After a great effort she escaped the plan of movie with her friends.

With a clouded thought of maybe she can sneak a meeting with him
It has been a week
And they haven't yet talked properly
If you don't count all those silent conversation they make through their eyes in mess in class during drills.

Those smiles dipped in marmalade of shyness speaking volumes.

Puja left the room when Naina saw Pooja's wallet laying on bed.

"Ye wallet to yahi bhul gayi
Zyada dur nahi gayi hogi"

She pick up her wallet and run towards the parking

Just in front of the hostel gate she got dashed really bad

She cried

"I am sorry "
Came his voice

And they saw each other

Getting freeze for a moment

"Wo puja ...movie ... Wo uska wallet ...wo bhul gayi....to main wo use Dene ke liye"

She was babbling in nervousness

"Actually Maine abhi abhi unki Jeep ko jate hue dekha...."

"Ohhh ...."
She said now pretty stuck with him in this deseretd lane in dark...

"Tum kyun nahi gayi"
He asked softly

She replied hesitantly with her face radiating like pearl

He asked suddenly himself shocked with the words which left his mouth.

How can he invite a cadet for coffee
But the arrow has already left the bow

And she is not just any cadet
She is Naina.....

She said and turned back with a stupid grin on her face

She came back hurried in her room

And came in front of mirror

Applying some compact powder and kajal and some perfume

She applied lipstick

And she started wiping the lipstick away....

Still her lips slightly pink than before

She made her hairs and checked herself one more time in mirror

And kept fidgeting in front of mirror with the thought that she will be alone in the room with him
What he will say what he will do...

She reaches hesitantly to his room following him inside ...
. Wondering if her heart is thumping loud enough for him to hear it.....

He is charmed.... Looking at her..... Fidgety..... But hair let loose.... Her lips... Reminding him of that night when he had tasted them.... .they. Look extra tempting..tonight... ... That white chiken kurti.... She is wearing... Making her curves..... Look all the more beautiful.... ...

He was mesmerised.....

"you look beautiful." he tells her in a charmed voice. And she turns pink.... Unable to read his intentions...
He walks slowly past her... Bolting that door.... Making her all the more nervous... "thanks" she replies..... Placing a hand on het chest.. And shutting her eyes... As if anticipated. What he will do with her......

She expects him to come closer..... But he leans against the kitchen counter.... To her dismay....

"coffee..." he asks.. Turning his back... Taking out milk... Coffe.. And mugs....

"haan..." she says... Quickly... To end.... the awkward moment
"how much sugar..." he asks..

"one teaspoon..."
He keeps stirring sugar in the mug... A nd they keep talking in monosyllables..... Unable to figure what and where to begin....

"wo sir.... Sare cadets ne.... Aapko thank you message diya tha... While leaving..... For granting them permission to go for movie...." she says.. As he asks her about her friends randomly...
He smirks.... And asks..

"cadet singh... Baki cadets ko pata tha.... Ki aap unhe join nai karengi....." grinning at her...

"nai to" she replies"mai ne kisi se nai kaha... "... Confused why he is asking her..... narrows her eyes sheepishly... ..

His cadets were too smart... They haven't asked for his permission....... It was a kind of i know your secret game... Aalekh had played with him...... Taking advantage of naina's innocence...

" aap firse us mentorship program ki tarha apne aap ko mujhse dur kar do ge... "she asks in a hoarse voice.. Like a kid... Making him all the more aware of her naiveness and her priorities....

It makes him fall deeper in her love.... Her innocence... She is just so pure...
So different from.the facade of strong and bold cadet singh she puts on infront of the world but not him... With him.... She is just this curious silly girl who trusts her rajveer sir beyond measure....
He raises her chin.... Sensing that she would start to sob any given moment......

Wiping her tears with his thumb.... .and resting it down her chin.... Gazing in her eyes.. He says... In a husky tone...

