Kartik was sitting on the sofa feeding Kairav milk through the bottle "yummy haina?" He said whilst holding him in his arms. "Because mumma he yummy hai toh uska milk..oh gosh what am I talking with my baby" he kissed his temple. Naira was still on her bed in her hotel room "ok I'll stay" Naira got up from the bed "ok chalo then" she opened the door "I thought.. she shook her head "no I didn't mean in the room come follow me" she said and left her room taking her phone. 

Kartik just put Kairav to sleep and Kittu was already in bed. "Naira ko call karu kya?" He paced the room. "Nai nai it will spoil her evening" he said and put the TV on to divert his mind. Nick and Naira both just walked out of a room "that was fun right?" He said  Naira giggled "yes I had a good time it seriously was great" she said "let's go for another round?"he suggested she nodded "yes I'll catch you up I need the washroom" she told him then walked over to one and went into a free cubical. "No matter how much i divert my mind Kartik I keep thinking about you but you should have spoken to me about this thing" she said she wiped an escaping tear then remembered her phone beeping "Jennifer ka message?" She opened it "Hi Naira you may have seen the headline about Karvin but trust me it's nothing like that your husband has a good heart he did it to help someone out. Jen.x"

"He did it to help someone?" ese kounsi help..of course my mendak sab ki madat karta hai that I know school mein bhi sab ko help karta tha.." she said 'but tum kya kar rahi ho Naira, your hanging out with Nick you are a mumma now and a wife stop this behaviour' her mind told her. Naira came out of the washroom and then took her stuff from the hotel room and left without informing anyone..Kartik yawned falling asleep on the sofa Naira turned the key in the door.

She quickly went upstairs and got changed into her night dress then came back downstairs "Jaan?" He asked with one eye barely open.. he blinked alittle "weren't you staying the night?" He asked her. "Nai I am going to sleep" she said then went upstairs Kartik dozed off on the sofa. Naira saw her phone "20 miss calls from Niick I should've informed.."  she quickly smsed him back and fell asleep the next morning she woke up early Kartik was still sleeping on the sofa. "Hello baby mumma aapko jaldi dohdoh pilade?" she said taking him out of his crib then sat down on the nursing chair. A few hours passed Kartik woke up and saw a note on the fridge "gone to the gym be back by lunch time. N ♥️ he read. "Kittu ko uthado Kairav so raha hoga but Naira why didn't she inform me that she was going to come home early last night?" He sighed then attended the boys.

"I was great last night you couldn't get enough of me and you uff you unleashed your new Yorker bad girl side to me" said Nick to her in gym class. Naira turned to him.. "I have vocal codes of a rock chick you on the other hand.." she showed him a thumbs down. "Let's take a vote ladies who smashed karaoke last night me or Naira?" Everyone said mostly Naira which made her smile. The class was coming to an end.. "Naira listen I.. Naira took her bag "if you want to be friends fine but otherwise I am not interested" she said. "Friends..well that is all you can give me then I guess I have no choice but to take it.." he said to her. It was coming up to 12:30pm "where is mumma?" Asked Kittu whilst Kartik was putting his buckle shoes on "mumma is out somewhere" he placed a cap on his little head "but Valun mama is taking you out to the park" said Kartik then carried him off the stairs "yay!' He yelled Kartik smiled and kissed his cheek the bell rang. "Valun mama?" He yelled before the door was even open

"Yesh its him" said Kartik "hi dude you ready to have fun?" Said Varun as he carried him from Kartik.. "here is some cash for lunch" said Kartik "no bro mumma gave" he said but Kartik insisted and gave him extra "I am coming Kairav" he said hearing him awake he changed his diaper then placed him on the play  mat on his tummy "daddy aapki help kare" he said when the baby struggled a little to balance with his hands Kartik held his little bottom from the back to help him.  "aram se" he said seeing Kairav lifting himself a few minutes passed and Naira was back she removed her shoes and came into the main room and placed her bag down.

