Party scene

Naira and Maya were chilling out at the beach party.

Her look with a leather jacket and her is hair open, her makeup is like Greece nightclub scene.

You want one" she handed her a jello shot.

"thanks" she took it.

"how so long are you here for?"

"I'm thinking of leaving tonight I miss NY and my friends so.."

"oh why Naira stick around its nice having you here, you've become my best friend"

"aww how sweet" she replied. As they both walked..

Then Maya  seeing a bunch of boys says "oh look here comes trouble"

"Hey Maya wanna come for a spin?" Said one guy

"drop dead lets go from here" she said to Naira.

"oh your little friend is she new, haven't seen her around before, are you new sweetheart?"

" I'm not your sweetheart" she fired back. The friends all laughed and mocked , Naira realised these guys were not messing about, she could feel fear creeping up on her.

"Shakti leaves these girls alone" he said looking down as he walked. "(tut) Kartik your too soft" hearing his name she looked up. 'Kartik'

"come on little bro lets have some fun with them" Kartik looked up and saw the girls.

"bro your drunk, let them go yeah..." he said taking him away, he looked back once at her and walked ahead.

"that was close, listen avoid them at any cost they are trouble all of them, even the younger one"

"who Kartik?" she asked

especially him.. the stories I've heard of that lot, its best avoided" Naira nodded butbhrt mind wondered..

"Kartik go get me some water" Kartik went on his brother's command .

"Sharad listen get that girl for me,

Maya?"

"no the newbie" he said . Kartik heard and came back.

"B_bro why him, I'll get her and not only that I will make her pay for insulting my bro." Shakti chuckled..

"great mate, but Sharad will go with you.

"ok, lets go" said Kartik

"Its late now I should head home, mum will be waiting" Maya nodded "ok let me know if you decide to stay" Naira replied

"sure" then started to walk on her own, she was near the caves taking a short cut, until she felt someone grab her wrist and pull her into the cave.

"Let go, off me, leave me" she screamed.

"Hey shhh" he called

"Kartik it's you" he locked her in front of him, both his hands on the side of her shoulders.

"Your in danger go home, be safe and away from here, I wanted to make sure you get there ok, its not safe here"

"what's going on?" She asked

"I wish I could tell you , but I can't" he said looking down.

"I haven't seen you for days, is that the reason?" he took a step back and nodded.

"tell me why" he shook his head.

"please" she placed her hands around his neck.

"I want to help you" he sensed the genuine tone in her voice, he held her hands for a second, then removed them off him. He turned his back to her.

(tut) "you can't, no one can go back to NYC and forget about me!" he said in strong tone.

There was silence..

"So not nerdy Mendak Kartik anymore" she said in a half jokey half serious tone.
He laughed with sadness in his tone.
"Nope he's long gone" he said turning back to her.
He straightened her leather jacket collar, 'She looks hot in that jacket nope forget distracted , i have to keep her safe bas.'

"ok I'll be leaving then take care, I will be thinking off you", she turned around, walked out of the cave with a heavy heart, what on earth was happening to her, she was on the verge of tears, she couldn't stop thinking about his safety what are these feelings?..

"Hey Sherni?" he called from the cave. Hearing his concerned tone, she quickly stepped back in there. Feeling her presence he turned around, their eyes locked, he held her shoulders pushed her to the wall and pressed his lips to hers, she closed her eyes feeling a wave of emotions flood over her as she reciprocated the kiss, she wanted this moment to freeze forever. This wasnt acting it was the real thing and they both wantrd it!
He released her lips from his, holding her face he pressed his forehead to hers,
he then kissed her forehead followed by

"just um.. he mumble something , which made no sense to her, taking a step back he walked out of the cave. Sharad smiled wickedly seeing Kartik come out of the cave

"job done bro?" Kartik wiped his tears quickly and nodded, because it was dark the other guy couldn't see his face.

"yeah she won't be a problem anymore, its best to forget about her and concentrate on the bigger things" He walked out away , but glanced just once, and saw her dark silhouette leaving the cave. She walked away collecting her thoughts.

" What just happened?" she said exiting the beach area.

"she's home" said Anjali

"beta me and your papa were thinking, this isn't working I want you to come back home with me, Varun will come after, he will spend his summer with his papa."

Naira listened but her mind kept going back to what happened in the cave. They spoke amongst themselves making decisions for her.

"Mum, no need I have decided to stick around here , tomorrow is a new day right?" she said with a soft smile, taking to the stairs.

"Right" said her dad, looking at his ex-wife a bit confused.

"see I told you she will come around" he nodded feeling better maybe there is a chance yet for him to make amends with her.

The next morning the sun seemed brighter, the beach looked more beautiful,
She went for a little swim, now in her bikini waiting for it to get a bit dry, meanwhile she towel dried her hair a little,  her face lit up when she saw him come out of the water he was in navy blue trunks.

She quickly  picked up her towel and wrapped it around her waist and slipped her dress over her head.

Her look

She felt nervous all of a sudden, she decided to go talk to him and ask him what happened last night but then stopped.

"who is she?" her mind questioned as he was talking to some girl.

As they were talking the girl held his hand. From the corner of her eye she saw them talk and immediately felt jealous.

"bye Kartik see you around" she said..

"yeah by Cindy" he waved.

Just then he spotted her she looked right at him giving him an angry look and walked off.
She smiled fully, 'jealous hai haha but  she shouldn't be '  He raced over.

"I CAN SEE THE GREEN EYED MONSTER RIGHT BEHIND YOU!!". She ignored him. "whateves!" she yelled. He raced behind her and picked her up bridal style and ran towards the water.

"hey, are crazy put me down." Flapping her feet in annoyance, and he did just that, splashing her straight in the water.

"what the hell" she said pushing him back. He chuckled loudly. Seeing her angry expression.

"you have nothing to be jealous about she is just a friend" she looked at him, as she was back in her feet but a few steps away.

she pushed her hair to the back, listening to him, and suddenly all the anger got replaced with a feeling of relief and happiness.

Really?" she called back, he nodded

"Why would i want her when you're the one I want"  he shouted because the waves were loud.

"I am?"  She was a bit confused but it felt right and he was looking so gorgeous and that smile made her heart melt every time..

"of course, now come here so I can show you how much" she smiled and leaped into his arms. He twirled her in the air, she looped his neck grinning happily, her hair splashed droplets all over his bare shoulder and back, then he placed her down steady, their eyes met, he pulled her waist forward, their wet lips immediately met, and she leaned completely on him, as they kissed passionately, their soaking bodies caressed in a sensual embrace. She sighed happily as she leaned her chin on his shoulder hugging him.

Varun was playing the x-box with his father when Naira came through the front door. "your clothes are all wet what happened?" said her father.

"hmm nothing I just got hit by a huge wave, I'll just go get changed." She walked passed them up the stairs.

"papa your losing big time" Varun yelled at his dad's lack of focus on the game. Naira went into her room and she couldn't stop smiling,

"who thought  me and mendak?" she smiled.

"I guess life is full of pleasant surprises."

He already feels so special ,its been what 10 minutes and I already miss him" she shook her head at her silly girly behaviour. 

"Get a grip Naira your meeting him tonight" she smiled happily knowing she will be seeing him later today.
