2 days passed

Naira took leave from hospital for 2 days.

Akshara and Naitik were sitting in the ward. Nurse came inside happily.

"Chalo acha hai finally Dr. Naira is getting married." She was very happy.

"Excuse me sister. Dr. Naira didn't come from 2 days?" Naitik asked.

"She will come today. Dr. Naira was busy in her wedding preparations." Nurse informed.

"Wedding?" Akshara was shocked.

"After 17-18 days." Nurse smiled.

"But she has a son right?" Naitik asked.

"Prem? Actually Prem isn't Dr. Naira's birth son. He is Kartik sir's sister's son. But since his birth mother died after giving him birth Dr. Naira became his mother. They will do legal work of Prem's adoption after marriage. They would have married 3-4 years back but Dr. Naira just started her practice so Swarna Mam asked to first do job for 2-3 years and then marriage. She didn't want to put burden on Dr. Naira's shoulder's. Dr. Naira has got best mother in her mother in law. I wish every parent gets daughter like Dr. Naira." Nurse praised Naira a lot.

"Finally they are getting married. Mr. KARTIK MALHOTRA weds Dr. NAIRA MITTAL." Nurse smiled.

Naitik and Akshara were shocked hearing the surname.

Naira came inside the ward.

"Sister Lovely children's ward." Naira spoke.

"Dr I came to change the saline bottle. I'll leave." Nurse left from there.

Naira checked Akshara's reports.

"Hb less. How can it be? Jitna khoon aap peete hai uss according toh Aapka HB sabse zyaada hona chahiye." Naira taunted.

"Dr. NAIRA MITTAL? Mittal surname kiska hai Princess?" Naitik asked.

"My parents Mr Singhania....one sec why I'm telling you?" Naira asked herself.

"Your wife is fine now. You can take her back home in evening. Thankfully this hospital and I'll be free from her. Take medicines from pharmacy. One more it will be better if she takes liquid diet for few days. Stress isn't good so avoid it. Prescription and your reports. Before leaving meet me in my cabin." Naira kept the prescription on table.

She was abt to leave when...

"Jab pyaar nahi karti mujhse toh itni fikar Kyu Naira?" Akshara asked.

"I'm not heartless like you. My MUMMA never gave me values of taking revenge from anyone. Aapne mujhse pyaar Nahi kiya. Maine aapse pyaar kiya tha par aapne Mere pyaar ki kadar nahi ki aapki galti hai. Good Bye." Naira angrily left the ward.

She went to her cabin and sat on her chair. Tears falling from her eyes.

"Bhabhi Bhai please come na. I'm missing you." Naira caressed a photo on her phone.

Naira's phone started ringing. She wiped her tears and picked the call.

"Hello Haan Kartik." Naira spoke.

"You were crying na." Kartik was worried.

"Nahi toh." Naira controlled.

"Naira you know you cant lie to me. Tell me what happened?" Kartik asked.

"Can you come here?" Naira wanted Kartik near her.

"Just 15 minutes." Kartik cut the call.
