Singhania house was all silent why wouldn't it be? After all the most shocking person is sitting on the sofa.

"Kya hua? Chauk kyun rahe hai sab? Khush nahi ho?" Asked the guy sitting on the sofa.

"Yeh...yeh sach nahi hai...tumhe yahan nahi hona chahiye. Chale jao." Said a tensed Dadi making everyone frown.

"Kya nahi hona chahiye? Bhool gayi aap mujhe?" The guy again said frowning at her words.

"Beta, mujhe yakeen nahi ho raha hai...tum...tum zinda ho." Akshara said caressing his hair making him smile.

"Sorry...aap sab se maine chhupaya." Akshara shook hee head and pecked his forehead.

"Vaise Gayatri aur Naira kahan hai? Dikhayi nahi de rahe." At that time only they heard 2 gasps, they all turned only to see shocked Naira and Gayatri.

Naira's POV

The car stopped infront of Singhania house. We returned today since soon the marriage preparation will start. I looked at Kartik and smiled at him.

"See you soon." Mumbling bye to each other me and Gayu di got down from the car. When he left we entered inside the house only to see him standing there.

The one whom I have missed my whole life, the one who loves me to moon and back.

"Bhai...." I whispered loud enough making him turn. He smiled happily and opened his arms, I don't know how? Why? I just ran and hugged him tightly and the silent tears began rolling down.

"I missed you so much. Phone bhi nahi kiya aapne. Kitne bure ho aap." I slapped his chest making him whine in pain.

"Oww! Oww! Chudail! Stop hitting me. Abhi bhi recover hua hun. I don't want to go on the bed rest again just before my sister's marriage."

"Bhai!" I screamed his name making him close his ears.

"Ugh! Naira. Stop crying na baba. I'm here na." He rubbed my back trying to sooth me. I broke the hug that's when dadi said

"Tumhe pata tha ki Naksh zinda hai?" Instead of replying her I looked at bhai.

"Maine kuch pucha Naira! Sunai nahi de raha hai?" She shouted making me flinch.

I just bobbed my head when I heard bhai saying

"Will you stop shouting at her? Uski koi galti nahi hai. Maine use khud kahan ki aap sabko na bataye." Listening bhai maa and papa along with Gayu di and dadi all gasped.

"Par kyun?" Listening her question bhai looked at her with a serious look.

"Aapko janana hai? Huh! Mujhe aapka nature pata hai dadi, toh aap bhool hi jao. Anyways, Gayu vahi khade rehna hai? Bhai ko gale nahi lagaogi?"

Gayu di was shocked seeing him, in a daze she walked up to us and hugged him. Bhai took us in a hug.

"Enough of crying abhi room mein chal kuch baat karni hai. Maa kuch acha sa khane ko banana bahut dino se ghar ka khana nahi khaya maine." Bhai held our hands and took us to my room instructing mumma to make something.

End of POV

"Mujhe yakeen hi nahi ho raha hak Naksh zinda hai. Naira ko toh main baad mein dekh lungi. Manhoos kahi ki." Dadi mumbled under her breathes and turned to Akshara.

"Aur Akshara tum kyun khadi ho? Chalo andar kitchen mein kuch acha sa banante hai mera ladla vapas aa gaya hai." Akshara just followed her thinking about everything. Where as Naitik sat on the sofa still trying to believe what he saw.

In Naira's Room

"Bhai, aap theek ho na? Aap puri tarah se recover ho gaye ho na? Aapne bola kyun nahi ke aap aa rahe ho? Pata hai aapke phone ka main kitna intezaar kar rahi thi." Naira kept now blabbering making Gayatri and Naksh shake their head in disbelief.

"Shant! Kitna bolne lagi ho yrr! Anyways agar bata deta toh surprise nahi rehta. Aur aana toh banta hai akhir meri behen ki shadi hai. Haina Gayu?" Naksh said teasingly making Naira blush.

