The episode starts in City Palace,Udaipur.

Leap of 2 months

Everyone is busy in work. Akshara saw Naira standing at a corner in deep thinking. Akshara went near Naira.

Akshara:- Naira bacha!

Naira:- Jee Mumma!

Akshara:- Yahaan kya kar rahi ho?

Naira:- Kuch nahi Mumma! Bas aise Hi!

Akshara:- Raina ki yaad aa rahi hai?

Naira:- Unki yaad mujhe tab aayegi Mumma agar Main unhe kabhi bhool jaun!!!

Akshara:- Aaj udaas mat ho! Aaj toh Ishaan-Mishti Aur Keerti-Naksh ki shaadi hai!

Naira:- Jiju wanted to tease Ishaan on his wedding. But...

Suddenly Naira started feeling weird and uneasy. She wanted to vomit. She ran from there. She entered a rest room and went to washroom. She committed out. Akshara was knocking on the door.

Naira:- I'm feeling uneasy from morning. And I threw up today 3 times. Am I pregnant? Should I check?
But I don't have kit. What to do? After the wedding I'll go to doctor.

She heard Akshara's voice. She came out of washroom.

Akshara:- Naira tum thk ho?

Naira:- Haan Mumma! May be good allergy ho gyi! Chaliye!

Akshara and Naira went near the mandap.

The wedding rituals started. It was time for kanyadaan

Keerti:- Naira plz do this! After Rishab Bhai and Raina. It's ur and Kartik's responsibility.

Naira:- Di this ritual will be completed by me and Kartik but with Raina Di and Rishab Jiju.

Everyone looked at Naira.

Naitik:- How Naira?

Naira:- I'll show. Karan and Tanshi come with Mumma Papa!

Naira took Tanshi in her lap. Kartik,Naira,Karan and Tanshi did Keerti's kanyadaan.

Naira:- Di I cant snatch Jiju and Raina Di's right. They wanted to do ur kanyadaan. And see it's done today.

Naira signalled them towards Tanshi. Everyone was happy. Keerti happily hugged Karan and Tanshi.

Mishti:- Tai Ji u plz do mine!

Akshara was happy that she's getting this chance. Akshara and Naitik did Mishti's kanyadaan.

It was time for gathbandhan.

Kids(shouted):- We will do it! Mumma plz!

Akshara:- Jao bacha aap dono karo!

Kids went and tied the knots of Naksh and Keerti.

Karan:- Oye Maamu hamaari Bhua ko tang kiya na toh dekh lena!

Tanshi:- Maamu we our Bhua very much. Panga lene se pehle soch lena.

Kids looked dangerously at Naksh. Naksh literally gulped in fear.

Naksh:- Main tumhaari Bhua ko tang nahi karoonga. Pakka!

Naksh was stammering. Everyone laughed on his condition. Kids giggled.

Kids then went to Ishaan and Mishti and tied their knots.

Ishaan:- Mere liye koi hukum?

Tanshi:- Oye Chachu agar Maasi Aur Mumma ko tang kiya na toh roz maar khaoge mujhse.

Karan:- Aur mujhse bhi. Aap jaante ho na hum kya kya kar sakte hai!!!

Ishaan:- Kaise bache hain? Apne Chachu ko sabke saamne dhamki dete hain!

Karan:- Oye Chachu! Dhamki di hai abhi kuch kiya nahi!! Drame band karo. Shaadi karo Aur bhaago yahaan se!

Everyone bursted into laughter. Kids came running to Naira.

Tanshi:- Mumma Chachu ko samjha diya!

Karan:- Aur Maamu ko bhi!

Naira:- I'm proud of you both.

Bhua Dadi:- Tanshi! Karan!

Karan/Tanshi:- Yes Bhua Dadi!

Bhua Dadi:- Tum dono bilkul apni Mumma par gye ho. Shaitaan!!

Karan and Tanshi giggled.

Kids:- Thank you Bhua Dadi for praising us!