She saw Kairav laid on his back and Kartik clicking his fingers lightly above him Naira came on all fours "hello my baby" she held his little hands and kissed his cheeks one after the other whilst Kartik took his hand away "kya kar raha hai mela baby" she briefly rubbed her face on his belly and he made a cute sound. Naira lifted her head and turned to Kartik. "Gym today too i thought it's just for.." Kartik sat up "oh oo.." squealed Kairav Kartik and Naira exchanged a look and laughed she then crawled out and  turned to Kartik "I'll just change and come.. she said getting up holding his shoulder for balance. "Hmm" his response was short. "Mera bacha" Kartik said then picked him up and rubbed his nose to his.

Naira gathered her thoughts whilst she got changed her thoughts were about Kartik and the whole LA thing but also what Nick told her, she was now changed in shorts and a crop top "Naira there is something I need to tell you" he said coming into the bedroom. "Ok..Kairav?..she asked "abhi sula kar aya hu and Kittu is out with Varun" he said. Naira clipped up her hair "with Varun and he was fine with it that's a miracle" she said "Jaan bas" he held her hands. "Yesterday why didn't you come wake me or tell me you were coming home? " Naira sighed "Actually Naira  I have been meaning to tell you something.. something happened in LA.." she looked at him "what? Oh that you admitted you were single in real life on a live telecast mujhe pata hai aur haan mujhe bura bhi laga" she took her hands out of his. "I am starving mein lunch karne jara hi hu" she said walking out of the room.

Kartik sighed Naira walked into the kitchen and took out a bowl "jaan please ek minute come" he held her hand "and sit with me so I can explain.." he grabbed a pack from the cupboard "open your mouth" he slipped a cashu nut into her mouth. They sat down in the main room "who's calling you?" He asked as her phone interrupted them she cut the call. "I got Jennifer's message" Kartik took her hand in his and explained to her that Michelle Walker's husband was staying at the same hotel and she needed protection. "Ok from what exactly and why did she ask you?" She asked him. "Look I tried to help her and it worked her psycho husband  backed off it ended well" he told her. "But now your name is linked up with another woman the media think you and her are a couple" he nodded "I know..but its not true and today I spoke to the team and.. Naira got up from her seat "Jaan" he came behind her and slowly turned her. "Tumne single kyu bola show pe" he shook his head. "The producer of the show said it's best to keep my marital status single for the show  but aaj meri baat hui and..  Naira took steps back. "I need the washroom" she left from there.

"Oh shit well done Kartik your explaining yourself into a deeper hole and..her phone pinged "kaun hai baar baar disturb kar raha hai!" He said picking her phone up. Nick?" He said seeing the message but it was locked."Kisi ka call aya?" She asked seeing him holding her phone. " hmm Nick ka message" he asked. "Oh.." she responded. "Kittu kitne baje ayenge?" She asked him. "Jaan why did you do a search on me I thought ke you said you don't do all that.." Naira shuffled her feet "I don't I didnt" she replied "so who then Nick?" Naira didn't give an answer. "The article said you left a hotel room with her" Kartik's eyes widened "what the fuck no I did not and have you read the article I doesn't say that" he said and Naira heard his tone he was certain that it said no such thing!

"Naira you didn't answer my question.. Naira huffed "what do you want me to say Kartik?" He shook his head "Nick did he tell you this the whole article thing?! Naira remained quiet he was losing his patience "Naira bolo bhi" he said holding her arms. "Kartik Nick woh he told me.. his grip softened on her. "Hmm what tell me.." he said looking into her eyes."That he likes me" she replied "likes you?" He asked her."Hmm actually he um loves me" she told him."When was this, is this why you came home early?" He asked her. "No that was after i received Jennifer's message but actually you should have messaged me I was waiting for your message only!" But in Kartik's mind something else was festering. "Even after he told you his feelings you went to the gym to meet him?" Kartik let go of her arms taking a slow step back. Naira's eyes became a question for him.

