Centuries ago, a god decided to visit the mortal realm after getting curious on what kind of people mortals could be. He saw horrible people who terrorized others just for some unearned gain with little to no care who gets hurt. People who claim to help others until they decided to backstab others. So many horrible people until he spotted...him. A beautiful man who had a soul that seemed to live and breathe through fire. The God fell in love with him and eventually managed to win his heart...though tragedy would tear them apart. The god lost his powers and his love was cruelly ripped away until...he found him once again. Setting the stage for this story.

Kai sat still on the bounty while the night was quiet and nothing was bothering the desert. It didn't seem like anything could ruin this night except for the fact that Garmadon is terrorizing the city...again. Normally, all of the ninja would go, but since Wu had to visit a friend...someone had to stay behind. Unfortunately for Kai, he was chosen meaning that had to find some way to fight off his boredom while his brothers had to handle Garmadon. He was so focused on finding something to do that he let his guard down...meaning that he had no idea that he was being watched by someone. Someone who wanted Kai to be his lover, his life, his wife. Softly, this person started to speak....

I've finally found him. The one who will complete me and make me whole again. I can't wait to hold him in my arms and give him all of the love that I currently hold for him.

After the person finished speaking, they transported down to watch Kai closer and eventually took an opportunity to get his future bride. You see...Kai was close to falling asleep since there wasn't anything good to watch on the TV. Minutes later, Kai succumbed into slumber which made the figure smile with the good fortune that was basically handed over to him. Slowly, the figure started to carefully sneak inside the room and took out some powder from his pouch. This powder would make sure that his love wouldn't wake up since any movement could offer resistance from his love.

The figure slowly blew on the powder making it travel all over the room and covering Kai from head to toe. Carefully the figure lifted Kai up and placed him on his left shoulder. Then transported back to his home with his true love while being aware that he was spotted on the security cameras. It wasn't like those ninja could travel into his own person domain and rescue his bride. He would be completely alone with his love and could slowly corrupt him into being with him forever. Though if he offered some resistance then some corrections would be needed...however he could do that later down the line. He had to make sure that his love fell in love with him again. And this time....nothing will tear them apart and if someone tries....then he would tear them apart.

Back at the Bounty, the ninja returned and were too tired to notice that Kai was gone. By the time that they noticed, two questions would be asked....

Will they find Kai before he marries the figure or will they encounter him at a different time? Never knowing the true horrors done to their friend or how difficult it would be to tear him away from his new found husband.
