(A/N Now this is an assassin Au which means there might be fighting which also means that Kaito and Maki would have to fight each.....but with a twist 😉)

Maki's POV

The boss called me in but before I go on my name is Maki Harukawa and I'm an assassin. I worked for Double X company and this company is a loan shark company and if the person didn't pay their loan then that's when the assassin come in. So the boss called me and said " Our rival are taking some of our clients so I need you to get rid one of their assassins so I can show them that they shouldn't have mess with Double X's clients." I nodded my head then the boss said " Oh but I need you to train so you can defeat this assassin." I looked at them and said " I'm the best assassin you have so I don't need to train." The boss stood up and said " Well I want you to take care of their best assassin and his name is Kaito Momota." I looked at the boss and said " Well if I'm taking out their best assassin I guess I could train a little bit." The boss nodded and I left the room and I went to the training room and one of my " colleague" walked over to me and said " Did the boss ask you to train this much?" I looked at them and said " No I'm training so I can take out an assassin." I didn't give them too much detail and they said " Well you don't need to train too hard because you're the best assassin we got here." The colleague walked away and I said " Kaito Momota watch your back."

Kaito's POV

I was training with one of my partners but the boss called me into their office and as I walked in my boss said " Momota I need you to get rid of an assassin from Double X." But before I go on my name is Kaito Momota and I'm an assassin my company is called the LATW which is short for " Loans are the way" but they prefer LATW anyway our rival is a loaning company called Double X and both company are at each necks which I fine dumb but I can't say anything anyway I asked " Which assassin am I getting rid of?" The boss looked at me and said " I heard that one of Double X's assassin plans to kill you and I want you to get rid of them." I looked at them and asked " Is there anything  I need to know about them?" The boss looked at me and got up and said " All we know is that Double X is sending their best assassin so train hard." I nodded my head and walked out of their office and my partner said " Good luck Momota." I thanked them and I started to train for this assassin.

(*time skip*)

The boss sent me to a fake mission so I can get rid of Double X's best assassin but they didn't show but before I could leave I saw a knife passing me by an inch and I looked in front of me and saw a pair of red eyes glaring at me and I said " Show yourself coward." I pulled my own knives but when the person stepped out of the shadows I saw the most beautiful girl I have ever seen. I almost lost my guard and she ran to me and tried to attack me but I trained for this. I blocked her and started to attack but she was pretty good at this no wonder why she's Double X's best assassin but I was LATW's best assassin too. After a while we both got pretty good hits and I said " Not too bad for someone who works for Double X." The girl glared at me and I asked " I know you're going to get rid of me but before that I want to know you're name."

Maki's POV

My target was asking my name and I kept on glaring at him and I said " My name is Maki Harukawa." He smiled at me and said " That's a cute name just like you." I glared at him harder and said " Flattering won't save you Momoto." " Oh you know my name that's a nice Maki Roll." I could feel my face getting hot and said " M-Maki Roll?! Do you want to die badly?" Momota walked over to me and said " Look Maki Roll my mission was also getting rid of you but both of our companies are a loaning company and I want to make peace so would you like to join me?" I walked over to him with my knife in hand and when he smiled at me I almost didn't want to even when I first saw him he was really handsome and he looked like an idiot but a handsome idiot but I can't let Double X down so when he let his guard down I try to strike him but it look like I left my guard down because he grabbed my arm and kissed me I knew that I should have pushed away and get rid of him right then and there but instead  I dropped the knife and kissed him back and he moved away and said " Until we make peace we need to keep this a secret." He gave me one last kiss on the cheek before running away into the shadows and I stood there touching my cheek and said " Okay Kaito."

Done with day 5 and it's pretty late here so I have to go to bed so night everyone and I hope you like this short story-animedokchan
