"Message failed to send? But Why the number is correct.." she said to herself. "What you doing?" He cushioned her head briefly and kissed her temple "put the phone away and come to bed its late" he said clearly his voice showed her he was stressed out. She placed the phone on the night stand, removed her gown and went to their bed."you were silent at dinner everything ok?" She asked getting into bed "hmm nothing I can't fix" he said pulling her close.

She caressed his temple "hmm" he sighed "do you like that?" She asked "yeah its relaxing" he said fluttering his lids, he held her wrist and pecked her lips. "Are you going to tell me what's bothering you?" He cleared his throat.

"Its Mr Gulati he um has some problems financially he might pull out of our business" he revealed to her. "Well tell me can I help in any way" he gave her a subtle smile and caressed her right cheek "no darling I'll sort out something you don't worry hmm" he said then moved close and captured her lips. "Actually there is something you can do..?" He came close and whispered something in her ear."Right now you said we should sleep na.." he chuckled pulling her close. "Yah but i'm not that sleepy" he said untying her night dress.

"Mein washroom jake avo? She asked him. "Haan darling but hurry back" he said she kissed his lips and then went in the washroom a few minutes later then came out and heard light snoring."Sogaya he really is stressed.. I have to do something.." she thought "it's too late to message anyone.. I'll sort it tomorrow" she got back in bed and snuggled into his arms.

The next day Kartik seemed more stressed and was yelling at his staff for no reason and Naira felt bad she messaged Gulati sir again..

'hi this is Kartik's pa I heard you wanted to discuss something'

she quickly sent it."That sounded more general than what I sent before I'm glad that message failed" she said "hopefully he replies to this one" she said putting her phone away."Kartik is throwing papers off the desk really going to help?"

She yelled and he turned to her his expression was very angry.

"Naira I'm very angry right now so please just leave it!.. he warned but Naira being Naira walked over.

She sat on his desk. "Mela baby, mela mendak" she said in a tone he found cute. "Love you hubby" she said then kissed the air to him. He gave her a little smile "Waise ek baat bolu?" She said rocking her feet back and fourth."Hmm" he asked "come close" she said he took 2 steps to her and she held his shirt collars "tum gusse mein zyada gorgeous lagte ho.." she took his bottom lip into her mouth, she started to push off his blazer whilst they kissed.

"Baby as much as I like this, time right now is the essence" he said whilst wearing his blazer "I have to go to a yoga class today and pay the full fee and you know na it's very expensive how will I explain to Kedar ji that I can't pay him?" He sighed rubbing his temple."Has Gulati sir pulled out his money yet?" She asked then hopped off the desk.

"No but he isn't joking he will do it..and Naira" he said "hmm lover? aur yeh Naira Naira kyu bol re ho say darling na.." he ran his fingers through her open hair.

"I know I said to wear sari at work but I want that only for me hmm? your my Indian beauty no one elses!" he said the last few words in a possessive tone,then cupped her cheek and kissed her temple and walked off without a word further.

"I've never seen him look so worried I'll go check my phone" she walked back to her office. "Hope he has replied.." she quickly checked her message and their was a new message alert. "Yes I do where can you meet me?" She read after some thought she messaged him back.

"Thank you for meeting me Savitri" said Kedarji. She nodded and sat down on the bench they were at a secluded park. "You just left me pregnant and alone so I.. " he looked at her and felt bad. "I didn't know you pregnant and we were young and.."she sighed "and in love well I was anyway, I couldn't bring up our son and so I gave him to Manish" she told him straight away. "We have a son what's his name?"

"Kartik is our son's name" she said "Kartik? wait I know a Kartik he comes to do private yoga classes with me" he told her. "Really then you have already met him" Kedar smiled "yes I have lovely young man absolute pleasure to be around" he said. Savitri nodded.

"Hmm but he can't know your his father he hates me ever since he found out so I'd advise you to not tell him he won't take it well" Savitri warned him."He has trust issues?" He asked her "Something like that um things haven't been easy with him or me" she said.

Naira gathered her things after she got dressed up in the washroom of the hotel she looked at herself in the mirror then left. She took the lift up to reach room 204 as stated in her text message. Kartik just reached his yoga lesson "Hi Kedar ji" Kedar turned and his smile reached his eyes seeing Kartik in a whole different light.

"Hi beta I mean young man you ready for your class let's start". Kartik took a deep breath "actually I can't continue with the lesson and also I don't know how to tell you this because I respect you alot and so I..

"Calm down take a deep breath I am sure we can sort it out" he said reassuring him. "I can't pay for the classes at the moment but I will it's just I started my business and I am.." he said nervously Kartik it's ok you pay me back when you can honestly I understand things can get tough when starting a new business so um what say we do the class tomorrow and today we go for a drink my shout?" Kartik nodded "sir that would be an honour to have a drink with you"

With much hesitation Naira plucked up the courage and finally knocked on the door. "Well hello there" he said "i was about to give up on you come inside.." Naira nodded ,Gulati shut the door.. he looked at Naira "hey relax take a seat do you want a drink?" He asked her to which she nodded to alittle not entirely sure.

