He immediately placed his lips on her cheek and kissed the tears away. "Aur yeh rasam bhi" he took the mangalsutra out of his pocket and made her wear it. "Yeh vivah sampan hua" he said in a Pandit type voice but because it was a deep voice it made her giggle.

"Sir" she said after a long time.

"Abhi bhi sir?!" He said in a fake tone. "Kartik Sorry mein mujhe" Naira's face became confused when her Mr started laughing.

"Meri sundar biwi mein mazak Kar raha tha"

"Biwi accha laga sun kar" she said smiling at him. He pulled her close by her waist and kissed her with love. "now are you hungry?" He asked she nodded without hesitation.

"Me too..I think I saw a bowl of fruits on the table. They both went in the kitchen..

"Yes I was right,bananas, apples aur kya.." Naira admired his cute expression as he was looking at the fruits with such interest.

'Sirf fruits se mere Kartik ka peht kese bharega'

" so biwi what is your poison apples or banana yah phir..

"Kartik iss cupboard mein kya haii" she looked and saw flour and rice and a few more items of food.

"Kartik tum behto mein fatafat tumhare liya kuch khana bana deti hu" she said taking all the food items out. "Nai fruit khate hai tum abhi kaam karogi? nai sugarcup we just got married"

'I know but he can't just eat fruits I don't mind but he should eat some actual food I know what to do'

"Par mujhe kuch aur khana hai" she said "ok if you are hungry then I will eat something too"

"Great" she said adjusting her sari and tucked it in the side of her skirt.

'Stop staring tumhari hi biwi hai thoda control karo!' He scolded seeing her exposed waist. Naira started making the food fast she was a whiz at everything.

"Mein kuch madat kar du?" He asked seeing her making the dough

"no bilkul nai, you relax I want to make your first meal after marriage actually can you please check if our phones have got any signals,now I won't be long" she said  he went to check his phone but it still wasn't picking up a signal why waste this moment. He took his phone and started clicking her photos.

"Haaye my Naira" he smiled, his phone beeped a message came through,he quickly opened it.

'Dude dadi is worried call her actually where are you?' "Kush ko kya bolo mein finally I have a signal"

"Tell dadi we are fine" he quickly wrote and sent it. He didn't send anything about their lives being in danger or Preeti is a threat nope all was forgotten about when her sweet voice called.

"Patidev the food is ready" she placed the plate on the little table.

"Oh..no chairs" he said

"That's ok we can sit on the floor" she suggested, they both sat down next to each other

"To mere sundar biwi ne kya banaya hai?"

"Kya Hua?" He asked seeing her strained expression

"Kuch nai just the floor is a bit cold"

"Then I have a solution" he held her waist  "meri goudi mein beht jao" he crossed his legs she kneeled and he made her sit now she was feeling warm, he kept one hand on her waist as he held her she took the plate closer

"So I made Kachori I know you like western food but I hope aap ko yeh bhi pasand aye" she said picking one piece up she turned to him. "Here try it" his eyes were lost in hers as he slowly took a bite, he chewed it.. "kaisa hai?" She asked. "Actually it's pretty good" he said taking another bite. She smiled and was glad he liked her first time desi food.

"Yay!!" She clapped he chuckled at her cuteness

"Ab mein tujhe khilata hu" he held it to her lips, she took a small bite Kartik just gazed at her,everything she was doing was mesmerizing him. They ate some more  kachoris and enjoyed these sweet moments. "Did you get a signal?" She asked with her mouthful.

"Hmm but I forgot to message a few things I will do that, your phone is taking longer to get a signal"

"Its a rubbish network I should really change it soon" she said

"Bas mera hogaya" she said "me too bahut tasty tha thank you sugarcup" he leaned in close and kissed her cheek. "Right shall we have some fruits or.." he said they both got up.

"Actually I need the washroom" Naira nodded and cleared the plates away.

her phone beeped "final a signal has come" she said walking to her phone. "Gauri ka message"  she read "omg have you seen this" Naira watched the video, meanwhile Kartik was gathering his thoughts. "Use batado kya?" Kartik  came out and saw her near her phone

"Did you finally get a signal?

She turned to him with a serious expression, oh no what has she just seen on her phone..she came charging towards him.

'She looks angry Oh shit what have I unintentionally done'

Naira stood closely in front of him, she slipped her hand at the back of his head ok now he felt confused. She angled her face and kissed him hard on the lips which he closed his eyes lids to.

