I know last chapter had no Kaira. This one is not exactly Kairalicious but it does have Kaira. Hope you all have a good read.

It was afternoon. Naira had woken up. Everyone was gathered at the dinning table where all Naira's favourite dishes that were prepared by Akshara and Naitik are arranged. Karthik bought Naira to the table.
"Naira bitya ao betho", said Rajshri pulling out a chair for Naira.
Naira looked at the table, all her favourites were there, with one look she knew which ones were made by her father and which ones her mother made, because they looked the same as they used to look 10 years back. The burgers had ketchup smileys, on the badam halwa 'Naira' was written using raisins. She remembered whenever Akshara used to make halwa, she always used to make some design or write a name with raisins. She looked at Karthik who gave her a pleading look so she sat down. Everybody became very.
Akshara kept a plate infront of her and everyone fills it with all the items lying on the table. All were standing behind Naira's chair eagerly waiting for her to start eating, but Naira pushed the plate aside, took a glass of water drank it and was about to get up, but Karthik kept a hand on her shoulder, keeping her down.
"Kya hua Naira, why aren't you eating anything. Yeh sab toh tumhari man pasand dishes hai", asked Varsha
"Itne saalon mein choices badal jati hai.", said Naira
"Tum jo kaho, hum woh bana lenge tumhare liye princess", Naitik spoke caressing her hair.
"Apka ya Apke praviaar ka, baniya hua kuch bhi mujhe acha nahi lagega", replied Naira harshly, pushing Naitik's hand away from her hair.
Karthik took his seat infront of Naira and bought the plate that everyone filled, closer to her, he took some noodles in the fork and placed it near her mouth. "Naira koyi bahna nahi chalega. Tum pregnant ho, you should eat well. Iss tarha meal skip nahi karna chaiye and yeh sab ghar ka khana hai, it is all good for your health. Chalo kaho", Karthik told her calmly but sternly. Naira at once ate the noodles that were on the fork, because she knew Karthik would not tolerate her missing lunch.
"main khiladun, ya baki sab tum kahlogi", Karthik asked more lovingly this time
"Tum khilado, baby ko apne papa ke haath se kahana hai", replied Naira cutely placing his hand on her stomach.
Everyone sat down around the table to have their lunch. Kaira fed each other.

Yash, Rose, Mohit, Nandini, Anmol and Rukmani dadi entered
"Humari Naira kaha hai", asked Nandini and everyone's eyes drifted to Naira. Nandini walked towards her. "Tum bahut pyaari ho,", said Nandini touching her cheeks affection
"Di app sab toh phele anne wale the", stated Naitik
"Woh kya hai, yeh samajh mein nahi araha tha hum kya le aye, tumhari princess ke liye", replied Mohit
"Naira, this is for you", said Rose handing a wrapped box over to her. Naira looked at her not being able to recognize. Rose realized and introduced herself.
"I am Rose, Yash's wife and your bhabhi. Well tum bhi meri bhabhi ho as Karthik is my mun bola bhai.", Rose cleared her confusion
"Am still angry at you. I thought I was like your sister. How come you never told me anything about your wife and a coming little baby too. You know how mad I am at you.", Rose expressed her anger to Karthik
"Sorry", apologized Karthik holding his ears.
"Isse pehchana", asked Rukmani pushing Anmol forward, Naira gave a confused look
"Anmol, dekho mera bacha kitna handsome hogaya hai", said Rukmani as usual bragging about her favourite grandson
"Welcome back Naira", greeted Anmol in a formal polite way.
"Waise am sure tumne mujhe bhi nahi phechana hoga", said Gayu
"Aap Gayu di hai ne", said Naira
"Phechan liya tumne, kaise", asked Gayu
"Main ne sunna, sab apko Gayu bula rahe the", replied Naira
"Mujhe toh recognize kiya hoga, main badli kaha hun. 16 years ki hogi hoon, lekin ab bhi sirf 6 years ki lagti hun", said Mishti her eyes going a bit moist talking about her height. Naira went down on her knees.
"Hum dikhne mein kaise ho yeh zaruri nahi. Humara dil saaf ho yeh zaruri hai", Naira told Mishti sweetly
"Lekin sab school mein mazak udate hai", Mishti told her.
"Toh udane do unnhe, unki baton par dhyaan mat dena. Logon ka kaam hai kehna. Tum janti ho tum dil se achi ho, sirf yeh zaruri hai aur kuch nahi", Naira replied with love
"Aap bahut achi hai, Naira Di", said Mishti hugging her. Everyone happy seeing them bond. Naira notices
"What do you think you are doing Naira. You should not let any of them enter your heart.", Naira told herself and then left the hall.
"Time lagega, but she will come around", said Karthik and everyone smiled
"Magar kaise. I know she softened up to Mishti a bit, but her anger is against bhabhi and bhaiya mainly and abhi tak that hasn't lessened", reminded Naman and everyone's faces feel hearing that
"It is not even been a day, Naman sir, we need to give her some time.", replied Karthik
"I saw the way she looked at the table, she recognized that the food items were prepared by who, if the bad memories are fresh in her mind, the good memories are there too. She has misunderstandings but lot of love in her as well.", added Karthik.

