Naira stretched her arms lazily as the sun rays seeped through the window. She turned the other side digging her face into Karthik's chest. After a while she woke, freshend up and went to Karthik.

"Good morning my mendak", she said pecking his lips and ruffling his hair

"No, mendak, mendak gande", he answered in a sleep baby voice.

"Karthik tumhe ho kya gaya hai", she said her eyes filling up.

"Kya hua Teddy", he asked like a child.

"Kya jo kal raat hua who sirf ek sapna tha.", she thought to herself.

"I am sorry Naira, I know tumhe bahut taqleef ho rahi hai, toh bahut confused ho rahi hogi, magar yeh kuch hi pal ki baath hai.
 
"Breakfast do teddy, baby ko bhuk lagi hai", he said bringing Naira out of her thoughts, she forced a smile.

"Baby teeth brush karega. Teddy breakfast banayegi.", she said while choking on her words and ran out of the room before it would be difficult to control herself.

Getting a grip on herself. Naira came with breakfast for her and Karthik. She didn't want to hear anymore discussions regarding, sending Karthik to the asylum.

"Teddy aur baby kab jayenge", asked Karthik

"Kaha jayenge", asked Naira

"Teddy ne kal kaha flat jayenge, Sirf baby and teddy, nobody, only baby teddy", he said. Naira remembered that she had decided to go back to their old flat with Karthik, but she wondered whether it was right to take Karthik away from his family but then weren't they already planning to send him away. No she would not give his responsibility to some strangers, she was capable of taking care of her love, alone.

Naira and Karthik left GV. The other's tried stopping them but Naira was adamant and left.

"Baby yeh humara new house hai, kaisa laga",  Naira spoke as the entered in the flat.

"Madam aap ki yadash kamzor ho chuki hai, yeh new nahi old house hai. And yeh ghar acha na laggne no koyi bath hi nahi, iss ghar se humare itni yadeein jo juddi hai.", he answered and Naira turned around shocked.

"Naira kal raat sapna nahi haqiqat tha", he said

"Toh aaj subha, sab natak tha", she said through gritted teeth, Karthik nodded positively, the next second Naira threw a pillow at him, followed by everything soft or hard she got her hand on.

"Naira please, please am sorry", said Karthik as he ducked, making Naira miss her aim

"Tum jante ho meri kya halat ho gayi thi aaj subha", she said, now running behind him with a broom.

"Naira meri baath, Sherni mat bano meri baath sunno", said Karthik approach her and pulling the broom out of her hand.

"Do you even realize how much I suffered every moment", she said tearing up and banging her fist on his chest while she spoke.

"I know Jaan, but I had to, I had to get us out of there", he answered

"Kyun", she questioned, because she realized it was something serious, by looking at his expressions.

"Naira humara accident nahi hua tha", he informed her and told her of what happened that day

Naira took sometime to absorb what Karthik had told her.

"Magar yeh bhi ho sakta hai, ke uss admi ne tum par attack kiya kyun ke, tum ne uska chera dekha, iss dar se ke baad mein tum usse jail na bhej do, iss wajha se usne tum par waar kiya", said Naira

"Agar jail janne se dar tha, woh wahan rukka kyun, truck le kar wapas bhi ja sakta tha, woh humari gaadi ke pass kyun rukka. Mujhe yaad hai Naira achi tarhe se, mein kaafi der tak behosh tha . Uss driver ke pass kam se kam 15 mins - 20 mins honge. Phir kyun nahi bhaag woh", Karthik spoke.

"Kaun ho sakta hai, jo hum par attack kare", she asked

"Tumhare business rivals", Naira suggested

"No, agar aisa hota toh akele mujh par attack hota, magar tab hua jab hum dono saath mein the, yeh coincidence nahi ho sakta.", said Karthik

"Lekin agar hum dono par hamla karna tha toh uss ne mujhe zinda kyun choda. Tum ne usse kaha ke tum mujhe hosptial le janna chate the, woh janta tha ke mein zinda thi, lekin phir bhi uss ne mujh par waar nahi kiya, kyun ke mere ser par koyi chot nahi thi, jaise tumhare", Naira added

"Magar phir uss ne woh din hi kyun chunna jab hum dono saath mein the", Karthik questioned and both thought for a while

"Princess", the both spoke together

"No, shayad hum kuch zyada hi soch rahe hai. Aur agar baath sirf bache ki jaan ki thi toh woh kiss bhi tarhe se usse nuksan phauncha sakta tha, tum har din ussi waqt, ussi raste se yoga class jaati, accident tab bhi hoskta, phir uss ne woh din kyun chunna, jab hum saath the", he spoke

"Tum ne sahi kaha, waar bache par nahi, tum par aur baby par hua", Naira said

"Naira tum ne hi toh kaha tha, ke uss ne mujh par attack  issi liye shayad kiya kyun ke mein ne uska chera dekha", Karthik reminded.

"Karthik please thoda aur socho, shayad tumhe kuch yaad ae", Naira said.

Karthik thought calmly for a while.

"Haan jab uss ne mujhe maara, mein zameen par gira, meri ankhe band ho rahi thi, lekin uss se pehle ke woh purri tarhe bandh hoti, mein ne dekha ke woh phir se attack karne wala hai, magar phir usse kissi ka call aiya aur uss ne do kadam peche le liye", Karthik recollected

"Tumhe pata hai ke woh phone par kisse baath kar raha tha, koyi naam janna kya", asked Naira and Karthik nodded negatively

"kissi ne phone karke tum par attack hone se roka, aur attack woh rok sakta hai jo karwa raha ho.", Naira said

"Matlab last moment mein plan change hogaya", said Karthik

"Lekin Karthik hum yeh sab Goenka Villa mein bhi discuss kar sakte.", she said

"No, wahan karte toh usse pata chal jata", he answered

"Usse pata chalo jata, you mean ghar wale", Naira questioned

"I don't know, maybe a house staff member, but there is someone in that house.", said Karthik

"How can you be so sure", Naira asked

"Naira remember when you saw me on the terrace, you thought I was going to jump, but I was bending down because I thought I saw something, got a bit extra curious like a child would and forgot that bending over in such a way could be dangerous. Chai mein zeher ka milna, sab ko lagga main ne kiya, magar main ne toh ussi din tumse kaha tha I didn't do it. Phir woh knife, I don't know woh knife badal kaise gayi", Karthik said

"Knife badal gayi, se tumhara kya matlab", asked Naira

"Ek knife luv kush mere pass le aye, but woh fake thi, dono ne ek dusre par attack kiya tha magar kuch nahi hua, blade andar push ho gayi, hum teeno khel rahe the, phir mom ne unne buliya home work karne or woh chale gaye, mein bhi unke saath kitchen se bahar chala gaya, lekin kadam bahar rakhte hi mujhe yaad aiya ke mein ne woh playing knife kitchen mein bhul aiya, mein ne usse uthiya, woh bilkul uss toy knife ki tarhe dikh raha tha, yuhi mein ne khud ko cut kiya magar mujhe saach mein chot lag gayi. Mein sirf kuch seconds knife se dur tha, toh woh itni jaaldi badal kaise gaya.", spoke Karthik

"Karthik humein ghar janna hoga", said Naira looking scared

"What is the matter", he questioned

"Kissi ne chai mein zeher milai thi, chai hum sab ko peeni thi, toh kya uska target purri family.", Naira spoke

Kaira decided to go back home but continue to act that Karthik is unwell.
