Nya was currently in her room with blood shot eyes. Who could blame her? Her brother, her only family was taken away from her. He was always there for her and took care of her to the best of her ability...however now she was alone. She could hear the others knocking on her door, but she was too distraught to open it. 

Oh Kai, Where are you?

She thought as she started to cry once again. At the same time, Kai was in his room which was becoming colder  as time went on. He wanted to use his powers to at least heat up his room, but for some reason...he couldn't.

"Come on." He said as he tried to activate his powers. Like the last couple of times, his powers did not appear which left him feeling frustrated. Before he could try again...Kami's voice rang out.

I see that you're having trouble using your flames. 

"Oh, great...it's you." Kai said with an unamused tone in his voice. All he wanted was to visit his sister yet Kami refused to let him go see her. He could just imagine how devastated she was since her only family was ripped away from her.

Sigh...this could've all been avoided if you just listened and obeyed me.

"I will never do that. My sister is the only family that I have left and I will see her whether you like it or not." Kai snapped. At first nothing happened, but then the room temperature started to go down. 

Looks like I have no choice, but to punish you.

"P...Punish me? I...I just wanted t..t..to s..see my sis..sister." Kai said. He was hugging himself to gain some heat, but it didn't do him any good. He was getting cold to levels that no ordinary being could withstand. 

That mortal is no longer your concern nor someone who you should think about. Yet you insist on trying to escape me for her. 

"S...She is m..my fam...family. I..I can't aban...abandon her." Kai said. 

Let's see how long that will last as you spend your time inside your room cold, alone and without anything to eat nor drink. 

"I...I hate y..you." Kai said. 

Just for that, you will spend more time in the room.

After that, Kami went silent while Kai slowly moved to his futon and laid down on it. The blanket did give some warmth, but not enough to stop him from shivering. Despite that, his hatred towards his supposed lover burned deep inside him. How dare he try to dictate if he can or can't see his precious sister. Any good feeling that he had for him quickly disappeared and was replaced by rage. 

"I..I will n..never g..give up on s..seeing y..you, N..Nya." Kai said. He continued to stare at the wall before falling into a dreamless sleep. In the morning, his stomach rumbled yet he willed himself not to think about it. Kami wouldn't feed him nor give him water...not after that argument between them. The room was still cold, but he would do anything to at least see his precious sister. 

How disappointing. Still holding onto that useless dream of seeing your sister agin.

"It..it's not use..useless." Kai said. After hearing this, Kami snapped his fingers and made his spying magic disappear. His love was stubborn. Too stubborn. He would never see reason and will probably lead himself close to death to see his sister. Ugh. His love doesn't see the true nature of mortals. Mortals who deceive, lie and murder each other all for the sake of their own personal goals. He has seen this happen multiple times yet his love is still blind to the true reality of their true nature. Not like he could blame him considering how he was left with them for years. 

If he was a normal man, that would be an issue that could lead to problems down the line. He would probably try to escape his home, find a way out of here and reunite with his pathetic friends and sister. However since he was a god who had infinite wisdom, power and artifacts at his disposal...this problem can be easily fixed. He could even change his appearance in order to give them a family...at a later time that is. So he carefully lifted up a pendant up to his face and smirked.

Soon, you'll see things my way and your sister and friends will disappear from your mind. Hope you're ready cause this time, you will never be out of my sight forever.
