Power level: Combine all my Oc books that exist Power Levels parts of all the Oc books I've made along with the OCs that are in the Ocs book itself

Power Level Scales I'll be usin: Universal,Multiversal, Hyperversal, Outerversal, and Boundless.
Tiers I'll be usin: 3,2,1 and 0

Its basically the same as my Lycanroc Ocs and the Spider Deku Ocs power level and scales combined