 "Nick told you what he loves you and wants to be with you?" He asked her?. "Kartik it was nothing really please.." she said walking to him. "I bet it was him who made a huge deal out of that article!" Naira held his hand. "I set him straight so it's all over" she told him "he must've been drunk when he made those inappropriate comments.. Naira removed her hand and bit her tongue.

"What he said something?!" He asked "ESA k-kuch nai.. Kartik was not in a mood he pulled her waist roughly "tell me what comment!" She gasped at his action it scared her alittle" that I must be an amazing k-kisser bas.. she looked down. and..?" He asked her "it doesn't matter.." she said He tugged her chin "don't lie to me" he said in a stern tone "Kartik please relax what does it matter I set him straight there is no feelings from my side so.." he cupped her face "Jaan please just tell me it's me your honey, your mendak what else did he say" she hesitantly nodded "that I must be fireworks in the bed esa kuch and.. Kartik Kartik! She yelled but he left the room. "Oh God what is happening! She exclaimed "I have to fix this what is he thinking" she said out loud she didn't know what to think she reflected on her thoughts and heard his deep chuckle she walked out and looked into the hall "say thank you Valun mama" he said whilst cuddling Kittu then saw Varun out Naira smiled "he is fine and Kittu bhi agaya" she smiled she walked to them "mumma" he yelled happily "hello baby" she said kissing his cheek.

"Chalo Kittu tell daddy what did you and mama do" he said whilst removing his buckle shoes. "Kittu mumma ko batao where did you go?" Kartik carried him off the step. "Let's go Kittu" he took him in the main room and sat him down on the sofa. "Kartik I told you I sorted the issue" but he ignored her.. and removed Kittu's cap. "Honey please I.. she held his arm. "You still went gym this morning even after knowing he wanted you I am not ok with that jaan" he said then turned to Kittu. "Buddy do you want a juice" Kittu nodded and Kartik went into the kitchen. "Ok fine but why are you angry with me I haven't done anything wrong" he shut the fridge " oh really your still going to his classes after this?" He shook his head "I friend zoned him we played karaoke last night its platonic and why should I not go to his classes? he is a good teacher I can't deny that" she said

"So he is fine with you both being just friends.." Naira walked up to him. "Why do you care what he thinks I don't care his feelings are his problems not mine I have you and the boys so.. Kartik walked off "damn it mendak what is this attitude" she said folding her arms. Kartik sat with Kittu and ignored her so she did the same treatment too. She went and fed Kairav then bought him downstairs "Kailav" squealed Kittu excitedly "Kairav aajo daddy ke paas" he carried him from Naira. "Careful don't rock him usne abhi doodh piya hai" he nodded

"ok jaan" then sat down with him. Naira sat down next to him. "If you want me to stop going to the gym then I will not go anymore" he turned to her. "You would do that?" She nodded "of course if it would fix things with you then i would in a heart beat" she said to him. Kartik squeezed her hand and shook his head "you don't have to do that" he gave her subtle smile "mumma" Kittu landed in her lap with force. "Aree baba aram se mumma abhi gir jati sofa se" she said and Kittu laughed, Kartik admired Naira talking with him cutely the way her cheek touched Kittu's, the amazing mumma she is, her loving nature, her smile he was lost in her but then remembered someone tried to threaten this family of his and that was bothering him.

A few hours passed..

It was coming to 5pm Kartik was thinking what to make for dinner  he opened the cupboards "spaghetti or noddles" he asked himself."Do people still think your with that Michelle?" She asked coming into the kitchen  he turned to her "jaan.." he walked to her. "Its fabricated" he said in response "for work i know but your my mendak only, I can't share you with anyone even for pretend" he nodded and took her hand in his "I understand I can't also" he said she locked her fingers with his they looked at each other..
