She sighed holding her hand over his, Kartik noticed her body language he too felt the need of contact. He managed to unclapse it, and then he gently pressed his lips on her nape, she squeezed his hand closing her eyes just feeling his kiss.

"Jaan I.. " he said she opened her eyes and realised where they were.

"Baby um.. anymore designs?" He nodded.

"Hmm, I'll just come" he went to the side, she adjusted her sari and hair, he brought a few more to her and then he brought a last one.

"This one is my favourite" he smiled placing it around her neck, Naira touched the pendant.

"mera bhi" he held her frame from the back.

"Finally I will wear a mangalsutra with your name" she said and they smiled in the mirror.

"Um may we help you with anything if you need anything just call" said the manager

"Nai we are ready we make payment for this" said Kartik, he held Naira's hand and they met Kirti outside, Kartik made the payment and they left from there. Shortly they reached back to his nani's house.

"Oh no I'm a terrible dad"

"I'm a terrible mumma"

"we bought our outfits but..

" Kittu!" They said in unison

They came into the mansion, and were surprised.

" Kittu, Naira I've called the tailor at home, I thought you both could select his outfits here, I hope you don't mind"

They both looked at each other in relief.

"awesome idea nani!" He said walking to her

"Yes this is perfect" said Naira following behind him.

"Mumma, daddy" he said running to them

Kartik scooped him up and kissed his cheek.

"Kaisa hai mela baby" Kittu, hugged his daddy. Naira rubbed his little head, and kissed his face.

"Mera baccha" she caressed his cheeks.

"How was shopping did you all enjoy" asked Nani, now Kittu was in Naira's godi.

" yes nani they will deliver later today" he said Nani smiled, shortly they got busy selecting outfits for Kittu.

"Baby Shall we show daddy?" said Naira holding his little hand.

"Daddy" Kartik heard his son call and with a smile he uncovered his eyes, Kittu looked so cute in a yellow dhoti and top.

"aree wah, look at you" he opened his arms and Naira looked down at him and gestured him to go to his daddy, Kittu with a big smile ran to Kartik.

"Jaan bahut cute lag raha hai" he said carrying him up, Kittu was hugging his daddy , Kartik patted his little back he walked towards Naira

"bilkul uski mumma jaise" he said pulling Naira by the waist,

"Kartik, yeh kya kare ho, that too in front of him" she said blushing, and trying to remove his hand, just then Kittu turned, and pressed his cheek on Kartik.

"Mumma nini" he said rubbing his eye. Naira nodded.

" haan ajao" he reached out to his mumma, she kissed his soft baby cheek and carried him from Kartik, Naira started to pat his back whilst rocking him.

"thank God yeh last outfit tha because he is sleepy now, it's really hot, we should remove the outfit before he goes to sleep " Kartik nodded, he kissed Kittu's head, he then turned him and removed the top, and then helped her with the dhoti. Naira gave him to Kartik whilst she put the outfit away properly. She came back and saw Kartik sitting on a sofa rocking their son to sleep, a smile crept on her face. She caressed Kartik's cheek and sat down next to him. she came close and placed one arm around his neck resting her hand on his shoulder, Kartik immediately turned his face to hers.

"Your so good with him" she said whilst her fingers played with his ear. He smiled at her comment. Naira caressed his cheek, and then his jawline, she leaned in alittle, their eyes were locked.

"Naira beta" they made a distance

"Nani selection is done" Naira got up and spoke with nani, then Kirti joined them, Kartik looked at her, she was equally missing him too. Kartik waited for her, but she became very busy with preparations,so he took Kittu to sleep.

Sangeet hall was being prepared it was huge.

The 1st event is their sangeet, Kirti helped Naira get ready.

"Beautiful Naira, bhai will go mad seeing you" said Kirti

" di.." said Naira, she smiled.

Kirti took Naira with her, the event was in their out house, which was much bigger, it looked like a function hall, but was beautifully decorated, quite a few of his cousins came from nani's side.

"Our sangeet night is here I wonder how my sherni looks " said Kartik waiting with his cousins.

