The cruise stopped at an island. Everyone was supposed to get down and spend some time playing games or exploring the island.

Jhanvi kept trying to come closer to Sameer which irked Srishti very much. So, she found an excuse or the other to keep Sameer with her.

Srishti: Sammy, let's explore the island.

Sameer: I don't think it's a good idea. What if we get lost?

Srishti: Come on, don't be so scared. I'm tired of this noise and some people here.

She glared at Jhanvi and thought of never inviting her to a party again.

She held Sameer's hand and dragged him away. The island kept getting more beautiful as they proceeded and they got so lost in it that they forgot about everything else. Them together and nature made a perfect combination.

When they got their senses back, they rushed back to their friends but it was too late. They had gone away, leaving them behind.

Srishti: What shall we do now?

Sameer: I don't know.

Srishti: How can you say you don't know? It's your mistake that we are stuck here.

Sameer was baffled.

Sameer: What did I do?

Srishti: Why didn't you stop me or remind me that it's time to go.

Sameer: Excuse me madam, it's you who dragged me with you.

Srishti: So what should I have done? Let that Jhanvi flirt with you? I'm very possessive about my things and can't you see I love you so much. I lied to Preeta is that she can't tease me but that doesn't mean I don't have feelings for you.

She blabbered angrily but suddenly realized what she said and began blushing furiously.

Srishti: I..... I didn't mean to..... It was just a slip of tongue.

Sameer smiled at her embarrassment.

Sameer: It's OK. I love you too.

Srishti: Really?

Sameer: Yes. I was just scared that you won't like a guy who is poorer than you.

Srishti: You have a golden heart which is invaluable.

They looked at each other emotionally and hugged against the backdrop of the bright setting sun.

Srishti woke up the next morning when the sunshine fell on her face. She looked around and couldn't find Sameer there.

She smiled looking at the jacket she was wearing. She remembered how she was feeling cold the previous night as she was wearing a sleeveless dress and Sameer has noticed it and given her his jacket.

She went to search for him and found him sitting near the sea shore and lost in his thoughts.

Srishti: What are you thinking?

Sameer: I'm being thankful for everything I have currently.

Srishti: What's there to be thankful for? We are stuck in this island may be forever without food or anything.

Sameer: Not forever. It's just a matter of time your friends find us missing and come back to search for us. Till then sit and enjoy what we have.

Srishti: But we have nothing now.

Sameer: We do have. There is the beautiful sea, the vast sky, the spacious land, the fluffy clouds, me and you together and most importantly love. What does a person needs more?

Srishti nodded her head somewhat in confusion.

Sameer: OK. So let me sing for you to pass the time and also make you understand what I mean in an easy way.

Srishti got lost in his magical voice once again and started singing with him too.

When the song was finished, true to Sameer's words the cruise came back.

Srishti's friends apologized to her for leaving them behind but were shocked when Srishti thanked them. They didn't know she had found her soulmate.
