KARTIK: tumhein nai pta k kya karty hain? (Winking at her).
NAIRA: what do you mean? (Still confused).
KARTIK: Achaa..ab itni bhi innocent mat bano.
NAIRA: mujhe sach mein samajh nai ayi..
KARTIK: tumhe kabhi aani bhi nai ayi hai..(hitting her head).
NAIRA: kya hai tumhe?..(pulling his nose).
KARTIK: aur tumhe kya hai? (Again hitting her head)
NAIRA: Kartikkkk...
KARTIK: Nairaaa..
NAIRA: ughhh! (Making faces)

He was just looking her being irritated and enjoying it. But his trance was broken by Gayu and Rohan.

ROHAN: chalein Bhai..
KARTIK: han chalo..

Kartik bid goodbye to Naira and Gayu and smiled at Naira.
They were about to step out the house when Kartik said: Bhai ap jaa k car start kro main abhi aya..
ROHAN: kahan jaa raha hai?
KARTIK: ab jao na..mera phone reh gaya hai..le ke ata hun
ROHAN: phone toh tere hath mein hai..

Kartik went inside. Gayu and Naira both wasn't there. He searched out for Naira and saw her in kitchen drinking water. He went towards her.

KARTIK: Naira! (He whispered in her ears)
NAIRA: oh godd! You scared me..tum gaye nai abhi?
KARTIK: umm..woh..agar mujhe tumse baat karni hui toh main kaise krun..I mean If you don't mind..
NAIRA: pagal ho? Jaise ab kar rahy ho..waise hi kr lena..
KARTIK: ughh!! Pagal larkii! I meant agar mujhe tumse kabhi bhi baat karni ho, toh?
NAIRA: message kr lena..(still busy in drinking water)

Naira was blushing. Oh god! Control Naira. We're just friends and don't forget he's already committed. Oh god! Forget it main bhi kuch bhi soch rahi hun, she said to herself.

Kartik in his room. Pagal hai puri..it felt nice today talking with her. It was something special, something different. For the first time, I talked with a girl instead of flirting around.. for the first time, a girl understood me, made me feel better. There's something special. Anyways! She's nice and I should also be nice to her. She's innocent and I'll be in my limits. He thought.

It was 10:00 of the night when Naira was lying in her bed, and she received a text: "Hey!"

At first, she didn't knew who it was but when she saw the person's profile photo, it was Kartik. She was staring his profile photo, when she again received a text, "ab itna bhi mat ghooro mujhe..I know I'm irresistible, lekin mujhe nazar lag jaye gi.."

After fifteen minutes..

KARTIK: kaha gayi?

NAIRA: I meant..you can go out with Nisha..she may mind if we hang out..She's possessive about you..she may take this wrong after what happened at mall.
KARTIK: she's no one to interfere in my life. We share nothing, I already told you. It's okay. Just clearly say, if you don't want to go. And I'm sorry. Bye. Take care.

Oh god! Naira tum bhi na. Zada hi bol diya. Ab kya krun? Dubara message krun? Lagta hai gussa ho gaya, she thought.

On the other side Kartik thought: aik toh main khud bahir jaany ka pooch raha hun aur iske tantrums hi kahtam nai ho rahy...pta nai kya problem Nisha aur mere relation se..we are not in relation..lekin nai kisi ko samajh toh ata nai hai..Anyways..I think maine thora rudely baat kr liya..I should apologize..

He was going to message her when he received a text from her: "I'm sorry, Kartik. I didn't meant that. It's okay. We can go. Tell me the location and time, I'll be there.

KARTIK: even I'm sorry. Maine bhi thora rudely baat kr liya and I'll pick you up tomorrow at 10:30 am, is that okay?
NAIRA: yeah okay. I'll be ready.

They continued talking about random things, they didn't realized, it got late. It was 3:00 am.

NAIRA: okay, ab so jao bht der ho gayi hai..
KARTIK: mujhe toh kab se neend aa rahi..tumne hi jagaya hua..
NAIRA: han toh na kro baat main force kiya hai kya?
KARTIK: acha sorry yar..I was just kidding...main toh puri raat baat kr skta hun..
NAIRA: han tumhe toh aadat ho gayi ho gi..itni girlfriends jo hain..sab ko alag alag time jo dena hota hai..
KARTIK: haha..you know me!
NAIRA: acha..ab so jao..Good Night.
KARTIK: Good Night..see ya tomorrow.

They both ended the conversation, but they didn't wanted too.

KARTIK'S POV:
       Huh! It felt really good talking to her. I talked with a lot of girls but with this girl I wanted to talk for the whole day. It seems I'll not get bore of her like others. She's something different. But not one of those girls, I better not hurt her.

NAIRA'S POV:
      What is this feeling? Why I'm blushing? Am I being attracted towards him? No, I can't be. What if it's true? I think I like him. Does he like me? The way he talked to me, even on messages, it seemed like. But what if he's treating me only as a friend? Why would he like me? A girl like me? He's rich, handsome and I'm a middle class girl and not even pretty! I'm just thinking too much. I should stop my emotions right now! Otherwise it'll hurt me only and don't forget Naira, these things are bullshit. Just bullshit.

They both then drifted to sleep.
