Naira stopped in front of Prem's school.

"Prem finish your tiffin. Your water bottle. Either I'll come or your Ishaan Maamu will come to pick you. Don't go anywhere okay." Naira kissed on his forehead.

"Okay Mumma. I love you." Prem kissed on Naira's cheek.

"Mumma loves you too." Naira kissed on both his cheeks.

Prem went inside with his friends. When Naira was sure that Prem went inside the school she sat in the car.

Naira went to hospital. Naira wore her white coat and went to the reception. She signed the register.

Naira went to her cabin. It was 9:00 am when Naira started her work and now it was 12:30 pm.

Naira called Ishu.

"Ishu did you pick Prem?" Naira asked.

"Jee Bhabhi Prem is with me only." Ishu looked at Prem.

"Mumma when will you come?" Prem asked.

"I'll come soon. When you go home na eat your lunch and drink milkshake. When I'll come home I'll make cheese cakes for you." Naira smiled.

"Yeah!! I love you Mumma." Prem was very happy.

"I love you too." Naira smiled.

The call disconnected. Naira again started working. It was 4:30 pm.

A senior doctor came to Naira.

"Dr. Naira." She came inside.

"Dr. Batra please come." Naira stood up.

"Actually Naira I have to leave for a surgery. Can you handle these few patients?" Dr. Batra gave her files.

"Sure I'll handle." Naira took the files.

Naira went to see the patients. Naira while entering the last patient's ward opened the file.

"Mrs. Aksh....." Naira stopped in between.

Naira looked up and saw Akshara sitting on the hospital bed. She was hurt seeing her mother like this. But at that time she behaved as a doctor.

Naitik and Rajshri were present there.
Naira checked the file carefully. She realised Akshara got asthma attack and has mental stress.

Naira picked up the papers from the table and checked it.

"Preeti...take her blood test again. I want reports on my table tomorrow morning. Make injection of ...... 1 ml." Naira instructed.

Nurse took Akshara's blood test. Naira checked Akshara's breathing.

"Mam a few minutes back her BP was fluctuating." Nurse came back.

"Now it's normal." Naira took the injection and injected Akshara.

"Mr Singhania your wife will sleep now. If any problem then tell the nurse. Nurse Dr. Kajal is in OPD for the time. She has duty ahead so if any issue tell her or call me if it's emergency." Naira instructed and left the ward.
