Imagine having a make out session with Kai while he's a vampire.

A month, that's how long it's been since I've been this close to Kai since he became a vampire. He's completely distanced himself from me. He didn't want to end up hurting me, which I didn't blame him for.

But now he was actually close to me, even though he was just sitting next to me on the couch. It was better this way instead of him not getting close to me or if he did it was only for a few seconds where he would give me a kiss on the forehead then leave again.  That's what it was like the past month.

I missed him and I know he missed me too, I could it see when I looked at him.

"How are you feeling Kai?" I ask as I slowly trail my hand down to meet his. He watches as I intertwine our fingers together.

"It's easier to be close to you after a while, but I can still feel the burn in my throat. It's not unbearable. I can deal with it" Kai replies. My grip on his hand tightens and I smile, I missed how soft his skin felt on mine.

Kai smiles and leans towards me to press a kiss to my forehead. I tilt my head up towards him so I'm looking into his eyes now. "Kai...can we try something?" I ask nervously, I can feel my face heat up. I don't know why I'm so nervous to ask him. We've been together for 3 years. Him being a vampire now is the only change in our relationship. My eyes shift away from him and I stare at our hands.

Kai unlocks our fingers and reaches up to caress my cheek, the cool metal of his rings pressing against my warm skin. "What is it baby?, why are you so nervous all of a sudden?" He asked me and I lean into his touch. Kai took the opportunity to pull me onto his lap, keeping his hand against my cheek and pushing some stray hairs out of my face - As he waited for my response.

"I...I want to...kiss you, if that's too much for you. We don't have to" I mumble under my breath. Kai reaches his other hand up to my cheek and pulls our faces closer together, pressing our foreheads together. Kai stares into my eyes. I could feel my heart pounding in my chest as I looked back at the man I loved. I closed my eyes as I tried to slow my heart rate, I'm sure Kai could hear it and I didn't want that to make this harder for him.

I felt Kai lean in slowly as he pressed his lips against mine. Giving me a gentle kiss on the lips, he did this a few times to test himself, making sure that he was under control.

Kai's arms wrap around my waist , bringing me closer to him as he now had me straddling his waist. He continued to kiss me slowly and gently. My heart continued to pound rapidly in my chest.

Kai pulled away for a moment and I look at him confused. "What's wrong?" I ask and he smiles a bit as he leans in close to me for a moment "Your heart is beating so fast" he whispers against my lips.

"I'm...sorry" I stutter and he pulls his face away from  mine so he can look at me again.

"Being able to hear your heart beat is a reminder that what's in front of me is the most important thing in my life, and I never want to lose that. You make me a better person. Even now as I struggle with this new lifestyle. I have you right here." He says sweetly. I sit there for a moment and take in his words and my eyes begin to water.

Kai wipes the tears away, then he leans in for another kiss and I wrap my arms around his neck, pulling him closer to me.

I can feel him smile under my lips and it makes my heart beat even faster at the gesture. As Kai starts to deepen the kiss, his fingers tangle themselves into my hair and I let out a soft moan as Kai tugged at my bottom lip.

He pulled away only to kiss my cheek then leading up to my ear, down to my jaw, skipping past my neck and placing light kisses on my collarbone then slowly leading back up for my neck.

His kisses were as light as a feather. Until his lips met with my sweet spot and a moan escaped my lips unintentionally. Kai smiled against my neck as he heard that and continued to kiss the same spot driving me crazy.

One of my hands stays locked in his hair as he continued to kiss me and the other was gripping his shoulder. Kai let out a slight groan as I gripped his hair when he started to suck on my neck.

I knew it would end up leaving a hickey but he continued on. Kai pulled away from my neck to give me a kiss on the lips before he switched to the other side of my neck. Giving it the same treatment as the other side.

But something seemed different this time as Kai's  breathing started to become heavier as he kissed me. I was about to pull away and ask him if he wanted to slow down but he kept his face buried into my neck and taking deep breathes. As he started to kiss my neck I felt something sharp on my neck and I cry out in pain. It was the feeling of Kai's teeth digging into the flesh of my throat. I tried not to panic, as that would probably make things worse. But he didn't do anything else but freeze up as he realized what he was doing.

"Take some, you've gone too long without any, take some of mine" I let out breathlessly. "I trust you Kai" I add. I can feel his body shift under mine as he pulls me closer to him. He begins to drink my blood. Which oddly didn't hurt besides him biting me.
I let my head lean against his shoulder as he drinks my blood.

After a while of him drinking my blood he would stop in between to lick the blood, then he would kiss my neck which sent shivers down my spine and caused me to moan. He did this once more before he pulled back from my neck to look at me. "Are you okay babe" he asked and my face immediately turned red. "I'd say I'm better than okay" I say confidently, with a huge grin on my face. "But I do feel a bit dizzy from the blood loss" I add on.

Kai reaches out his wrist in front of him as he bit down, blood pooling around the small mark he had indented into his wrist. "My blood will heal you" he says as he brings his wrist up to my lips.

I hesitate before I hold his hand while the other wraps around his wrist bringing it to my mouth and drinking some of his blood. The second the metallic taste hits my tongue, I can already feel my energy return. As I continue to drink more, Kai lets out a low groan and I look up at him and stop drinking. "Sorry" I whisper, embarrassed. "It's okay, that felt good honestly. do you feel better babe?" He questions. "I do feel better, thank you. I'm feeling kinda tired, can we nap together?" I reply.

"That sounds great, come here" he mumbles, pulling me against his chest and I bury my face into his neck as I cuddle up with him. Kai rubs my back gently as we lay together, slowly my eyes begin to close. Giving into sleep. I fall asleep on his chest as he falls asleep soon after me.

This one was definitely one where I read the idea/request and I just went for it and went on a writing spree with this one. Then I look back it and I'm like 👀 I just wrote that.