(Yes Bhua Dadi has no problem with Tanshi now. She whole heartedly accepted Tanshi. She was proud of Naira)

Ishaan and Mishti, Keerti and Naksh took 7 vows.

Kartik came to Naira and wrapped his arm around Naira.

Kartik:- Today Raina Bhabhi And RB will be very happy.

Naira:- Why?

Kartik:- Because you took care of everyone in the best way. Raina Bhabhi might be proud of you. I'm also proud of You. I love you Jaan!

Naira:- I love you too MENDEK!

Kids:- Mumma chalo na!

Kids held Naira's hand and took her with them. Everyone started dancing. While dancing Naira felt dizzy. Naira fainted and was abt to fall when Akshara held her.

Akshara:- Naira!

Akshara patted on Naira's cheeks but no response. Everyone panicked.

Kartik:- Jaan! Plz open ur eyes.

Naitik:- Wait I'll call doctor!

Kartik took Naira to a restroom. Everyone was present there.

Akshara:- I knew Naira is not well. She came to the room earlier and vomit out.
I have a doubt that she might be...

Kartik:- Pregnant?

Akshara:- Hmm May be. I feel like. Now Doctor will confirm.

The Doctor came meanwhile. Everyone went out except kids and Akshara. She checked Naira.

Akshara:- Doctor is Naira Okay?

Kids:- Aunty batao na Mumma thk hai?

Doctor(smiling):- Ur Mumma is very good. Get ready to welcome ur new sister/brother.

Akshara:- Really Doctor is Naira pregnant?

Doctor:- Yes!

Karan(dancing):- Yeah we will get new sister.

Tanshi:- No brother!

Karan:- Sister!

Tanshi:- Brother!

Akshara:- Bacha stop fighting. That we will discuss later. Now go and call everyone inside.

Tanshi and Karan brought everyone inside but didn't tell them anything.

Akshara(tensed):- Naira is not fine!

Kartik(teary-eyed):- What happened Mumma? Plz tell!

He sat beside Naira and held her hand. Akshara realised that Kartik can't see Naira is pain. So she decided not to tease him.

Akshara:- I'm going to become Nani again.

Ishaan:- What? JB is...

Keerti:- Naira is pregnant! 

Akshara:- Yes!

Kartik:- What's the big deal? (Suddenly realised what he listened) What! Really! Jaan is pregnant! I'll be Papa again!

Everyone smiled at his happiness. They all were happy.

Naira(murmuring):- Di plz come back. I miss you. I love you! Plz come to ur Doll!

Akshara:- In unconscious state she is missing Raina.

Devyani:- Kare bhi kyu na Akshara. Raina ne usse itna pyaar diya hai!

Bhabhi Maa:- Aur phir chali gyi woh!

Kartik:- Woh gyi nahi hai! She's back now!

Ishaan:- What do u mean Bhai?

Kartik:- Bhabhi has come back to her Doll! But in a different form now. She will Naira's daughter now! She's growing in Naira's womb. And I'm damn sure it's she only!

Naira came back to her senses. She saw everyone looking at her. She was confused. She sat on the bed with Kartik's help.

Naira:- Kartik what happened?

Kartik hugged her tightly. Kartik took her hand and kept on her belly. She looked at Kartik. Kartik signalled her in Yes.

Naira(immediately):- Raina Di!

Naira hugged Kartik.

Naira(crying):- Kartik she's back. She has come back to her Doll!

Kartik:- Haan Jaan! She also knows that u can't live without her. So now she will come in this world in form of our daughter.

Kartik hugged Naira tightly. Kids too came to them and hugged Naira. Kartik kissed on her forehead while kids kissed on her cheeks. Everyone was happy looking at the Love Naira has spread everywhere. Everyone blessed Naira and Kartik.

They all went out and celebrated the wedding function and Naira's pregnancy.
Lastly,they all had a family photo including Singhania family and Maheshwari family.
