LEAP OF 2 MONTHS

SHIVRATRI DAY

Naira and Kartik were getting ready for Shivratri. They were getting ready in different rooms.

Kartik was welcomed by Akshara. Naira was brought downstairs by Gayu and Mishti.

Naira(in her mind):- How will I do this? How will Kartik react? Naira you are gone today!

Kartik and Naira were standing opposite each other as Shiv-Parvati.

They exchanged garlands and took 7 vows. Every ritual was performed.
Kartik noticed Naira's tension. Akshara also noticed it.

Akshara:- Naira What happened?

Naira:- Nahi Mumma kuch nahi!

Laksh:- Bhua mera Gift do na!

Kartik:- Gift?

Laksh:- Haan Fuffa Ji Bhua said she will gift me something on Shivratri! Bhua do na!

Naira:- First that gift I'll give to your Fuffa Ji and then you!

Kartik:- What's the Gift Jaan?

Naira:- Kartik woh..tum..

Naira extended an envelope towards Kartik. Kartik took that and opened it. He was shocked to read it. He wasn't blinking his eyes. His mouth was wide open.

Karan:- Kartik!

Zoya touched Kartik a little. Kartik fell on the floor. Everyone was shocked. Naira ran to Kartik. She patted on his cheeks. Kartik got up scared from Naira.

Kartik:- Yeh kaise hua? Kab hua?

Naira:- Kaise hua Matlab? It's all because of you!

Naksh picked up that paper. He too was shocked but more than that he was happy. Naksh gave paper to Naitik and Akshara. Everyone was happy.

While the couple was busy in arguing.

Akshara:- Naira you are pregnant!

Naira(blushing):- Hmmm!

Kartik:- Matlab I have to handle two SHERNI's now!

Naira:- No I have to tolerate 2 MENDEK's now!

Kartik:- Girl!

Naira:- Boy!

Kartik:- Girl! Final!

Naira:- Boy! Final!

Kartik:- SHERNI

Naira:- MENDEK! Shut up!

Kartik:- Same to you!

Naira:- Get lost!

Kartik:- Same to....nahi nahi not Same to you! I'll get lost. Tumhara kya bharosa gusse mein aake Sachi mein chali jao!

Naira:- Oh really! Shut up now!

Laksh:- Bhua Where is Gift?

Naira:- You will get your gift soon!

Laksh:- What?

Kartik:- A sister!

Naira:- Brother!

Kartik:- Sister!

Naira:- Brother!

Laksh:- I want sister!

Kartik:- See he also wants baby sister!

Naira:- Whatever! But I want baby boy!

Everyone decided to leave from there. Laksh also left while Kartik and Naira kept arguing.

They saw everyone absent. Kartik picked up Naira and took her to her old room. He closed the door properly.
Kartik laid Naira on the bed. He placed a kiss on Naira's forehead.

Kartik:- Thank you Jaan! For giving me this cute gift! But from now you will not take any stress! You will not work so much!

Kartik kept speaking. He didn't got any reply form Naira. He looked at Naira and smiled. He saw her sleeping peacefully with a cute smile on her face. Kartik placed a kiss on her forehead.

Kartik:- I love you SHERNI!

Naira(in sleep):- I love you too MENDEK!

Kartik removed Naira's saree from her navel a little and placed a kiss on her stomach.

Kartik:- Papa loves you my little SHERNI!

Naira slapped Kartik's head in sleep.

Naira:- Little MENDEK!

Kartik chuckled on this.

Kartik:- In sleep also!

Kartik covered Naira with a blanket and sat beside her. Her took her in hug. He was caressing Naira's hairs. They both were in sitting position. Kartik also fell asleep after few minutes.

LEAP OF 9 MONTHS

Kartik was pacing outside the labour room. He was crying listening to Naira's cries. Karan and Zoya were trying to calm him but of no use.

Soon they all heard a baby's cry. But Naira was still screaming. After almost 5 minutes they heard one more cry.

Naksh:- Twins!!

Kartik was very happy but hurt also because his Naira was hurt and in pain.
Doctor came outside with two bundle of joys in her hands.

Doctor:- Mr Goenka Baby Girl And Baby Boy!

Kartik picked them in his arms. They were the cutest. Boy was looking like Naira's carbon copy and baby girl was Kartik's carbon copy. Kartik kissed on their foreheads.

Kartik:- Doctor Can I meet Naira? Is she fine?

Doctor:- She is fine but a little weak. You have to take her full care like you kept in these all months.

Kartik went inside and saw Naira opening her eyes. Naira opened her eyes and saw the most beautiful sight in front of her. Her MENDEK with their kids. Naira smiled in tears.
