The episode starts with Kartik looking at Naira.

Kartik:- What did you say? MENDEK!

Naira:- In this whole world I know only one MENDEK! That's you!

Kartik:- Naira...

Naira:- I want a promise from you.

Kartik:- Hmm!

Naira:- You will never doubt me ever now. If you will have any issue or anything in your mind. You will talk to me and clear.

Kartik:- I promise Naira! Please come back to me!

Naitik:- No Naira will not!

Kartik:- Papa...

Akshara:- Naitik!

Naitik(smiled):- Come to Singhania Sadan as a groom and take your bride!

Naira/Kartik:- What!!

Naksh:- Don't forget you both divorced. So you have to remarry.

Naira:- No way! Again marriage with this MENDEK. It's better I jump in the well.

Kartik was happy that he got his Naira back. Laksh started jumping.

Naira:- Laksh why are you jumping?

Laksh:- I'll see your marriage!

Naira smiled. But suddenly Naira started feeling her head heavy. She was getting blurred vision. Naira was abt to fall when Kartik held her.

Kartik(patting on cheek):- Naira!

Akshara:- I think Naira didn't take her medicine today. Kartik we have to take her to hospital.

Kartik picked up Naira. Akshara picked up Laksh in her arms. They took Naira to hospital.

Naira was taken in ward. Doctor checked Naira. Meanwhile,everyone told Kartik,Swarna,Luv-Kush abt Naira's life in past 5 years and her brain surgery. Laksh started crying.

Laksh:- Mumma told me lie that she met with accident.

Akshara:- Laksh! Mumma loves you. She knew you will feel sad and cry so she didn't tell you. Moreover you are a kid na.

Laksh:- Par Nani I'm bad!

Naitik:- Why?

Laksh:- I always made Mumma run behind me. She wasn't well still I made her run for me and do my work. I'm very bad.

Bhabhi Maa:- Laksh you are my bad. You are a child. Your Mumma loves the way to are.

Akshara:- Naira told na that she loves running behind you.

Laksh:- Yes Nani! But I'll scold Mumma!

Akshara:- Okay scold her! I'm with you!

Doctor came out after checking Naira.

Kartik:- Doctor! Naira...

Doctor:- I think she missed her medicine. She is stable now. But be careful that she doesn't miss her medicine again.

Naitik:- We will take care of it Doctor!

Laksh:- Aunty can I go to Mumma!

Doctor:- Yes you can go Beta!

Laksh went inside Naira's ward. He saw Naira sleeping on the bed. Kartik also came inside. Other's were standing outside.

Laksh:- Papa! Mumma is sleeping!

Kartik:- What did you say! Papa!

Laksh:- Arrey Papa ko Papa nahi toh kya Chachu bolunga!

Kartik picked up Laksh and kissed on his cheek.

Kartik:- Say it once again!

Laksh:- Papa!

Naira slowly opened her eyes. She saw the most beautiful sight in front of her. The cutest Father-son duo.

Naira:- Kisna!

Laksh:- Papa put me down na!

Laksh ran to Naira. Kartik made Naira sit properly on the bed. Kartik made Laksh sit in her lap.

Laksh:- Mumma you are very bad! You hid from me abt brain surgery na.

Naira(holding ears):- I'm sorry Kisna! You are a child na and if I told you would have been sad.

Laksh(hugging Naira):- I love you Mumma!

Naira:- I love you too mera bacha!

Kartik smiled looking at the best and cutest mother-son duo.

Kartik:- I'm sorry!

Naira and Laksh broke the hug and looked at Kartik.

Naira:- Kartik!

Kartik(teary eyed):- Nahi Naira please let me speak.

Naira kept quiet. She too wanted to listen to Kartik.

Kartik:- I'm sorry Naira! I know 5 years back I did wrong with you. I don't deserve your and Laksh's love. I got blind. You were right that I was the dumbest person in the world who didn't trust my own wife. When I realised the truth I was dead inside. I felt like killing myself. But when I came to know that you died. I died inside completely. My world end at that time only. Because of me you struggled so much. Because of me Shivani died. Because of my Dadi you beared so much. Because of my family your best friend Shiv died. But I promise you that I'll always trust you. I'll never come into anyone's words.

Kartik was crying badly. Laksh wiped his tears.

Laksh:- Mumma please forgive Papa!

Naira( opening her one arm):- Kartik!

Kartik hugged Naira tightly. He hid his face in crook of her neck and cried his heart out. Naira was rubbing his back.

Kartik:- Naira! I love you!

Naira:- I love you too!

Laksh:- No one loves me!

Kartik and Naira broke the hug. They took Laksh in hug.
