Kartik dragged the box a little.

"it's from nani" he said recognising the shipping address, Naira smiled seeing him excited. He managed to open it, they started looking inside it.

" these are for Kittu" said Kartik handing her the packs.

" cotton pull up pants yay India's are so much better than here's I love nani" said Naira. Kartik smiled.

"Yes jaan,ok..these saris I'm sure are for you" he said taking the bag out, "yes I'm right it says for Naira"

"Gimme gimme" she said getting excited, Kartik looked at her as he held them

"You better be giving your patidev a fashion show in these saris" he said in a husky voice, Naira's cheeks went red." Hmm ok but when I wear it" she said

" huh?" He asked and in that moment she grabbed the bag from him, showing him a thenga

"What's in here?" Asked Kittu curiously looking at her bag.

"Nai baby this is not for you, yeh mumma ka hai" she said holding his little hand, reasoning with him

"Mumma mujhe susu jaana hai" he said, Kartik saw how excited she was to see the rest of the things, her expression gave it away.

" haan my darling chalo" she said because nothing is more important than her child.

" jaan I'll take him, you look at what else nani has sent, come on my tiger cub" he said carrying Kittu up in his arms.

"If your sure" she said seeing him up with Kittu

"Of course jaan, chale Kittu?" they exchanged a sweet smile and then she saw Kartik kiss Kittu's cheek so lovingly.

"Did you miss your daddy?" Naira heard him ask and Kittu replying " uh huh daddy alot I missed you" Naira smiled to herself how cute was their bond. She then looked at what else nani sent,

"Ise mein kya hai, dekhu to, oh wow chaat pack, more food packs, oh he is a letter, actually I'll read it when Kartik comes

" read what jaan" he said walking back in the room with Kittu in tow

"Nani ne letter bheja" she said

"Oh nice jaan read it quickly" he said walking to her with a wide smile, she nodded excitedly, he sat next to her. "Hmm" he said relaxing slipped his hand around her waist.

"ok mere pyari bacche Naira aur Kittu aur chotu Kittu" he smiled liking that she address Naira first, he started relaxing into her whilst she read the context of the letter,

"and here is a little something from your nani" she read..Kartik was listen whilst leaning his head on her shoulder.

"Kurti's for Big Kittu, saris for Naira, pull up pants for baby Kittu, chaat package for Naira because I know she loves them-m" she stumbled reading because he had pulled her back and leaned his cheek on her chest.

" aur?" He asked

"aur.. jewellery for my Naira nani bhi na, she is a sweetheart" she said rubbing his arm which was resting on her waist still

"That she is jaan" he said..getting more cosy, she read some more..

"and Wedding photos should reach you both very soon" she said

"Yay I'm excited for those" he said and kissed her neck..

"Kartik..

"Hmm.. he breathed in her neck

"kya kare ho" she asked

" I'm kissing my wife's neck mmm tasty" he said playing another kiss

"Kartik abhi nay Kittu is around.." she said sitting up.

"Daddy, mumma" he said climbing on to Naira's lap, Kartik sat up. "see?" She said to her husband as Kittu kneeled on her knees.

" hmm.. he replied and caressed Kittu' s cheek..

"Mumma"

" haan baby" she said holding him by the waist

"ice cream?" He asked

"Ice cream mujhe bhi khaani hai jaan" he said, both of them looked at her. She smiled

"ok my cuties, I'll bring for you both" she said getting up with Kittu,

"we will come help you" he said standing up, " chalo" he said rubbing her shoulders.

" aur mumma bhi kayegi" he said to Kittu

" yay" squealed Kittu excitedly running ahead of them, which made them both laugh, Kartik kissed her cheek as they walked behind. The cute family all went into the kitchen and ate ice cream on the breakfast bar stools.

"Oh is that the time?" She said looking at the kitchen clock.

"Do you need to prepare your notes for tomorrow?" He asked she nodded

"ok you go do that and I will look after Kittu and start dinner it's already 7pm. Nair jumped off the stool.

"Thank you mendak, I'll be maximum 2 hours" she said and kissed his cheek, he played with Kittu and made dinner at the same time. He went into her ho e office

"Jaan dinner is ready" she nodded as she was on a call. Kartik went back and fed Kittu his dinner, he came and saw Naira was still on the phone, he went into the living room where Kittu was watching cartoons.

"Mumma?" Asked Kittu,

"Baby mumma is working" he kissed there son's cheek, he went back in her office she was still on the phone.

'Bechari abhi tak call par' he placed her plate of spaghetti next to her, her eyes met hers briefly. He kissed her forehead.

"Thank you and sorry" she mouthed , he smiled telling her it's ok

"Yes I'm still on the line, ok if that's all.. he closed her door, and sat with Kittu eating his own dinner, it was getting late Kartik took Kitttu upstairs and got him ready for bed, he then helped him with his tooth brush then carried him up.

"Daddy goodnight" he said still holding his little hands around his daddy's neck.

"good night mera bachha" he kissed his cheek and placed him in bed,he gave him his superhero toytown cuddle and ge was out like a light, Kartik gently closed his door.

"Now my other baby" he said then going downstairs, but he could see from the stairs the light was shut, he then went to their room and there she was sitting at the table writing something, good she has changed into her nightdress, still she is working.

'I won't disturb her, I'll go change quickly' he went into the bathroom and did his brush and then took his t-shirt off and put on some shorts, that's all he wore at night.

"I'm going to sleep goodnight jaan" he said placing his hand on her shoulder.

"Hmm ok" she said said briefly touching his hand, Kartik kissed her head and then walked to their bed.

