In the morning, everyone was at the breakfast table. Naira served Kartik and others cupcakes. Later, after breakfast everyone got busy in their respective works.

Naira was in her room combing her hairs infront of mirror when someone backhugged her. She realized Kartik's touch.

KARTIK: Main tumhe bahir dhoond raha tha aur tum yahan ho apne room mein.

He nuzzled her neck in such a way that made her heart race faster.

NAIRA: K..kartik..tum jao..main ati hun. (She was going weak under his effect)

He kissed her earlobe and made his grip stronger on her waist.

KARTIK: You fine, now? Is it still paining?
NAIRA: Nai, I'm fine.
KARTIK: Hot chocolate?
NAIRA: Agar tum banao gy toh theek hai.

He chuckled and kissed her cheeks.

KARTIK: Okay, tum neeche aa jao main hot chocolate bnata hun.

She nodded and he left the room.

After a while, she too came downstairs.

Rohan and Gayu were sitting in living room and Kartik was in kitchen while everyone else was busy in their own work.

She too joined Rohan and Gayu. Kartik served them hot chocolate.

GAYU: Naira, when is Kabir arriving?
NAIRA: What? Is he coming here?
GAYU: He didn't told you?
NAIRA: No, we talked yesterday. Usne mujhe kuch nai bataya.
GAYU: Then, it must be a surprise for you jo maine kharab kar diya. Kabir ko mat btana please.
NAIRA: Wo jab ayega main usse khud hi dekh lun gi. But when he's coming?
GAYU: 6bjy ki flight hai usski wo direct yahin aa jayega.

KARTIK: Okay now, who's Kabir?
NAIRA: He's our childhood friend jab hum sath rehty thy. Uske baad sab kahin aur shift ho gaye. He couldn't make it to Gayu's wedding so he's coming now.
KARTIK: That's good, then.
NAIRA: Yeah, he's amazing. I'm sure you gonna like him too.
KARTIK: Yeah sure.
NAIRA: Okay main ussko call kar k aati hun.

He nodded and she left the mug on table untouched and went out in garden.

Kartik looked at the mug that was still there untouched.
He said to himself: Itni bhi kya excitement hot chocolate bhi nai pee. Maine uske liye bnayi aur uss ne taste bhi nai ki.
Aur ab pata nai yeh Kabir kon hai. He sighed and went to his room.

He was sitting on couch when Naira came and sat on his lap.

KARTIK: Mere sath jagah khali hai. Tum wahan pe beth sakti ho.
NAIRA: Kya hai tumhe? Mujhe yahin bethna hai.
KARTIK: Okay fine.
NAIRA: Yeh sai hai, I'm on months aur mood swings tumhare ho rahy hain. Don't tell me that you're on months too?

He couldn't resist and laughed on her words.

KARTIK: You're impossible.
NAIRA: I know. (She chuckled)
Kya kar rahy ho tum?
KARTIK: Nothing scrolling YouTube.

She took his phone and then immediately returned him.

NAIRA: Sorry, main tumhara phone use kar sakti hun?
KARTIK: Ofcourse, Naira. Isme puchne ki kya baat hai.
NAIRA: Wo I thought k tum mind na karo I mean...
KARTIK: I don't like when someone touches my personal thing but the person whom I like can touch everything be it phone or be it me you know na what I mean.. (he winked at her)
NAIRA: Bas bas besharam insaan.
KARTIK: Yeah whatever.

She then took his phone.

NAIRA: Okay let's watch underground 6 it's a new release. You've Netflix, right?
KARTIK: Yeah let me connect it to laptop.

He connected it to laptop and adjusted laptop on the table.

KARTIK: Wait, let me lock the door.

He then locked the door.

KARTIK: Now, come.

He then made Naira sit in his lap. She rested her head on his chest and both got engrossed in watching movie. He was giving kisses on her hairs while watching the movie.

After a while, he felt no movement from Naira's side. When he looked at her she was sleeping clutching to his shirt, looking no less then a baby.

KARTIK: Wow! (He chuckled and kissed her hairs)

He then continued watching the movie while Naira was still sleeping. After an hour, the movie ended.
Kartik let Naira sleep and also rested leaning to couch.
Naira was sleeping while he was just resting, his eyes were closed.

After an hour or two, Naira's sleep broke. She rubbed her eyes and realized her position. She looked up to Kartik who was sleeping by then.
She couldn't move as he was holding her from waist tightly. She waited for him.
It was now 6:00 of the evening.

NAIRA: Kartik, utho shaam ho gayi hai. (She said while shaking him)

He held her waist more tightly and said: Acha, two minutes more.

NAIRA: Kartik...
KARTIK: Please na.

She again placed her head on his chest and rested for a while. Just then she remembered that Kabir was also coming in evening.

NAIRA: Kartik, utho please. Kabir bhi any wala hoga.
KARTIK: Hmm..acha.
NAIRA: Acha nai utho.

Finally he got up.

KARTIK: kya hai? Sune bhi nai deti ho. Khud toh neend puri kar li movie k beech mein so gayi thi. Main abhi abhi soya tha.
NAIRA: Aww, it's okay. Ab raat ko soo lena. (She kissed her cheeks)

Then, they both went downstairs.
Rohan and Gayu stopped their way.

GAYU: Kahan thy tum dono?
NAIRA: Main soo rahi thi.
KARTIK: Aur main movie dekh raha tha.
ROHAN: Oh, matlab Naira soo rahi thi aur tum movie dekh rahy thy, aik hi room mein?
KARTIK: Okay fine hum sath mein hi movie dekh rahy thy.

They all laughed on Kartik.

NAIRA: Gayu, what about Kabir? Kab aayega wo?
GAYU: Wo bas any wala hi hoga.
ROHAN: There he is! (Rohan said pointing towards the entrance)

Kabir was standing there with luggage in his hands.

He hugged Gayu and Rohan. Then he went towards Naira, he hugged her and picked her up and started twirling her.
Kartik was not liking this at all but he put his thoughts on the other side.

NAIRA: I missed you. (She said breaking the hug)
KABIR: I missed you too.

He then looked towards Kartik and handshaked with him.

KABIR: You're Kartik, right? Rohan's brother?
KARTIK: Yes, nice to meet you.
KABIR: Same here.

Kabir then met the family. Naira held his hands and took him to guest room.

Kartik was disturbed because of this but didn't showed it.

At night, everyone was at dining table for dinner.

As usual, the family did their dinner and then the kids gathered.

Kartik left Naira's chair besides him as he used to that. But to his surprise, Naira sat with Kabir only.

He was kind of more hurt then jealous but still didn't showed it.

Everyone then after having chit chat went to their rooms.

Kartik as usual went to Naira's room. When he entered her room, he saw her playing ludo with Kabir. It was late at night he thought she must be sleeping so he went to sleep with her but to his surprise she was spending time with Kabir.

KABIR: Oh, Hey Kartik!

Naira looked upto him and went towards him and took him out of the room

NAIRA: Umm..Kartik you go and sleep. I'll be late. I'm playing with him. (She kissed his cheeks)

KARTIK: It's okay. I'll wait for you. (He kissed her forehead and then left for his room)

Naira went inside her room.

KABIR: Agar apka romance ho gaya ho toh game continue karen?

She throw cushion at him. Then they continued their game. On the other side, Kartik was waiting for Naira.