" Naira di is so nice I met her this morning" said Mishti

" bhaiya how did you both meet?" Kartik didn't know how to answer that.

" Risha beta I will tell you but later" he said to his youngest cousin who was around 8yrs.

"Lo Agayi tumhari Naira, beta" said nani with a wide smile

"Bhai here comes Naira" said Kirti. Once he saw her he got lost in her she was in a gold and peach backless lengha

Her look

with matching jewellery and open hair she was looking to the ground.

"Bhai ki nazar to hath hi nahi rahi Naira se?" Now she looked up straight Into his eyes, Naira was in the same state once she saw how handsome her mendak was looking.

His look

He started walking slowly towards her

"Hay sherni" he said, he with his hand to his sides

"You are looking absolutely gorgeous jaan" he said in her ear. Then looked at her face.

"You are looking so handsome in this peach shervani, I don't think I've seen you wear Indian" she said then touched his sleeves, he took her hands in his.

"Shukriya jaan, also even without knowing each other's outfit we are twinning" she smiled seeing that is indeed true.

"That's because it's kismat connection baby" they both smiled and he brought her hands up and kissed them, everyone started cheering. That's when they noticed and exchanged a shy look.

"Chalo sab let's dance it's Kartik and Naira's sangeet" said nani

Everyone started clapping and Kittu ran to his parents, Naira carried him up

"Kitna cute lag raha mere dono men" she said kissing Kittu and then looked up at Kartik.

Everyone started to dance and enjoy food.

"Now everyone it's time for Kartik and Naira's dance" said Kirti, Kartik held Naira's hand and they did a romantic dance. When it ended Kartik took her in a hug. All cheered them and shortly people started to leave. They started going back to the main house, they were in the garden.

" Kittu is sleeping?" He nodded as his fingers caressed hers in their hand holding.

"Yes jaan he is with Kirti and Arti di" she nodded,

"Hamari sangeet hogayi, it was really nice na" he said, she nodded

"Really beautiful and our photos clicked I'm excited to see them too" she said smiling.

"Tomorrow I'm excited to see what you selected for my mehendi outfit" she said in excitement.

" me too, by seeing your choice I can see it will be the best only jaan"

"Ditto baby" she said looking at him, his hand gripped tightened with hers.

"Ok I suppose we should say goodnight and then meet for our mehendi tomo... Kartik cut her off, and gripped her hips

"alone at last" he said pushing her against the wall.

" I just want to see you properly, your looking so beautiful I'm so lucky" he said bringing one hand up and caressed her cheek with his thumb.

"I can't believe I've never seen you in a shervani till today" she held his waist.

"you look gorgeous my mendak" he watched her talk but he was distracted by her lips that shined in the moonlight.

"I will wear it more in US ok-

"it's late jaan, chalo let's have a goodnight kiss, it's been ages since I kissed you" he said and caressed her lower lip. He came close, she could feel his breath fan her lips..

"Kya?" He said when she put her finger to stop him.

"Nani said na nothing before shaadi" she said removing his hands off her.

"Nani said we can't sleep together, this little cheating is allowed" he said giving her a quick peck.

"Naira, bhaiya come inside" said Aarti.

Naira smiled touching her lips, that were just touched with his, she pushed him back playfully and left, Kartik smiled, ruffling his hair.

"Uff sherni your making me more crazy for you" he smiled, Naira looked back to see him, she went in the house once he came.

"Everyone get a good sleep tomorrow is another special day" said Kirti, she saw her brother looking impatient, she couldn't help but tease him..

"goodnight bhai, chalo Naira" she said taking her along.

"Goodnight sweet dreams" he said and went up the stairs, he turned and gave her a fly kiss, Naira caught it and returned it.

Mehendi Night

"Kartik your son is beautiful so gora chita I can just eat him" said a woman holding Kittu.

"Surbhi ji, have you had any snack" said Nani taking Kittu from her and giving him to Kartik. Nani sent her with one of her staff members.

"beta don't let random people hold him, nazar lag jati hai" Kartik didn't believe in all that but just nodded to keep his nani at peace.