"Bilkul! Aur dekho toh honewali dulhan kaise sharma rahi hai...how cute!" Gayatri teased her.

"Di please!"

"Acha jara mujhe bhi batao aapke honewale pati urf mere jijaji kaise hai?" Naksh asked Naira to which she sighed and replied

"He is really good much better than anyone. He respects me alot. He cares for everyone."

"Hmm, since teri shadi ki date fix ho gayi I can't do anything in it. But! I want to meet him. Puch tach toh karni hogi. Uska number de mujhe." Naira looked at him in amusement.

"What?" Naksh asked to which Gayatri laughed a lot.

"You guys talk. Main fresh hoke aazi hun. Bhai! Aaj movie dekhte hai please sirf hum teeno." Naksh bobbed his head and she left from there.

"Bhai...aap aise kyun baat kar rahe ho? He is sweet."

"Don't tell me what to do. Just send me his number." Bobbing her head she sent him the number.

"Chal tu fresh ho ja. Main bhi aata hun. Aur haan jaldi karna mujhe bahut bhookh bhi lagi hai"

"Hmm. Bye!" Naksh left to his room and opened his phone and messaged Kartik.

Goenka House

Kartik sat on his bed after getting fresh when his phone pinged with message.

Hey! How are you?

Kartik saved his number and soon he got a reply.

Naksh
I want to meet you. Tumse mila nahi hun main. Let's have some talk. Tomorrow, 11:00 am. At Cafe Sunshine.

Kartik
Sure. I'll come there.

Kartik sighed thinking about the possibilities about the meeting.

"What does he wants to talk? And when did he come? Oh god! Hope it goes well. Naira...no I shouldn't call her. She must be tired."

Sighing he kept the phone aside and went downstairs to have lunch. When he came down he saw his whole family tired.

"Vaise Kartik, Naira ke liye shadi ka joda dekhne jaana hai. Bhale hi 1 mahina baki hai par jitni jaldi preparation hogi utna hi acha hoga." Swarna said making him bobbed his head.

"I know. But kal main uske bhai se milne jaa aha hun. He wants to meet me."

"Uska bhai bhi hai?" They all asked being shocked.

"Haan! Abhi have your food. I need to prepare for tomorrow's exam." He mumbled the last line to himself so that nobody listens to him. They had their lunch and went back to sleep.

Singhania House 2:00 PM

They all settled themselves on the chairs. Naira was going to sit beside Naksh when dadi came and settled beside him making Naira sad. Naksh saw this and frowned.

"Dadi, Naira mere sath baithne wali hai. Aap apni chair pe baithiye."

"Par...tu itne dino baad aaya hai. Aur..." Dadi said making Naksh sigh.

"Dadi! Naira jald hi ghar chodke jaane wali hai so please let her spend her time with me. Aap apni chair pe baithiye. Aur Naira tu yahan baith, Gayu sit on the right side." Gayatri smiled at him and took the right side of his and Naira settled beside him. Dadi cursed under her breathes and settled on her chair.

"Wow! Aaj sirf mere pasand ka khana bana hai. Nice." Naksh smiled at it.

"Haan maine hi bola aaj sirf tere pasand ka banega." Naksh bobbed his head and they all had the food peacefully. Once Naksh fed Naira and Gayatri making their heart fill with love towards him.

Later at dinner also they had Naksh's favourite but he didn't say anything.

"Bhai which movie should we watch?" Naira asked settling herself on sofa in the living room. The elders had left the living room letting the younger ones to use it.

"Whichever you want baby. Gayu hum kal tumhari dekhenge okay?"

Gayatri bobbed her head with a smile. They decided to watch yeh jawani hai deewani. Through the movie they laughed, cried and also did some prank. At last Naira and Gayatri slept hugging him. He slowly freed himself and picking up Gayatri he made her sleep in her room and so did he do with Naira. He went and slept in his room.

Next Morning

Naksh was coming down when he saw Naira chatting on phone on the stairs it's self. He frowned and looked at her.