"Finally" she said getting up after completing what she needed to do, she removed her gown yawning away got into bed and switched the night light off. She felt the bed was warm from his body heat, she snuggled into his back, holding him around the waist.

"Hmm, kaam hogaya?" He said turning sleepily on his back, and taking her in his arms, Naira smiled.

"hmm" she replied resting her cheek on his chest.

"Good jaan" he said, she gave him a little kiss on his chest, they both fell asleep.

"Kittu mumma will be very happy with me" he said twirling him in the air.

"Rose I'll be back in an hour or so after I drop her lunch off" he said, Rose nodded and took Kittu from him. Kartik parked up at her law firm, he went to reception and asked for her.

"Yes Naira is in her office I'll just tell her she has a visitor" said Andrea the receptionist. Kartik nodded waiting for her. The firm has high security they did a security check asking him some questions..

"Andrea it's ok this is Kartik my husband" she said holding his hand, she was wearing a blue flowery backless halter neck dress with white sandals, she has a blazer which she wears on top but that's if she's in a meeting she isn't right now so.. he was looking hot as usual in his black trousers and white shirt, his hair gelled back.

"oh lovely, you got married?" Said Andrea

" who got married?" Asked Alice another colleague of hers

"Naira did" said Andrea excitedly,

"Oh wow, Naira when?"

"Where was our invite"

"actually Kartik surprised me I had no idea" she said looking at him with love.

"how romantic" squealed one of the girls, they all greeted Kartik, then Naira took him in her office.

"So this is where my Sherni works" he said seeing her desk, she closed her door, and cupped his neck, showering kisses all over his face.

" thank you mendak" she said

" thank you? kiske liye?" He said whilst pushing a loose strand behind her ear.

"Just everything, yesterday you just got on with it I didn't get to thank you , you made dinner, put Kittu to bed bought me my dinner" she said looping his neck "took care of me" he chuckled

"Jaan, Aree ese kya thank you, yeh to mera faraz tha, as a husband and father" he said

" yah but still.i want you to know that I do notice and I'm lucky to have you" she said

"I'm more lucky" he said pulling her closer.. and she smiled on his lips, then looked at him.

"Hows Kittu been today, I didn't see him much last night mera baby" she said missing him.

"He is great we had fun together now I..

he lifted his head, their eyes locked, she knew what he wanted to do, as she came closer with his lips to hers.

"Baby yeh mera office hai" she said turning to the other side.

"Your right, I don't want you to lose concentration.. he said removing his hands off her.

"I'll be off now, finish your lunch ok?" He said softly as he placed the bag on her desk, he turned around and found her standing behind him.

"Kaisa laga mera office?" She said holding his hand.

"Bahut accha hai" he said with a smile.

" you haven't even tried out the chair yet, come!" She said dragging him to the chair.

"ok accha..hai.." his words trailed off when she climbed on to his lap

"Naira tum.."

"shh" she said cupping his face and slowly started kissing him.

"Naira- he said stopping the kiss, she leaned down and kissed his neck, he felt her unbutton his shirt.

" jaan" he said holding her hands

"Are you sure, don't you have like a client in 20 minutes time?" She ran a finger down his bare chest, and undid another button.

"My office, my rule and my mendak" she said then undid his zipper "and I want it inside me now!" 🙈🙈❤

Kartik jaw dropped at his bold sherni's suggestion, he cupped her face and they kissed passionately. They had a hot love making session that went on for an hour.

Kartik pulled his zipper up as Naira adjusted her dress.🙈

Naira's phone rang she had to answer it.

" hello yes Mr Duncan" Kartik with a naughty smirk came and back hugged her, then started tying up her halter neck dress.

"You'll be here in 20 minute ok.." she talked but kept nudging Kartik with her elbow to stop kissing her nape. "Yes see you" she hung up and turned around.

" kya hai?" She said annoyed only to have him kiss her lips again she reciprocated it, it easily heated up again, Naira wished she was in their bedroom right now!

"Kartik I.. she said breaking the smooch session.

"I'm leaving now, see you at home jaan" he smiled

"ok mendak" she said and they shared a quick kiss and he left from there. She then got busy with work and came home.

"Mumma" Kittu ran to her.

"Hello my love" she carried him up and hugged him.

"How was the meeting with the new client?" He asked her

"Yeah good" she said placing Kittu down.

"His family have been through alot but I can't discuss the case it's high priority" she said, he nodded.

" hmm jaan by the way I.. I'll be away for two weeks for work" he said

" ok..I'll miss you but I understand how important work is" she said.

" you will be busy with this case time will fly and I will be back before you know it" he said

"That is true" she said with a subtle smile, he pulled her hand and they hugged sweetly.

The next day Kartik had gone to sort his travel out ..

Naira was working from home she was on her laptop..

"Chalo let me search in Google 'Karvin Goe" she said as she punched in the keys

" Uff mendak kitne hot lagte ho" she said seeing his photo on fox news website.

"Itna handsome hai mera pati he is made for tv" she smiled looking at his photos.

'Yeh kya hai..oh my god!, Karvin Goe reporting wild fires, storms,corrupt drug ring , Karvin Goe reporting from live volcanoe eruption?" Naira closed her laptop, she heard the keys rattle

"I'm home, jaan?" He said closing the door

"There you are hey, my travel sort hogaya for day after tomorrow" he said

"So what will Karvin Goe be reporting this time.. hmm?" her tone was stern

" what?" He askee

"Ring them and tell them your not going!" She said raising her voice at her last three words.
