Kaito's POV

" Me and Maki Roll have been dating for about 3 years and I know that I want to spent the rest of my life with her." " And why doesn't this have to do with us?" Kokichi asked and Shuichi looked at him and said " Please be nice." Kokichi nodded his head and Shuichi asked " So why do you need our help?" " Well because you and Kokichi got married a year ago so I wanted to know how you two proposed to each other." Shuichi looked away and Koichi said " Well I was the one who proposed because Shumai was too shy to do it and I got a bunch of fireworks and just shot them up in the air which was really fun and as the fireworks were still going off and I yelled to Shumai and asked him to marry me." It sounded a bit much but if sidekick happy then I guess I can't argue with it. " Well Maki Roll won't like all the noise." Shuichi looked at me and said " What about you asking her in the night where all the stars are? Doesn't she like looking at the sky with you?" I knew that Maki doesn't mind when we see the stars but I want to do something that she wants to do but before I could say anything my phone started to ring and I saw it was Maki so I picked it up and I said " Hey Maki Roll what's up?" " When are you coming home?" I found Maki's jealousy cute and I said " I'll be back at 6." I could hear Maki sigh and she said " Fine just don't go away from me." Maki Roll hang up and I said " So how should I set this up because I have an idea."

(*time skip and it's Maki's POV*)

It was past 6 and I was getting more worried by the second and I was about to start looking for Kaito but he opened the door and yelled " I'm home!" I walked over to Kaito and tried to bonk his head but Kaito started to pat my head and said " I want to take you on a walk." I got ready for the walk and Kaito said " Ready?" I nodded my head and Kaito knew that I like quite places and it was nighttime so the stars were out and I asked " Son you wanted to the stars again?" Kaito got in front of me and said " I know that you like a quite place, Also I know that you don't like when things are too much and I know that you don't really like being the center of attention but.." Kaito got on one knee and pulled out a box with a ring and finished his sentence, " Will you marry me?" I covered my mouth when he said those words and I could feel tears coming from my eyes and I said " Yes." Kaito got up and I ran to him and hugged him hard and I could feel him hug me back and this was the best walked we have ever been on.