"ok your right it won't happen again but who is she?" He asked.. meanwhile Naira was just washing off her face pack.

"Now let me see my mehendi outfit chosen by my mendak" she said and unzipped the bag, She smiled

"This is so beautiful" She touched the silk material of the lenga.

"and the colour I can't believe it!" She smiled, she started getting ready. Kartik saw his surprise outfit put on the bed.

"Dekho to meri Sherni ne kya pasand kiya hai" he unzipped the bag, and he was pleasantly surprised. He started wearing the outfit

"Kya mast choice hai jaan" he said looking at himself in the mirror.

Naira was all ready in the outfit that he gifted, she then sat down in front of the dressing table, looking at her self in the mirror, she opened the jewellery box, and saw the beautiful gem stoned necklace and ear-rings, she wore the necklace followed by the jhumkis.

"that day was a fairytale, and even today he has thought of everything just like last time in our wedding " she smiled closing the earing.

"of course he has my brother loves you alot!" Said Kirti as she came into the room.

"i know he does I also do alot" she smiled

"I know sweetie, chal I'll do your hair and make up" Naira nodded, Kirti started to comb her hair.

"Your wedding in US how was that?" Kirti asked

"Your brother is so romantic, woh din to fairytale tha sach mein" she smiled getting lost reliving that day as she filled Kirti in.

Kartik was ready and all were waiting for Naira, the mehendi cones were all ready. Naira came into the hall it looked completely different to yesterday, it was beautifully decorated today also.

'I'm going to pass out she is looking so beautiful in my gifted outfit" he smiled

Naira was looking stunning

Her hair was beautiful braided in a fish plait, her make up was natural, with a pink shade of lipstick. Kartik couldn't stop admiring her. Naira also kept admiring him.

His look

'Kitna hot lag raha hai mera Kartik maan karta hai zor se galo pe kiss kardo'

She walked to him, he smiled

"Uff sherni maar dalogi, kitni khoobsurat lag rahi ho jaan" she smiled

"You are looking so cute In this" she said admiring him. Kartik wanted to pull her towards him  but Nani came in with Kittu

Kittu outfit

"Wah chalo ab Naira bhi agaye aur yeh kya sab match hore hai" she said looking to Kittu's purple dhoti. Naira and Kartik both smiled at each other.

"Chalo let's start the mehendi" said nani and the  ladies start playing the music.

Naira sat down and mehendi was being applied on her hands and feet, Kartik admired her smiling face.

'Just like this I always want you to smile my jaan, that's why I wanted to give you all these special moments that you deserve all these pre-wedding rituals  his mind reflected.

'Thank you Kartik for giving these special moments to me, and you watching me whilst I apply tumhari name ki mehendi makes this extra precious but your so far thoda paas ajao. She thought

"Kya name likhna hai?" She heard the lady say.

"Kartik" she smiled, she looked to him, her feet mehendi was complete now.

She felt her self being pulled back, Kartik had come and back hugged her, he kissed her cheek. "Wow bahut beautiful hai jaan" he touched his cheek to hers.

Nani came by "Kittu itna chipka hai Naira se aur woh bhi sab ke saam ne.." Kirti heard her nani and they both saw Kartik kiss Naira's cheek again and then saw her nod to him, with a smile looking down.

"Aww kitne cute hai dono, nani yeh young love hai" said Kriti hugging her nani. "Aur bhai kitne khush hai" Nani smiled.

"Hai woh to hai, Kittu ka chotu Kittu kaha hai?"

"Woh cutie ice cream mein busy hai, Risha ke saath, they all adore him" nani nodded seeing him surrounded by his aunties and uncles.

"Kartik I'm hungry can you get me a kachori please" he nodded.

"Abhi aya jaan" he kissed her cheek and left. Naira slowly got up as her mehendi was complete.

"Hi Risha beta tumhe mehendi nai lagvani?"

"Naira bhabhi how did you meet bhai?" She asked.

"bachpan mein hum same school mein the" she smiled and walked off.

Everyone stopped her to look at her mehendi design, and all started saying the colour is getting darker already.
