As soon as Nandini fainted, amms got shocked.
She immediately took Nandini in her laps and started patting her cheeks. She was continuously calling Nandini's name. But there was no movement in Nandini.
Having enough Amms called Rama,  Rama reached within a minute.

" Rama jaldi se doctor ko phone lagao aur unhe yaha aane bolo, Nandini ko kuch ho gaya hai "
Rama obliged to what Amms said, Amms with the help of Rama laid Nandini on bed.

After some time, the doctor reached. She examined Nandini, checked her heartbeat,  her pulse rate, finally she kept her hands on Nandini's stomach.

" Doctor kya hua hai meri Nandini ko? Wo theek toh haina? Kuch serious matter hai kya? "
asked an impatient Amms.

" Dekhiye darne ki koi baat nahi hai Kishori ji, Nandini ko stress ki wajah se chakkar aa gaye, aur phir aisi halat me toh ye sab normal hai.
Aap tension mat lijiye " informed the doctor.

" Aisi halat me matlab? Mai kuch samjhi nahi "
questioned Amms

" Nandini is one month pregnant kishori ji,  i have prescribed some medicines, don't worry, everything is normal. She would get conscious within some time, and yes, please take serious care of her nutritions, she's weak, i think i should leave now. "
said the doctor and left.

Amms was shocked after listening to the  doctor.
The floor beneath her legs just got vanished it seemed.
She was horrified, she felt betrayed by her own granddaughter.

Mumbai

Manik returned to malhotra mansion, with shock and guilt written all over his face,  there he saw his so called friends, hitting each other with pillows, doing all sorts of mischief,  after spoiling his relationship, his whole life, he ignored them and started walking towards his room.

" Manik yaar hum kya Mr India ban gaye hai? Jo tujhe hum dikh hi nahi rahe? "
 Dhruv said jokingly, irking Manik.

" Manik dekh na idhar,  hum kabse tera wait kar rahe hai, tha kidhar tu? "
Chirped Mukti, these days she looked more happy than usual.

" Manik baby, kya hua hai tumhe? Tum stressed lag rahe ho ? Should I make a cup of coffee for you? "
asked Alia caressing Manik's cheeks, showing how concerned she was.

Manik jerked Alia's hands away from his face and shouted

" Stay away from me, don't you dare come near me, is that clear? You guys want to party right? Look at my state, do i look like i am interested in partying with you guys? " Saying this he walked away

" Ho kya gaya hai yaar Manik ko,  humlog se acche se bhi baat kar sakta tha na? "
said Mukti, she didn't like the way he talked to them, just now.

" This all is  just happening because of that commoner. Since the time she has entered our lives, she has snatched our Manik.
Bloody bitch "
expressed Alia, who was obviously jealous, because she could see Manik yearning for Nandini, even now.

" Mukti, Alia calm down okay. Wo stressed lag raha hai mai baat karta hu usse.
Tension mat lo tumlog. " 
said cabir, trying to calm them both.

  " Manik,  kya hua hai? Tu aisi itni kharab halat me kyu hai? " asked cabir, looking at a very messed up Manik.

" Cabir yaar, wo bohot  ziddi hai,  jo bolti hai wo karti hai, maine use is kadar takleef phochai ki usne mujhe sach me chod diya. Door chali gayi mujhse, aur usne apne chacha chachi ko kasam di hai ki wo kisiko na batayein, uska pata "
Cried Manik, he felt like some one just broke his heart into pieces once again.

" Manik aaj mere paas kehne ke liye kuch nahi hai.
Mai tujhe koi salah nahi de sakta. Mujhe pata hai humlog selfish ho gaye hai. Par wo isiliye, kyuki hame teri aadat hai. Tu hamari family hai Manik. "
Cabir didn't know what he was supposed to do, he was in a dilemma.

" Tera matlab hai ki mai Nandini ko bhul jau?  " 
asked Manik with a sarcastic smile.

" Shayad haan! Manik apna dhyaan rakh hum kal aayenge, aaj humlogo ko ziva music company se music album ka offer aaya hai isiliye hum yaha party karne aaye the " 
saying this Cabir left the room, the first chance he got, for the first time, he didn't have the solution to his best friend's problems, he didn't know how to console him.

After Cabir left Manik sat on the bed and caressed the bed. Where Nandini slept, after they made love for the first time, when he loved each and every part of Nandini.

    
Flashback

After Nandini removed the thing from manik's back (as shown in the serial) and kissed, Manik picked her up in his arms, went to his room and laid her on the bed. Both were looking at each others eyes intensely, not for once did they tried to break their eye lock.

