"Kya, nai karni shaadi, sach mein?" She asked with sadness in her voice.

He just realised what a stupid thing he said.

"Naira" he said turning around but she wasn't there.

"Well done Kartik you just couldn't keep your mouth closed" he left the room, he searched for her everywhere, then looked out of the window, he saw her in farm carrying Kittu. They were feeding the sheeps.

"Meri jaans" he said smiling ready to go join them

"She is a very sweet, caring girl you are very lucky beta" said nani

"I know I love them alot nani, that's why I don't want to do a grand wedding" Nani didn't understand..

"If you love her then you should want to na"

"Nai nani,I'm scared darr lagta hai, I got them, this happiness in my life after so long and if I get a bit too happy I feel like I'll lose them, something bad would happen and then."

"But beta it's all in your mind that won't happen" she held her grandson's face. Kartik shook his head.

"nani, Mr Rajesh and his wife meaning my step mum and that excuse of a father are still alive, she is in jail, I don't know about him, I knew this information before, but now there is no update so I don't want any grand affair wedding with the media because it could draw attention to my family, my Naira, you and Kittu"  nani nodded.

"I understand beta and your right"

"I don't want Naira knowing any of this, she won't be able to live a peaceful life, she will constantly be looking over her shoulder . Just look how happy she is" he said watching her tickle Kittu and then swing him in the air. Nani smiled.

"Bahut pyari bachi hai, ok so you still want to do the wedding right?"

"Absolutely, it's mostly what we came for here to get your blessings" she smiled.

"Ok then how about this" she gave Kartik a suggestion and Kartik hugged her.

"This is perfect nani, I love you"

"Love you beta, Accha ab jao meri bahu ko mana avo"  Kartik nodded. He went outside and saw Naira, rocking Kittu, side to side on her hip, his heart smiled also his Naira in a sari just doubles her beauty.

"Kittu ko maza araha hai india mein, yaha farm par" he nodded and giggled.

"Where are the Cow?" He asked her.

"Haan baby cows bhi hai" Naira heard his voice, she looked up at him.

"papa dekhate hai ajaa" he went to take Kittu. Nani watched from afar that Naira didn't give him.

"Kittu mumma dekha rahi haina chalo" she walked off avoiding Kartik

"Yeh dono bache kaise laadte hai, but they shouldn't use Kittu against each other, aur Mera Kittu bhi na doesn't think before speaking"

  Naira walking, she bumped into nani.

"Kaha jare hai meri beta?" She carried Kittu up from her.

" nani Kittu ko cows ko khelana hai" nani smiled.

"Naira beta, can you get the hay from the barn" 

" haan, nani" Naira happily went. Kartik saw nani with Kittu.

"Yeh theekh hai?" He asked then kissed his head.

"He is fine with me", she is in the barn getting hay Kittu please fix things with her " Kartik nodded and went inside closing the door.

"Nani Maine, oh.." She saw him but refused to acknowledge him. She looked around for the hay.

"Mein kuch madat kar du?" Said his soft voice.

"Ok sure" she said and he came forward. He started to pull a bag.

"Isme hai?" He asked, she shrugged her shoulders.

They opened it.

"nai but thanks " he smiled atleast she is talking to him..

"my almost pati"

"Kya what did you call me" he said

"Almost pati, you don't want to do saath phere wali marriage so.."

ek second he removed his t-shirt, he was now in a black vest.

"I didn't mean that, esa kuch nai hai" he said standing in front of her, he pulled her forward by the waist.

" I hate fighting with you jaan" Naira looked up at him.

" I hate it also" she said hugging him.

"I love you so much" she said whilst in his arms.

"Love you more" he said rubbing her lower back, he looked up.

" jaan, it's up there" they saw the hay stack. Kartik released her and started to pull it.

"Sambhal ke baby" she said, he nodded and pulled the stack, seeing it come down he moved out of the way pulling Naira along. They were buried underneath it.

"Pagal mendak yeh kya kiya tumne" she said seeing she was on top of him.

"Hand slip hogaya" he pouted

"Ab kya kare yeh to sab phel gaya" she looked around but his gaze was on her only.

" kaha kho gaye?"

"Apni khoobsurat sherni wali biwi mein" Naira looked away.

"Kittu is probably running rings around nani" she went to get up,

"Yeh perfect setting hai" he said holding her on him.

"Kya?" she asked

"Of course Sundar Heroine sari mein, unke ashiq ke saath baand jagae mein and hay everywhere" she looked around and saw that he was right.

"Kisi film ki tarah?" She said in a cute innocent tone.

"Phir heroine runs to the corner"  she got up and ran, Kartik got up and followed her.

" Phir hero picche se ake.." He placed one hand on her belly, with the other he pushed her hair to the front.

"Ese karta hai"

Naira held the wall, when she felt his kisses all over her back, he started to kiss her inner neck. She held her hand over his enjoying his touch on her belly too. He then turned her around, and carried her up in bridal style and placed her on the hay. Naira moved back acting like a proper heroine all shy. Kartik crawled forward locking her inbetween him. He started to kiss her neck, she arched it to give him more access, her hand gripped his soft hai. He held her nape softly and they started kissing. His hand slipped down to blouse, pulling at it. Her eyes flew open.

"Kartik hum.." he silenced her with his finger.

"Ab film mein censor board type of scene ayega" he said in a husky tone.

"Honey we can't do it here" she said looking around. He silenced her with a kiss, she kissed him back.

"Par nani kya sochegi, hum itne der se yaha aur..

"Tum tumhare husband ke saath ho, you don't have to give any explanation jaan" this time she kissed him.

