveer.. he started doing the actions.. "ke hai je Ranveer mareko kuch samaj na ave" Sirat said getting up. "Tu Beht thare liye to je hai" he said with a chuckle taking her hands.

"Marese se shaadi karogi" he said followed by "I love you Sirat" hearing this Sirat felt overwhelmed as everyone started to clap..well almost everyone. Sirat gave a subtle smile and looked in a different direction.

'Kartik ko je sun kar accha na laaga ke..?' she thought seeing his lips pursed in a thin line but his eyes expressing what? she couldn't quite work out because he was avoiding her gaze. "Sirat tu kaha kho gaye?"

"Mein to Athe hu Ranveer" she replied he cupped her face now Sirat could see from the corner of her eye Kartik was looking at her with unexplained anger but why? She needed to find out so dileberately started couple dancing with Ranveer. "Wow Sirat aur Bike buddy" Kairav cheered.

"Kitne khush hai mari laado Ranveer ke saath" said Maudi to dadi. Dadi nodded with a smile Kartik cleared his throat "Dadi aap sab khelo mein nane jara hu" said Kartik and left from there. "Iss waqt nana kya hua Kittu?" She asked but he had already left.

'Kuch to thare dimaag mein chalra hai Kartik mareko pata lagana hai ke je hai ke' she said ending the dance.

Kartik came into his room "Mujhe nane jana hai yeh mein kya bol ke aya?" he said as he ruffled his hair, flashbacks of him Sirat in the rain and in that room played in his mind. Kartik become astonished when he and saw her hands locked around his belly. "Sirat?" He removed her hands and turned.

"Tum yaha kya kar rahi ho?" He asked "Kartik je mareko to tharese puchna chahe tum aathe kyu agaye?" She asked. "Tum to Ranveer ke saath bahar dance kar rahi thi na?"

"Thareko jalan hua mareko aur Ranveer ko ese dekh ke..?" she asked taking steps towards him.

"Mujhe kyu jalan hogi Sirat?" He asked her

"Kartik mane tharese.." she said to him

"Bas bas aab age maat bolo tum bahar jao Ranveer tumhara- " he said

"Mareko Ranveer na chahe Kartik.."

"Sirat...

"Mareko aap chahe Kartik" she said then hugged him, Kartik didn't know what to do or how to react upon her confession.

"Sirat kya kare rahi ho koi aajayega chodo mujhe.." but she shook her head. Kartik sighed he held her arm briefly but then..

"Sirat!" he said holding her by the shoulders and made her face him. "Yeh tum kya bol rahi ho hmm? hum sirf dost hai" Sirat sighed

"Apne mareko pagal samaj rakha hai Kartik? hum dost hai?" She shook her head "hum dost na hai" Kartik removed his hands off her shoulders.

"Sirat bas bahut hochuka tum meri baat sunogi aur manogi bhi!" He shouted at her. Sirat's jaw dropped at his harsh tone. "Hum dost hai shuruwat se  hum dost hai aur ab bhi dost ho hai"

Sirat was quiet.."kuch nai badla samjhi tum" Sirat nodded.

"Sirf dost hai?" She asked keeping her hands on his shoulders.

"Haan Sirat.."

"Sirf dost hai pakka na ?" She removed her hands from him.

"Haan Haan sirf dost!" He said getting angry then looked away.

"To phir mereko ko kiss kyu kiya aathe pe?!" Kartik looked up at her after hearing her words and angry tone  "uss kamre mein aathe kiss kiya tha na aapne? aur yaha chua tha mareko" she said touching her waist and neck reminding him. Kartik was lost for words after she confronted him.

"Sirat.. woh jo tha.." he started but stopped once he saw tears make their way out of her eyes.

"Bas Kartik aab mein ke karu..mane aap chaiye" she said covering her face with her palms. Kartik was feeling bad "Sirat bas" he said trying to hold her in his arms but she wouldn't let him. "Chodo mareko.. Ranveer bahar hai mareko chalna chaiye" she said.

"To tum jare ho unke saath?" He asked to her surprise. "Haan mara pyar na hai par achha dost hai" she said ready to leave his room. "Ahh" she said slipping on a toy car" Kartik ran "Sirat!" He said catching her.

"Chodo mane kuch na hove" she said removing his hands and stood straight"Tum Ranveer ke saath maat jao" he blurted out. Sirat felt confused by his words "Jo mara dil main jaga bana hove woh to marese dur hai to mein ke karu" she said to Kartik and he didn't know what to say.

"Pata nai Kartik apne mare dil mein kab jaga leli par ab woh badal ne wala na hai.." she said Kartik sighed "to tum kaha re rahi ho?" He asked her.

"Naya ghar mein Ranveer ne hum dono ke liye banaya aathe.. par mareko na jana, please aap na mareko yaha rehna do mareko Ranveer se pyar na hai" she said.

"Sirat tumhare important match anewala hai aur tum.." she sighed "Mereko je sab pata hai!" she said then left his room. Kartik sat on the bed "ab woh comfortable kese feel karegi Ranveer ke saath" he said then stood up.

A few minutes passed "papa aap yaha pe ho Sirat aur bike buddy jare hai" said Kairav. Kartik came out into the hall but he didn't see Sirat."Ranveer yaha hai to Sirat?" He said walking off "mari laado" he heard maudi's voice say.. he saw Sirat with her head in her nani's lap. "Koi parishani hai laado?" She asked her whilst running a loving hand over her forehead.

