Imagine Kai finding out that your daughter Thalía lost her virginity to her boyfriend that Kai hates.

"Mom, dad. This is Ethan. My boyfriend" Thalía announces as she walks into the kitchen, holding Ethans hand.

I look at Kai, who was cooking in the kitchen.

Bad timing cause he had a knife.

We both look at each other in shock.

"Thalía, you've been with Ethan for a year now. Why are we just now meeting him?" Kai questions.

"Dad, I told you and mom that Ethan has been in and out of town because of his parents. It's been hard to try and get him over here to meet you both" Thalía replies.

"What are you cooking dad?" Thalía asks as she releases Ethans hand and gives Kai a hug.

"I'm making your favorite, chicken alfredo" Kai replies.

Thalía smiles and she makes her way back over to Ethan.

"We can watch a movie while we wait for dinner" Thalía says to him and he  agrees.

They walk over into the living room.

Leaving me with Kai.

"I don't like him" Kai says lowly.

"I can tell" I respond as I watch as his hand tighten around the knife he's holding.

"He's not good for her" Kai protests

"We just met him love, give him time" I respond.

Dinner time

"When did you meet Thalía again, Ethan?" Kai asks as he grabs a spoon full of chicken alfredo.

"I met your daughter in my psychology class, I was having trouble with the work and she was able to help me, she's very smart" Ethan replies nervously.

He looks down at his plate, avoiding eye contact with Kai and I.

"Ethan stop it!" Thalía squeals as Ethan whispers something in her ear.

"Oh come on Thalía, we've had sex already, its not that bad" Ethan laughs.

Kai and I both look up at him in shock and Kai drops his fork on the table.

I watch as anger washes over his face.

"You had sex with my daughter!!, she's only sixteen!!" Kai shouts as he stands from the table and heads towards Ethan.

Ethan looked completely terrified, his eyes wide as he gets up and back's away from the table.

I got up quickly to try and calm Kai down.

I was both mad and in shock about this.

"Kai, calm down. Please" I whispered to him.

He stood tall in front of Ethan and I stood behind him.

Trying to keep him for hurting the kid.

Thalía was standing behind Ethan, trying to pull him away from Kai.

"Mom, dad. Let me explain" Thalía mumbles.

I now stand in front of Kai.

"We'll let her explain, now let's go sit back down, okay?" I say gently to Kai.

I watch as he starts to calm down a bit.

"Okay" he sighs.

I take his hand in mine as we walk back to our seats and sit down.

Ethan still looks in shock as to what just happened.

He sat down with Thalía and looked down at the table, embarrassed.

Thalía looks at Kai and I before she speaks.

"I really care about Ethan, that's why it happened. Don't be mad at him. We both decided this, and I know it was a big decision to make, but we made it together because we felt it was right" Thalía answers.

Kai looks at me before he's looks at Thalía.

"You're still sixteen Thalía" Kai replies.

"I know that dad, and I'm sorry but I Love Ethan. And I don't regret it" Thalía speaks confidently.

"She's mature for her age Kai, not that it excuses anything. But she's growing up, and she's her own person. I understand you being upset with her. But we don't control her life" I speak, trying to lighten the situation as much as I can.

Kai sighs in defeat, "you're right y/n, she's becoming an adult. She can make her own decisions, but Thalía's still my little girl" Thalía looks down at the table as Kai said that the look of guilt clear on her face now. "I'm still your little girl dad, but I am growing up. I'm glad that you and mom can see that. I just want you and mom to fully understand it and not be mad at Ethan" she speaks confidently again, looking at Ethan and smiling.

A few minutes later

"I think that's been enough drama, bunched into one dinner. I say we should go out and get something for dessert. what do you think about that Kai?" I suggest as everyone helps clear off the table. "I think that's a great idea, and we can get to know Ethan better"

"Mom, dad, that's perfect. What we getting for dessert?" Thalía asked.

"How about Ice cream and donuts?" I suggest and Thalía practically throws herself at me in excitement "mom thats perfect!, I'm so excited!" Thalía squeals .

As we head out to get dessert, it's nice to see Thaía so happy with Ethan, I can tell that she really cares about him and that's all that matters.

I know it's been a long time since I've updated this book and I apologize for that. I've started to get some more ideas and can hopefully get back into it. I also hope the this request was fulfilled by the reader. I tried my best with it.