"Kartik why didn't you tell me that everyone knows about your divorce?" She said with tears escaping her eyes.

"Surprise sherni" he said wiping her tears. She smiled and went into his arms. "Thank you mendak, now we don't have to hide our marriage haina?" He stroked her hair which was slightly damp still he hugged her more.

"We don't babe, but Preeti didn't take it well hence we are hiding but I just messaged Kush he has informed the police the hunt is on for Preeti"

"Is she that dangerous I had no idea" said Naira

"We didn't either.." Naira looked a bit worried.

"Hey.." he held her waist  "the police are looking for her and her men so forget about her we should be enjoying our day we got married a few hours ago it's a special day" she was worried but his last sentence made her smile its true they had a beautiful day he then wanted to speak something "listen sugarcup" he cupped her face "tomorrow we will go get it legally registered" she nodded "but we are otherwise married" she said and  looked down at her mangalsutra. "Yes we are our hearts are binded now" he exclaimed then thought about something else she should know.

"Kush beta thank you so much for informing Kittu aur Naira woh saath hai woh baat ki tasali hai mujhe" she said holding Siya Kush nodded.

"Ghirdhar kuch pata chala Preeti pakadi gaye aur those men..wait are Kittu and Naira still in danger?"

"Preeti is nowhere to be seen police are still looking for her and those men are not caught so maa unfortunately yes they are still in danger, Kush Kittu didn't say where they are staying, kuch hotel kise ghar?"

"Nai uncle kuch nai kaha but I didn't understand he said his has car broken down so I am confused..i will try calling him again.

"Yeh light ko abhi off hona tha?" He said looking under the sink cupboard he found a box with some candles he lit them up Naira came out of the washroom,yes she panicked seeing that it was dark. "Kartik!"

"Sweetheart I am here" he said holding a candle seeing his face lit up  it gave her relief
"Give me your hand" he said in a comforting tone, Naira took his hand and then he held her around the waist she rested her palm on his chest, their eyes met the candle blew out on it's own oh no now it was pitch dark even before asking her he knew she would be in a panicked state, her grip got tighter on his chest.

"Kar- she whispered he instantly captured her lips in a kiss,feeling his lips on hers she felt herself relax he kept kissing her.

"You ok?" She just breathed softly. "Its ok just keep kissing me" now she too kissed him, they were lost in the moment, they could only hear the sound of their lips smacking and light breaths from each other, his hands started roaming all over her back, in flow his finger slipped under her blouse dori she felt so soft under his finger tips.

"Open your eyes" he said slowing down the kiss "nai" she said

"Trust me" he whispered she fluttered her lids and sighed with relief.

"Lights aagaye" she looped his neck "yay" she exclaimed looking up, Kartik tilted her by the chin and suckled her lower lip, she engaged in the kiss loving the feeling of being in his arms, it got passionate she held his face in between her palms, they were swept away in passion after some time they needed to come up for air, slowly they broke the kiss. Naira looked at him her cheeks were blushing red she went and sat on the edge of the bed. Kartik scratched the back of his head he then walked up to her and took a seat next to her.

"You um..shall we sleep?" He said taking her hand in his.

"You want to just sleep?" She asked he raised a brow "why what else did you have in mind he said tucking a loose strand behind her ear. "we are married now so.." she unbuttoned his shirt button one after the other realising how bold this looked she stopped after a few and took her hands back in her lap. He looked at her innocence and beauty his Naira looked most beautiful when she hesitated like this he found it sexy. He took a deep inhale she looked up and saw him unbutton his shirt completely he came close and kissed her hard on the mouth she responded with equal desire he stopped abruptly his eyes locked with hers he slipped his hand behind her blouse and loosened it. His lips came on hers again and she pushed his shirt off they kissed wildly he came on top of her his hand unravelled her sari whilst they were kissing passionately. He then looked at her and caressed her cheek, her hands slipped down holding his waist.

"I-Is this our wedding night?" She asked Kartik's jaw slightly fell

"Wedding night is it?" He asked back, now thinking how stupid it sounded "of course it is if you want us to but I remember you saying you have your paced which I should respect"

"Yah but things have changed we are married now"

"Mujhe nai pata kese karte hai" he blurted out.

"Saath pata laga te hai" she looped his neck he leaned down and kissed her tenderly sucking and softly biting her lips, his hand slipped below her navel and her eyes opened at this unknown yet pleasurable feeling