"Kya hua Naira", asked Karthik as he entered there room and saw Naira pacing up and down.
"I am bored. There is nothing over here, na gangaghat, na ashram", she complained.
"Everything happened all of a sudden, that I forgot to drop a word at the orphanage. I know you visit it everyday and all of them will be looking forward to seeing you. I think, maa, dad or Di might have told them about it though, but just in case, let's just video call them.", spoke Karthik and Naira nodded happily.

Video call
"Hi Pungi", said Kaira together, waving
"Where are the other's", asked Kaira and pungi signed them that will bring the phone where everyone is
"Namaste Negi Uncle", greeted Kaira
"Namaste beta, wahan sab thik toh hai. Kirti bitya ne batiya ke woh log Tina, Mera matlab hai Naira ke mayke janne wale hai.", spoke Negi, one of the ashram care takers
Kaira chatted with them for a while.

"Now feeling less bored", asked placing a soft kiss on her temple, Naira nodded her head negatively.
"But I know ways to lessen my boredom", Naira whispered huskily in his ears pressing her body against his. She traced her fingers around his chest, drawing patterns. Karthik caught her hand and moved it away. Naira started kissing his face and neck.
"Naira stop seducing me", Karthik told her pushing her face away.
"Why should I stop", Naira asked in a sexy voice
"Because am going to loose control and I don't want to hurt the baby", he said
"You would never hurt our child, I trust you. Love me", she pleaded wrapping her arms around him.
He took her in his arms and laid her on the bed. Karthik placed kisses on her forehead, eyes, nose, cheeks, and then reached her lips, it started off slow, soft and romantic but it turned into a passionate and intense one. Naira's hands reached is shirt and she slowly unbuttoned it. Placing wet kisses on his chest. Karthik pushed her blouse a bit on top and placed a kiss on her stomach.
"Do you know how much papa loves you", he said caressing her flat stomach.
"My little mendak knows how much his papa loves him", replied Naira
"Mendak kaun, yeh toh meri choti sherni hogi", said Karthik placing a hand on her stomach.
Naira got up in a sitting position and straightened her blouse
"What do you mean by choti sherni", asked Naira angrily
"Humari beti hai, toh obviously maa par jayegi", replied Karthik
"It is going to be a boy and he is going to go on his father. My little mendak. Apni mumma ka ladla", Naira insisted
"No she is going to be daddy's little girl", argued Karthik
They both continued with their nokh jhok. After a while they heard a knock, Karthik opened the door,
"bff everyone is calling you both", said Mishti and then ran downstairs and Kaira followed her.