"Sirat to aathe hai" said Ranveer seeing Kartik. "Ruko Ranveer woh sogaye hai aaj bahut thak chuki hai aaj raat ko maudi ke saath use rehne do" he said to him. "Haan theekh hai Kartik maudi ko bhi accha laage je" he replied. Kartik nodded "par kal shaam ko mari Sirat ke liye mane kuch kas plan kiya hai" he said to Kartik then left from there.

Kartik sighed "Ranveer Sirat ke liye kuch accha plan kar raha hai par mujhe yeh sun kar accha nai laga" he said to himself. He then looked up and maudi waved him to come in the room. "Sab kuch theekh haina chora?" She asked him.

"Haan maudi" Maudi stood up "mein abhi aye mari laado chain ki nend mein sore hai" she said Kartik nodded. He sat down and watched as she slept..a hair strand kept disturbing her sleep. Kartik got up and leaned down and started to softly blow it off her face.

"Maudi!" She said turning "ouch!" Sirat eyes open to Kartik holding his eyes."What my luck je ke hogaya" she said jumping out of the bed. "Sorry sorry sorry Kartik mane jaanbhuj kar je na kiya" she said.

"Its ok mein theekh hu..by the way tum aaj raat yaha ho tumne uske saath wapas nai jana tha na?" He asked her.

"Laado tu uth gaye" she said seeing Sirat "thari aankh ko ke hua chora" she asked."Kuch nai..aapki laado mujhe marti rehte hai" he chuckled. Sirat held her ears, Kartik started laughing more and that made Sirat laugh too.

"Bahut der hogaye to goodnight" said Kartik to both of them..then started leaving the room. "Laado Ranveer ka phone arra hai .. she said making Kartik turn. "Na maudi abhi mareko interest na hai unko baat karne mein" she said whilst looking at Kartik.

"Theekh hai laado" she replied. "Aap so jaye Kartik" Sirat said to him, he nodded and left. The next day Manish announced that they can go back home to Udaipur. Kartik insist that Sirat comes with them in the car.

"Akshu" she said playing with her in her lap. "Yaad hai aap ghutne baal chali thi" she said whilst hugging her. Kartik chuckled "use kuch samaj nai araha hai Sirat" he said whilst driving.. "na na aapko malum na hai je Akshu na bahut tez hai" she said.

Ranveer reached the resort and is told everyone has left and gone back home. They all reach Goenka villa Sirat's phone starts ringing.. "Ranveer? Shant ho ja..ke hua?" She said taking the call outside..

"Bas bas aapko nini arahi baccha" he said standing up with her. "Dadi mein Akshu ko sulakar araha hu" he said then went from there. Sirat hung up the call "Ranveer ne kuch cas plan kiya aur Kartik ko je bare mein pata tha par woh kuch na bola?" She said to herself.

"Sirat tum kahi jare ho?" He asked her "haan Ranveer ka call aya woh kuch special plan ki hai to mein.. she said taking her bag.
"Accha.. zaroori hai jana?" He questioned her. "Ke matalab?" She asked.

"Accha suno hum itne deen baad ghar aye to party to bante hai" yelled Kairav and then Vansh. "Haan accha idea hai" said Gayu to Surekha. "Yes hum accha khana khayenge games khelenge" said Manish.

"Sirat rukh jao tumhare bina Kairav ko bura lagega" Kartik said to her. "Sirf Kairav ko?" She asked him?" Kartik went quiet and sighed "Mujhe bhi chaiye ke tum iss party mein shamil ho..to  please" he said. She gave him a subtle smile..

"Theekh hai mein aathe rahungi, Ranveer ko bol dungi ke aaj mein na aasaku" she said. Kartik nodded "Hmm kal bhi tumhara practice hai usme tum busy hogi" he said

"Par usme to woh atthai haina Kartik" Kartik shrugged his shoulders "usko aane ki koi waja nai hai mein tumhe drop kar dunga so no problem" he said. Sirat was puzzled at why Kartik was stopping her meeting Ranveer at every Avenue..

"Mein ise bol dunge ke woh bhi iss party ke hisa bane" she said "ok joh tumhari marazi" he said then walked off. "Je Kartik mareko ko bilkul samaj mein na ave.." she sighed

Kartik came into his room "great yeh button ko abhi tutna tha.. mera video conference hai client ke saath pandra minute mein.." he took a box out of the cupboard.

Sirat heard Akshu crying she went passed Kartik's room and got stuck on that view she saw him trying to stitch the button.. "Je button ese na chipkega.." he looked up from his chest.

"Tume aata hai to meri madat kardo meri client ke saath meeting hai aaj" Sirat giggled "theekh hai to do mareko" she said and he handed her the needle and thread. "Hmm par jaldi karo" she nodded and started to stitch the button.

Kartik kept looking at her and now she did too.

Music plays bol halke halke

Once she finished "je hogaya" she said then bit the thread to break it. Kartik closed his eyes feeling her breath near his chest. "Ouch" she said pricking herself. "Sirat!" He said and took her finger in his mouth to stop it bleeding. Sirat's jaw dropped as he sucked her finger.

"Sorry" he said leaving her hand "and thank you meri madat karne kiliye" he said whilst adjusting his collars. "Hmm koi baat na hai" she said then left his room.

"Sirat aap party mein kya pehnoge chalo Gayu masi kamre mein bulare hai" said Kairav taking Sirat with him.. Sirat got busy selecting clothes and completely forgotten to tell Ranveer that she is staying for the party.

2 hours passed and Sirat was ready and went outside to get something, Kartik saw her and he was mesmerised "mein abhi call karta hu" he said hanging up. "Oi Sirat Marycom Shekhavat" he said and she turned.. "mein ache lag rahi hu na je kapde mein" he smiled and walked to her.

"Tum bahut sundar lagrahi ho.. he cups her face and they share an eyelock.
