Naira was shivering and turning on the bed. Suddenly she woke up with a jerk and started crying. Kartik was shocked to see her like that. She suddenly hugged him tightly and started crying loudly. Kartik didnt know what to do but tears also formed in his eyes seeing her like that. He without thinking anything else hugged her back. She was crying and crying continuosly. He started calming by rubbing her back.

After few minutes she stopped crying and realized she was hugging a man. She immediately left him and started shivering.

Naira: Tum...m ko....n ho..

Kartik: Dekho mein tmhe kuch nhi karun ga tum yahan safe ho daro mat.

But she was still scared,

N: Tum kooon ho (shouting and breathing heavily)

K: dekho mein kartik hun, Tum mjhe office jate hue road par behosh mili mein tmhe yahan apne ghr laya aur doctor ko check karaya aur bas, mein tmhe kuch nuksaan nhi dun ga. Believe me!!!

She was looking in his eyes believing that he was saying true. She realized she was supposed to give interview in Goenka industries

N: oh god mjhe to aj apne interview ke liye Goenka industries jana tha. (She started panicking)

Kartik was shocked hearing GOENKA INDUSTRIES but then he thought that she might be the one who is supposed to give interview for his PA

Kartik held her from shoulders and said: Relax!! Dekho mein tmhara boss hi hun. Mera naam KARTIK GOENKA hai. tumhara interview aj cancel hogaya hai, tm abhi bht weak ho tmhe khana lena hoga aur medicines bhi (he said softly sounding with utmost care)

For the first time she felt that someone cares for her. She saw him holding her shoulders. He left her thinkibg she might be uncomfortable. She was too weak to say something so she laid down again. Kartik left for kitchen

After sometime, kartik came back with food and medicine. He saw her sleeping, he thought to wake her up as she has to eat something too. He tried to wake her up. He touched her forehead and held her hand.

Half an hour passed, and he was still lost in her. Gradually she started waking up. She thought why she didnt get that nightmare then she saw that kartik was holding her hand, and he was lost in her. She tried to sit down and then he came back to his senses,

K: wait!! Mein help karta hun

She looked in his eyes and didnt stop him from doing so. He helped her in sitting. She was feeling safe with him. He came up with the food ,made a bite and placed it in front of her mouth. She was just looking into his eyes. She opened her mouth, they were having an eyelock and like this she ate all the food from his hands.
He made her eat medicines and asked her to take some rest. He was going outside for some work. Suddenly she held his hand and stopped him

N: plz mat jao.

She was having tears in her eyes.He smiled a little and wiped her tears. He again sat down beside her and made her sleep by caressing her hairs. After sometime, he saw her sleeping, he smiled seeing her and put blanket over her. He was going to take his laptop but stopped, he came back to the her to her and placed a kiss on her forehead. He saw her smiling in sleep, he was so happy seeing this. He also laid down beside her and slept holding her hand. In sleep, kartik put his hand on her waist and she also placed her head on his chest and slept like that only. It was the most peaceful sleep for both of them....😍😍