Kartik and Kedar were bonding well "so your business?" He asked Kartik who was taking a sip of his beer "yes me and my wife run it" he said feeling proud when thinking of her. "Your wife? beta your married?" He asked 'Savitri never mentioned that' his mind reflected."Yes I am a happily married man i love my wife alot but it's not known at work its something we have decided to keep to ourselves" Kedar smiled "that is special and it's a good rule buri nazar dur rehti hai" he said to Kartik. Kartik chuckled "Nazar and all it's not true I don't believe in that mumbo jumbo"

Kedar laughed "so you and.. Kartik finished his drink "Naira me and Naira that's her name"Kartik said "how did you both meet?" Kartik sighed "well let's just say our relationship wasn't a walk in the park" he said whilst chewing the nuts from the bowl. "No the path of true love never is..still you got there in the end" Kartik nodded "hmm sir a story for my grand kids" they both laughed after that comment. "If everything is running smoothly then why are you in money problems?"

"Naira's birthday is soon and I have put a deposit down for a place which is being done, my money is tied up in there but a investor is being difficult he has threatened to pull out all his money, Manish papa warned me to not do business with this man but I needed someone who would invest a high amount so..." Kartik sighed heavily "Manish papa?" Kedar asked "hmm that's a long story I can't get into right now.. " said Kartik. Kedar wanted to hug Kartik and tell him it was all going to be alright but he couldn't do that just yet.

"Forget this investor what ever his amount is i will double it" Kartik saw a text message on his phone and his eyes widened "beta you ok?" Kartik stood up "Kedar ji I um..I have to go something has come up" He said wearing his jacket."ok sure think about what I have said?" Kartik nodded "Sir come by my office tomorrow morning around..actually any time I will see you at your convenience you please don't take any trouble for me" said Kartik then left from there.

"What a handsome young boy I can't believe he is mine I will help him and get to know him at the same time" he said with a smile "and this investment is just a step up the ladder"  he said then sipped his drink.

"You didn't touch your drink atleast let me remove your coat" he said standing up "I am not his pa I am Kartik's wife" she said getting up and moving backwards "oh so you both are married..aww that's sweet" he said and Naira felt relief wash over her. "See sir I had to explain to you that's why Kartik didn't take your daughter out because we are married I'm glad you understand sir"

"Naira your marriage means well nothing to me now strip and get in that bed" Naira felt sick by his words "what? but I only came here to tell you please i.." she was on the verge of tears. "Please don't pull your money out we need it Kartik works so hard!" She shouted "make my night good and i won't pull out a penny" he said Naira nodded "good we understand each other" he said then opened her coat "can you have a shower first" she said

"Hmm ok I'll be quick you can join me if you want" he said to her which she felt like vomiting at."Room service" there was a knock on the door Gulati barely opened it, Kartik saw his face and saw red he pushed him in the room. "Your pa is too shy?" That's what you messaged me kamine!" He punched him. "Kartik?" She said seeing him. "Yeh meri patni hai I warned you not drag her in this Naira leave now this is going to get ugly" said Kartik.

"Hmm exactly then I will have alot of fun with her when your behind bars for attacking me" Kartik grabbed him by the collars "for that you have to be alive and after this you won't be" he yelled. "Kartik stop!" She said but he wasn't listening "if you want me alive?" She said holding a knife to her belly. "Naira what.. he said looking at her in shock and in that moment Gulati dodged Kartik and ran out from there. Naira dropped the knife and Kartik just froze. "Kartik please listen to me" she pleaded holding his arm.

"That disgusting pervert he!" He yelled kicking the chair in the room. Naira took a deep breath and took his hand "Nothing happened you know that na" he turned to her and his expression changed."Why didn't you just come to me instead of.." she started crying. "I am sorry Kartik i thought i would come here and tell him that we are married then he would understand" Kartik sighed "and did he? no right men like him are just twisted I should never have done business with him" he said.

"Well I...she picked up the knife "came prepared if he was going to try anything then" Kartik covered his mouth "Really darling? meri patni itni danger hai then I should be afraid too" he said."Hmm be warned" she said and he threw the knife out of her hand "did he touch you?" He said in a serious tone. "not me he opened my coat" Kartik exhaled sharply "his disgusting hands touched these sacred buttons!" He started removing her coat.

"Burn it!" he said "and let's go from here it's been a tough night" he said but she didn't move.. "darling.." he said taking her in a hug she hugged him tightly. "Bas it's ok now" he said whilst rubbing her back. "Is it? I mean after this he will definitely pull out of the company" Kartik nodded "He better I don't want our company associated with a piece of shit like him any longer!" He held her waist coming out of the hug."Let's just go from here hmm?" He said whilst caressing her cheek they both left from there.

Kartik sensed that she was feeling bad for what happened they just got changed into their nightwear him in just his boxers and gown and her in a nightdress and gown "darling"

"Hmm baby" she asked as he he backhugged her and she immediately held his arms around her. "Here" he gave her something "USB?" She asked "hmm I transferred our ahem videos on it.. her eyes widened "let's watch it whilst eating our thai takeaway with drinks or go straight to dessert.."

she nodded "1st dinner then a long dessert" she said "yes darling just one thing come out wearing just your night gown see I have a feeling once we start watching our videos clothes are going to be a barrier.

"Oh..you seem quite sure Mr Goenka" she reverted  "hmm I am Mrs Goenka" she giggled at his comment and he kissed her cheek he then turned her and put his lips on hers.