"What's happening", asked Karthik
"Bff, Gayu Di made fruit custard, we were waiting for you both to come only, so we all will eat together", said Mishti handing a bowl to Karthik, while Gayu handed one to Naira.
"Naira kaha aur bata kaise banna hai, waise I have learnt from the best", she said, glancing at Akshara at the end, which Naira took notice off Though she didn't feel like eating, she didn't want anymore drama, as soon as she picked the spoon, Karthik grabbed the bowl from her.
"Wait don't eat it", he said
"What's wrong beta", asked Devyani
"Gayu tum ne kaunse fruits dale", asked Karthik
"Apple, pears, grapes, papaya", replied Gayu
"Papaya?? Gayu beta pregnancy mein papaya nahi kahiya jata", Akshara told her
"Am sorry mami, woh bachpan mein it was Naira's favourite fruit, toh sirf uss ke liye, am really sorry Naira", Gayu apologized sincerely
"It is okay beta, kabhi kabhi ho jata hai. It isn't your fault", said Suvarna
"And she didn't eat any so relax everyone", Kirti told them.

Just then Rama Dadi entered
"Gayu beta, main ne tumhari US ki tickets kardi, kal tum mere saath America arahi hi. Apni packing shuru karo", said Rama
"Rama aunty lekin app Gayu ko achanak se aise kyun le ja rahi hai", asked Naitik
"Gayu meri poti hai, mere bete ki beti, mein usse jab jahe le jaun. Aur main nahi jhati Gayu yahan rukke jahan usse har pal taqleef ho. Jahan tumhe har din uss insan ka chera dekhna pade jiss se tum pyaar karti ho, yeh jante huye woh tumhara kabhi ho nahi sakta", spoke Rama, without noticing Kaira and the goenkas as they were standing at the back and she did not pay much attention.
"Ramaji hum iss sab ke barien mein baad mein bath karenge", said Devyani
Kaira, Mishti and Goenkas looked on wondering what was happening.
"Aap log kiss barien mein baath kar rahe hai", asked Mishti clearly confused
"Kuch nahi Mishti", replied Karishma to her daughter
"Dadi please ab kuch mat khaiye", whispered Gayu
"Kyun chup rahon, tum Karthik se pyaar karti ho aur uski shaadi pehle se hi ho chuki hai, yeh jante huye, Naitik ne Karthik ko permanent job offer kardi, ek baar Gayu ki feelings ke barien mein nahi socha. Iss liye mein usse aap sab se dur le ja rahi hun", said Rama
"Gayu mujhse pyaar karti hai", exclaimed Karthik shocked and walked over to Gayu, "You love me???", he asked Gayu.
"Karthik woh..", Gayu fumbled not knowing what to say
Naira clapped her hands sarcastically, "ab main sab kuch samajh gayi. Custard mein papaya aap ne mere bache ko nuksaan phaunch ane ke liye dale the.", accused Naira and left the hall. Gayu's eyes filled up with tears and everyone was shocked at the blame
"Am sorry Gayu Di, I know you would never hurt me or the baby, purposefully, but if I give space to you, Mishtu and all in my hearts, I won't be able to leave from here and I don't want to stay with all those people who wanted to send me to jail. That is why I want to push you all away from myself", Naira thought to herself.
"I swear, I never knew it could be harmful", Gayu said tearfully
"Relax, Gayu, we all know you would never do such a thing", assured Karthik
"But Naira", started Gayu
"She knows too,as much as I know her, she is a sherni, if she actually thought that if you tried to harm our kid, she would killed you, am not even joking, she's highly protective about everyone she considers as her own. She just doesn't want to soften up to anyone", continued Karthik, Naira smiled and looked down from on top, as his words reach her ears.
"Yehi farak hai, mere Karthik aur aap sab mein. He knows me. He doesn't need to see any proofs, to take my side", Naira spoke to herself and continued to her room.