"Kisse baat kar rahi hai?" She jumped on her place getting scared.

"Bhai! Dara diya aapne. Woh Kartik, he is saying, he is scared to meet you. Bhai please lenient on him."

"Tu uski side na le. I'll handle him. Abhi chal breakfast karte hai. I need to meet him too." They came towards the dinning area and wished everyone. Dadi royally ignored Naira who also didn't bother that much.

Naksh frowned seeing the table filled with his favourite again. He sighed and said

"Aaj phir se mera favourite? Why?"

"Arey! Naksh tu itne saalon baad aaya hai..." Dadi said but he interrupted her

"Haan pata hai mujhe itne saalon baad aaya hun aur hamesha ke liye hi aaya hun. Ghar chod ke Naira jaane wali hai naki main. So please maa servants ko keh dena ki ab se shadi tak Naira ka hi favourite khana banega." Akshara bobbed her head with a smile.

Dadi made a face and they all had their breakfast. After that Naksh drove towards the cafe around 10:45 am he reached. When he entered he looked around and spotted Kartik already waiting there.

"Yeh toh badi jaldi aa gaya. Chal beta. Kaam pe lag jaa." Saiyng this he maintained a strict face and sat opposite to him.

Kartik's POV

God! Aadhe ghante se yahan aaya hun main. Itni jaldi aaya hi kyun? Nahi! Acha kiya jaldi aa gaya kahi late aane se mera impression na kharab ho jaye.

5 glass pani pi chuka hun. 3 baar washroom jaake aa gaya main phir bhi itna nervous meri first meeting pe bhi nahi hua. Bhagwan ji please mujhe is test mein paas karba dena varna main Naira ko kho dunga.

I was busy in my prayer when a guy came and sat infront of me with a strict face. Oh shit it's Naksh.

"Hello! My name is..." Before I could introduce he said

"Janta hun! Kartik Goenka." God! Why is he so strict?

"So... let's come to the point Kartik Goenka. What would you do keep my sister happy?"

"Anything!" I immediately answered.

"Anything?" He asked to which I just bobbed my head.

"Hmm, agar use ghar aana uske ya use rehna ho humare sath will you stop her from coming home?"

"Bilkul nahi. Woh uska ghar hai aur main kaun ho sakta hun use rokne wala. Woh sirf apna ghar chod rahi hai naki apne rishte." I replied a bit calmly.

He bobbed his head and again asked me, "Agar woh apni dance academy shadi ke baad chalaye toh will you support her?"

"Bilkul."

"Hmm... Kartik. Ek baat batata hun main. If anything happens to my sister or any harm to her I will chop you into pieces chahe mujhe jail jana ho uske liye toh bhi. I won't tolerate any kind of problem regarding her. Samjhe?" I gulped hardly! Yeh bhai hai ya shehanshah?

"Got it?" I said sternly making me bob my head.

"Words!"

"Yes got it."

"Good! Acha yeh sab chodo ab. Tell me what you want to have?" He asked suddenly with his voice soft! Hein? Ise kya hua? Abhi toh kadva bana tha aur abhi sweet?

"Oh hello kahan kho gaye? Tell me ehat you will have?"

"Anything is fine." He said and he ordered for iced tea and pasta. For a moment I thought he was bipolar but knowing Naira and him I know he loves his sister alot and can't bear any scratch on her. I smiled looked at him.

"You are a great brother Naksh!" I complimented him to which he smiled and replied

"Great toh banana hi padta hai since behan hi itni pyari ho toh uski surksha ke liye itna toh banta hai. El baat hai, Naira mera dil ka tukda hai, meri jaan hai. So please take care of her for me."

"Com'on Naksh. Ab woh meri zindagi ka hissa ban gayi hai. Use agar kuch ho gaya toh main khud hi na kuch kar lun." He gave a proud smile and we continued to have our brunch. He is great brother and has a great personality.