"tumhe apne se dur karne ke bare me soch bhi nahi sakta naina....tumhare bina saans bhi nai le pata hun"

And she gets lost in his chocolate brown eyes...... . Their eyelock ends.. As she blinks.. And he comes back to senses ... Feeling awkward for uttering something so cheesy.... Ughh.. This girl. Makes him do stupid things

He sighs.. And continues..

"what i mean is..... I don't want to make any mistakes this time... Like in mentorship program...doing anything that would get us in trouble again..." he says in one breath... And she again gets anxious...
Sensing her state... His voice softens....

He looks at her... Holding her hand.... Plants a soft kiss on her palm......
And sighs...

While she is jittery and confused..... At the same time...

"naina.... I want this....forever...." he says.... Caressing her cheek.... Wiping those tiny droplets coming out of her eyes....

"tum samajh rahi ho na cadet singh..." he asks.. To confirm.. If they were at the same page...

But her uncertain look.... Makes him realise... That it didn't sink in her brain yet.... He kisses her forehead
And sighs.... While she is still fixed...but nods... Like an obidient cadet
" yes sir"

"good..."

"now dismiss cadet singh.... Lights out hone wali he..." he tells her..
"yes sir" she replies frowning.... And is lost figuring what he meant... As she proceeds to unlock the doorknob....
He grins.. As he was sure about her stopping to ask a doubt to her rajveer sir.....
He knows her well....

"sir... Forever matlab..." she asks... With curious round eyes.....
He grins.. In his typical way..... Walking towards her... Making her heartbeats to pace... Not breaking the eyecontact....
Standing close enough so that he can feel her breath..... He puts his hand in his pockets.... Saucily replies
"that cadet singh .... Is a homework... For you.... Crack the code and figure out yourself..... He smirks... Pausing..." dismiss"

She pouts.. And leaves in dismay... Partly confused and partly angry on him..... He hasn't changed a bit... Still is a strict authority..... Never forgets to behave like a mentor.soo unromantic.... How will she handle him... If they were to marry in future .. She mutters to herself... But something enters her brain....

The thought of marrying him... Rings a bell in her slow processing system...
And her face lights up like a Christmas tree....

She has walked halfway towards the girls hostel by now...
But she doesn't care...
She runs in an express speed in reverse.... Towards his cabin again...

His door is already open....as he is pouring water for himself...
She doesn't care to bolt the door.... And back hugs him tightly.... "sir.... Your cadet naina ah singh... Has cracked the code ...." she whispers...

And he smiles all ears... At her stupid yet cute affirmation..... To his proposal......

He turns towards her....

"... Hmm
.. That was quick.... i am impressed cadet singh...." he smiles..

She is looking lovingly at him...
" now that you have cracked the code ... You must get a reward.... Isn't it..."
He says...

And before she could figure... He lifts her up swaying her in his arms... Happily... To listen to her giggling..... Her laughter filling the air..... Chiming sound of it.... He wishes to hear.... Every day....
Then puts her Back on her feet.... Hugging her tight..
She is so ticklish. For no particular reason... Giggling...
And he can't figure a way...how to deal with his love for this silly brat....
After cuddling her for nearly five minutes..... He parts away....
"now.... I think you should go before i no longer feel like sending you away... ..." he says.. And she pouts....

He takes her to the door.. Like dragging a kid to the school bus... ..... Pinning her to it..... Kissing her cheek noisy.. ..in an affectionate rather than erotic way." sweet dreams cadet singh... "he whispers... .. .. As she closes her eyes..trembling due to feel of his lips on her skin again...

..... Opening to witness him grinning.... she leaves like that.. With hand on her cheek.. And that just got kissed face.... ...her heart doing somersaults...

Shalini... Who had witnessed everything.... Is staring at captian.. As he watches naina leave dreamily... Leaning on the door

But... As his gaze shifts towards
Her.. She shrugs casually as if seen nothing... And smiles...

He smiles back awkwardly on being caught gawking at his cadet.....
"good night shalini" he says... Fumbling...

"good night captain...." she says..... Grinning as she knew their little secret.....