"Kittu I hope your mumma papa are fine now, it's been a while I hope things haven't gotten worse, I'll go check..no, no what if they are, I mean javan hai, pati, patni hai.. He looked up at nani. She caressed his  little  cheek.

"Ajayenge hum na.. then someone came and she got busy.Telling them what needed to be done.

Kaira spent some husband and wife time together.

"Kartik, help me close my blouse string I can't reach"  he nodded, he slipped his vest on and went to help her. He tied it nicely and then back hugged her.

"I love you in Saris jaan" she smiled. Then heard a loud knock on the door.

"Baccho sab kuch theekh haina?"

Naira elbowed Kartik in the chest, and mouthed 'I told you'

"Haan nani all is well we are just coming" he said Nani smiled

"ok that's great bachhe come soon" she said. Naira got up.

"Oh God nani kya sochegi mere baare mein" she said sorting her hair.

"Kuch nai, we didn't do it na we agree it's unhygienic here"

"Haan but we did stuff.." she blushed

"I know meri hottie chalo let's do more stuff" he went to grab her.

"We should go inside" she ran from him giggling , he ran after her. Naira ran into the house, she saw Kittu asleep on the sofa.

"Nani, woh mein" then Kartik came in.

"Nani hum um..

"Kittu tumhari t-shirt kaha gai?" Naira went red, they exchanged an embarrassed  looks.

"Young love.. it's ok, you get it later" he nodded

"Beta, your marriage is happening in two days and Kittu agreed with me it will be held here"

Kartik turned to his Naira and she was smiling.

"Haan nani jo aap theekh samje your house is beautiful and it holds many nice memories of your Kittu so yes it's perfect"

she tried to keep her voice normal but she was excited!

'Mine and my mendak's shaadi yay! Her mind reflected

"Great, to is khushi mein mu metha hojaye" nani said going into the kitchen.

Kartik looked at Naira, "tum khush ho"

She nodded. "Bahut" she smiled coming to him..

"Badhai ho rishta pakka hogaya" nani said in excitement and fed them both a piece of barfi, they fed her and she hugged them together.

"Accha now you both feed each other, mu meetha karu, I'm just coming"

Kartik pulled Naira by the waist.

"Kya kare ho" she said looking to the sides to see if anyone is there

"Mu meetha" he said in a normal tone bringing his lips to hers.

"To karo na..!" she stuffed a big piece in his mouth and ran.

"Mmm,na.." he said trying to speak  Nani walked in and started laughing. Naira came back and handed him a glass of water. He drank it.

"acche to mere bache  parso is yours and Kittu's sangeet and mehendi night so I have got people coming with outfits for you all to select jo aap logo ko pasand aye or you both want to go and select them at the showroom "

"Mumma, dadda" Kittu woke up rubbing his eye, and came towards them.

"Mela baby" Kartik carried him up, and kissed his cheek.

They decided that nani would look after Kittu whilst they went to try on outfits , but he was being cranky so Kartik and Naira decided to stay with him, they had dinner with nani he was now in a better mood.

"Where is he hmm where is dadda?"  Naira came into the living room and saw a girl hugging Kartik.

'Yeh kaun hai, pulling my Kartik's cheeks like that' Naira walked in carrying Kittu, Kartik saw her.

"Here she is, jaan this is Kirti" 

"His ex girlfriend" she said, Kartik looked at Naira in shock, there was a silence.

"I'm just playing with you Naira I'm his sister" Naira now smiled and came forward. Kirti hugged her.

"Your very pretty my brother did well" Naira smiled looking over to him.

"thank you di tumhare bhaiya bhi itne bure nai hai" they laughed.

"Aur yeh handsome boy kaun hai" she asked

"Mera mini me" said Kartik who came and stood next to Naira.

"This is Kittu, Kittu meet your bua" 

Kirti and Naira really got along well, nani filled her in on everything, that happened with Kartik because she didn't want him to relive it again.

" bechara bhai, Naira bahut acchi hai"

" yes she is very sweet, they make a sweet couple ok it's late tum sojao kal bahut kaam hai" Kirti nodded.

" Will you be ok with Kittu tonight" she said giving the little one  a kiss goodnight, he nodded, she went to him.

"I know you wanted us to be in the same room tonight but it's only a number of days phir hum hamesha saath honge"

"Naira!" She was startled by his tone. He pulled her by the shoulders

"Esa kabhi maat bolna please, please" he hugged her tightly.

" haan hum honge saath, but let's not jinx or tempt fate" he said, she hugged him back.

"Haan sorry, baby you ok" she released him. He nodded.she cupped his face.

" nani bhi na, why do we have to sleep separately we are married already by law" he said in an annoyed tone.

"It's ok she's older we should respect her wishes instead of being sad let's get excited we will be married in a few days, I will get to see my handsome dulha" she looped his neck.

" I will see the most stunning dulhan on this earth, now jaldi goodnight kiss dedo before Kir..

"Kartik, I'm here to get Naira" Kartik ignored her, he was about to kiss his Sherni.

"goodnight" she gave him a quick peck, Kartik smiled and shook his head.

"aye di" she called opening the door.

"You got your night dress, and all?" Naira nodded.

" bhai don't look so sad, it's just a few days then Naira is with you" she said looking to Kittu. He nodded. "Goodnight di"

"Jaan sweet dreams" he greeted her goodnight. Naira mouthed 'I love you'

'Love you more' they both exchanged a cute smile

 He was missing her already, he was scolding himself to get a grip, he saw his son sleeping and he smiled at the sight, he got dressed in his night suit and gently got into bed, he caressed his head.

" I love you mela baby" he placed his hand on waist keeping him close  his little hand rested on his. He gave him a quick kiss and fell asleep.
