They got to the top and he inserted the card to click the door open. “It’s nice and spacious” he said. “and one bed” she said looking at the king size in front of them.

“you take the bed I’ll take the sofa” he said walking over and placing his bag on the ground.

“Kartik?”

“hmm” he turned around to her.

“I just remembered I don’t have any clothes, its just this”  she said folding her arms, feeling the breeze in the room.

“hmm” he scratched the side of his head, he picked up his bag. “you can wear any of my clothes for the night, come” she walked over and sat on the bed. He emptied his bag of clothes. “Pick anything you like” he called.

“this?” she took a pyjama top and bottom.

“Not that” he took it from her.

“hey, I like this” she replied.

“It’s my night dress”  he took it back. She laughed out loud letting go of it. He smiled at her.

“I forgot how lovely your laugh sounds in my ears” she stopped smiling and became shy.

“Here you can wear it” he gave it back to her.  She looked up to him.

“I have an idea, lets both wear it, I’ll wear the top obviously and you wear the bottoms” he nodded his head

“ok good idea and I have a vest so its cool”

"Great that's decided then"  she smiled.

"so I’ll just take this and get changed in the bathroom. She nodded.

“and if you?” he held her hand and got her up.

“ii I?” she asked

“yeah if you need any assistance in getting undressed, I mean changing then … she was lost in his eyes, “and..  he teased her cleavage line by tracing his finger along it, which was enough to make her go weak at the knees.

“so you’ve gotten bigger than before, what’s your cup size now 36?” she shook her head playfully. “136” she replied. His mouth fell open .

"Mmm let me just drown right into that” he chuckled loosening the blouse string from the back at the same time lowering his mouth to her cleavage. “Kartik” she giggled taking a step back.

“um don’t you need to get changed?” he nodded

“yes I do, and  I will see you in 5 minutes” he took his pj bottoms and went into the bathroom. Once the door was closed she quickly began to unfasten her blouse string if only it wasn’t tied so tightly. 'Why am feeling shy it's not the first time he has seen me this way, but it's been a while.

“Shit why, is it so tight”, she tried to find a mirror but that would be the bathroom.

“I could just take the ghagra off instead, but nope that would mean I’d be almost naked not a good idea, hmm what to do.." The door clicked, and he saw her in deep thought, he just stood in the doorway watching her remove her bangles, then her necklace, followed by her ear-rings, now blouse string. “Still?” she grunted in reply rolling her eyes.

“Let me help you with that” before she could his fingers were playing with her string. She couldn’t concentrate, his fingers kept brushing her bareback, he managed to untie it completely.

 Naira stood there still, and he couldn’t keep his eyes off her bare flesh, just to think she is completely naked under this top, he felt all hot and bothered.

“D-done” he replied. She turned around

“thanks” he nodded both red on the cheeks. “you finish I will just go and brush my teeth and maybe a cold shower” she smiled at his comment

“ok” she shook her head, at the same time loved that he was such a gentlemen. She quickly got changed. “oh” she said seeing herself. Kartik brushed his teeth but couldn’t quite concentrate, his mind started to fill with naughty thoughts.

“Nope keep a lid on your wild thoughts” he told himself he opened the door and saw her standing in his shirt. “I didn’t think it would be this short. Kartik looked at her. “yeah ahem it suits you, you look very hot in my night shirt” he said.. making the room temperature rise.

“ok well I’m really tired so I’m going to sleep” she replied and lifted the bed covers.

“Naira?”

“hmm?” she turned to him and his lips glued to hers. She equally responded to the kiss “sweet dreams” he said brushing his nose against hers and gave it a little kiss, their fingers intertwined “you too” she replied back sweetly. Then he came close.

"You still wear this?" He said pulling the chain gently with his ring in it. She put her hand in his.Both holding the ring.

"Of course why wouldn't I?"

"So you have been wearing it since?" he asked wanting to know.

"Ever since you gave it to me it's always been a part of me"  he smiled hearing her answer.

"I'm glad, ok well goodnight baby" he turned to leave..

“Kartik you don’t have to sleep on the sofa, you can sleep here with me” she said calling to him.

“with you?” she nodded.

“yeah, but not with me, you know what I mean,come.”  she got in from one side while he did from the other side.

“so um since us, did you meet anyone.. I mean any other girl.. because if you did then..” he gently turned her by the chin to face him. “Hey i swear on ours son’s life there hasn’t been anyone else, except for you, even during those 2 years..hey,hey why the tears,come here" She went into his arms.

“I’m sorry I should’ve wait, I mean how could I not know you were alive, I’m really am stupid” she said sniffing.

“hey stop it I won’t have you calling yourself that, look how much you have accomplished in a short time, a lawyer a perfect mother, I couldn’t be more proud, He kissed her forehead, she smiled at him. “really?” he nodded.

“Yes Naira you are amazing back then my drama queen to now you have matured into this wonderful person and I am so thankful for a second chance with you and I will fill your life with all the happiness you deserve, you and our son is all that matters to me now”

“oh Kartik thank you for coming back for us” she hugged him.

“you mean the world to me, I never want to lose you again” she said pulling his cheeks.

“you won’t because I’m never leaving you again.  She yawned smiling

“come on sleepy head lets sleep” he lowered her along with him.

“you know I am so lucky to have been given this chance, and I hope that soon Kittu will call me daddy, that day will be the best, when my little boy knows exactly who I am to him, isn’t it jaan?” he turned his head to her, he saw the cutest sight she had fallen asleep her head resting on the side of his chest, and her hand resting on his upper neck. He smiled "Love you Sherni"  and he  kissed her temple and fell asleep too.
