Naira came home "sorry papa I was busy"

"That's ok beta this is Seema ji, Seema ji my daughter Naira"

"Namaste" said Naira she was cultural but acting extra for her papa's sake.

"Rahul is just in the washroom" said Seema ji

"Chee a stranger is using our washroom" she said under her breath. Shortly he came out and Naira sat next to her papa most of the time.

"Rahul if you both want to have a talk then feel free to go in the garden"

"Yeah ok papa come through" she said she walked out into the garden.

"So..she said scrolling on her phone.

"Your very pretty"

" I know" she said in response and he laughed

"So what are your plans ahead will you work" she put her phone away after noticing she was being rude.

"Hmm no I will be travelling" she said folding her arms

"can I travel with you" he asked her Naira looked at him and laughed yes with that smile and laughter anyone can fall in love and seems Rahul was impressed.

"You asked if you can travel with me than no that is reserved for my mendak only"

"Mendak?"

"Haan it's ok you won't get it..shall we back inside" she said walking off

"Oh nice very clever" he chuckled but she was not getting it again she was checking her phone.

"Just in time Rahul, Naira come do some nashta" said Naitik

"Haan beta come" said his mumma he went and sat with her, just then her dadi came out of the room.

Her patience was wearing thin..finally his mumma got up

Naira wore her bikini underneath her dress "nice now I better hurry up" she took her bag after she saw them leave.

"Congratulations beta" said her dadi to Naitik on the rishta being finalised he then heard fast footsteps.

"Sorry papa mujhe late hora hai" she slammed the door, she was coming to Kartik using the fron door.

"I am ready" he said coming out of his house

"You guys can get changed in the house and then come out and join the party" she told them.

"Drinks?" Said a girl with a tray of cocktails

"Maybe later" he said they both went to get changed.

"Sunny, Yash what's up" said Kartik he started chatting with them.

"Kartik mein change karne jari hu" he nodded whilst he continued to chat, Naira got changed with her bikini keeping a long t-shirt on top.

"Hey Naina" she greeted one of her college friends they both got busy chatting and laughing they came out and Kartik too was dressed in the green trunks and a vest chatting with his guy friends  Kajal cut the cake and they all cheered and had cake and some drinks with light snacks

"hi Kartik looking good dude" said a friend

"Thanks Shruti so what you up to these days.."  Naira was busy with her friends.

"ok guys the pool is set for the 1st game just like musical chairs but you know how this one goes" said Kajal due to the limit they sat this one out another game was announced

"and lastly Kartik and Naira ok you all get in your pairs"

"that's us snuggle " she said poking him in the back.

he turned "yes cuddles he finished his drink

"Why always you two are paired up in all party games " she said in sarcasm Naira laughed.

"Obviously na" he said

"Why any problem?" She asked Shruti

 "Catch you later" he said to Shruti

"So what strategy?" He asked Naira and she whispered something in his ear to which he gripped her waist as they walked.

"I can never talk to him he is always with her even in e evedy game at every party so far I have to do something" she thought.

The 1st game was volleyball but in the pool Kartik and Naira vs Kishan and Prena

"You better play good we have to win" she Naira already getting competitive

"Don't worry babe I won't let you down" he said she smiled "chalo" she grabbed his hand and they both went in the pool, Kajal started to speak about the game.

"Oi mendak I was just joking no pressure if we win then great if not then whateves" he gave her a thumbs up.

"and the winners are Kartik Naira"  said Gaurav  they did win in the 1st round.

"Yay mendak" "congrats sherni" they side hugged then the other 4 came in as they came out.

"I'm thirsty" he said "I'll get us some drinks" she said

"Kajal why are Kartik and Naira always paired up" Shurti asked..

"Oh come on you know she only feels comfortable with him and they both have that bond and they are friends since very little chodna" she said walking off not paying much attention to her stupid question.

"Yeah acha nai hai" he spat out the drink

"To yeh peelo" she gave him her bottle

" mmm this is nice" he said taking a few sips.

" bas hogaya" she took her drink back

"Sherni" he pouted

"I have the same drink you want some?" Again Shruti started her desperate attempt on him.

"um..no"

"We are sharing it" she gave him back the bottle

"Yeah but thanks" he said being polite she walked off with a fake smile.

"Yeah but thanks" she mimicked

"Aree chill she isn't that bad" he said taking a sip

"Bas now you can get your own thank you" she took her drink and walked off.

"Guys let's play spin the bottle who is in" said Shruti what was she up too.. everyone got roped into playing and they were not shy people were openly kissing each other under the influence of alcohol so far it didn't land on either of them however after sometime..

"Kartik and Shruti"

"Kiss kiss kiss" everyone started yelling Kartik looked around he got up, Naira didn't like Shruti and Kartik is her best friend she wanted only the best for him.

"Seriously Kartik is doing this?" She said to herself  Kartik got up from his place he held her chin and everyone gasped untill he kissed her cheek and made the atmosphere cold.

"Was that a joke" she said feeling insulted he without a word sat back down

"Good mendak very good" she said feeling somewhat relieved, a few more spins and it landed on Naira.

"Naira and Sohil come"

"Chii mujhe nai khelna" she left the circle and walked off and Kartik chuckled at her outspoken attitude it was priceless. He sat there but didn't really pay attention he then wondered off too.

"Akele cake kha rahi ho" he said walking up to her.

"You want some" he nodded she fed him the piece that she was biting from then  everyone started coming back and eating snacks and chatting again the next game was ready for announcement

"Acha next game water wrestle you guys know this  it's where your partner carries you up on their shoulders and you both lock hands and try to push each other off first people up are Kartik Naira vs Shruti and Deepak.

"This should be fun" she said removing her wet t-shirt and he removed his shirt.

"Please sherni keep a cool head hmm?" He said as he knows her attitude towards Shruti he then took her hand.

"Hey mendak we are twinning she said seeing his trucks match her bikini.

"Sherni you already knew what I was going to wear"

"ok now shh I am ready for the win" she said

"Kajal play fair" said Shruti.

"Wait there is a change the pairs are Naira Deepak vs Kartik Shruti" said Gaurav

Kartik and Naira looked at each other how will they compete against each other?"