Manik kissed and nuzzled his nose in her neck's crook, he bit her earlobe.
He slowly started sucking Nandini's neck, leaving his marks on her.   She hissed in pain and pleasure, he caressed it to lessen the pain. He kissed her forehead to assure her that he would protect her always.

He was going to kiss her lips but our shy Nandu turned herself. Manik started giving open mouth kisses on her back, making her shudder.
Nandini was just trying to control her moans, but everytime she  failed miserably.

Finally unable to bear Manik's torchers, she turned once again and hugged him tight, she cupped his face and he held her waist tighly, they had their legs all tangled.

Manik came a little down, towards her navel, he moved her top upwards and started kissing it. Nandini felt new sensations, She got goosebumps.She was confused about her feelings, she was so overwhelmed in a good way with Manik's love.
She stopped Manik with her hands and moaned " Manik "

" Yes? you don't want to do it ha?  Are the notes
too high? "
teased Manik, drawing patterns on her waist.

She took her hands back.
He removed all their clothes,  covered both of them with the duvet and made her his forever.  Nandini felt a jolt of pain, she screamed Manik's name and was continuously moaning.

" Shhh!! Meri jaan, bas it's done, abhi theek ho jayega He cupped her face and kissed her forehead  baby shh!  Don't be so harsh on yourself.Let yourself loose. I am here, your Manik is here "

he spoke all the comforting words existing in the dictionary as he heard her soft cries. After they were done making love to their heart's content, Manik laid beside her and made her sleep on top of him.

" Theek ho? "
asked Manik , Nandini just hmmed.

" Tired? "
Manik asked, gently massaging her back.

" Yes, you loved me so much, now i can't even move, i love you "
And she made a cute pout, Manik felt blessed,  he pecked her pout.

" Accha theek hai, let's sleep,  I'll make you sleep, i love
you " 
he started caressing her hair, pecked each and every feature of her face and they both drifted off to sleep.

Flashback ends

Manglore

Nandini got conscious after half and hour, with a heavy head and saw Amms sitting beside her with a stern face.

" Kaisa feel kar rahi ho? "
asked Amms  with a little harshness in her voice.

" Better Amms "
Nandini replied, she was worried because of Amms cold behaviour.

" Baccha kiska hai? Tumhare pet mein? " 
Amms asked suddenly, throwing a bomb of shock Nandini's way,  Nandini looked flabbergasted, She felt so many emotions all together, she would've heard it wrong, then too she confirmed.

" Amms ye aap kya bol rahi ho? "
She was so scared right now.

" Jo sach hai wahi bol rahi hu Nandu,  tu maa banne wali hai. Tune mera sar sharm se jhuka diya Nandu "
Nandini gasped after she heard Amms, she saw the disgust in Amms eyes, she let them down.

" Amms mai maa banne wali hu? Mera baccha "
She touched her tummy and immediately felt a connection with someone who's going to be her whole world now, she threw all the thoughts out of her mind, and cried out of joy, caressing her tummy.

" Amms i am sorry. Mujhe pata hain, I've let you down, i apologize Amms, mujhe naaf kar dijiye, par isme mere bacche ka kya kasur hai?
Jo galti maine ki hai uska asar mai mere bacche par nahi padne dungi.

Ab toh mujhe ek aur insaan ko proud feel karwana hain. Mere bacche ko, ab toh mai aur bhi successful banna chahti hoon. Kyuki mujhe mere bacche ko accha future dena hai. Mai aap sabka naam roshan karungi. Please mujhe yeh baccha abort karne ke liye mat kahiyega "
She begged before Amms, crying continuously, she was so overwhelmed, she was going to be a mother, she just knew one thing, she wanted this baby.

" Nandini maine tujhe Mumbai padhne ke liye bheja tha, tune mera bharosa tod diya.
Mujhe garv tha tujhpe, lekin aaj, you broke my trust Nandini "
Amms didn't even look into Nandini's eyes, she was way too mad at Nandini.

" Amms mai janti hu mujhse bohot badi galti hui hai,  aap mujhe datiye,  mariye, do anything you want, par mere bacche ko kuch mat kariye "
She joined her hands in front of Amms and cried, she was scared, she didn't wang to abort this baby, she was so sure about her decision.

" Mujhe sirf itna batao ye baccha kiska hai? "
Amms asked angrily, but nandini kept mum as realisation hit her.

Amms was way too mad at her, and looking at Nandini's eyes lowered down, she felt angrier, she never wanted Nandini to do something that would make her lower her eyes before her, having enough Amms slapped Nandini hard and asked
" Nandini, batao, kiska baccha hain yeh? "

Nandini held her cheeks and mumbled
" Manik Malhotra ka khoon hain "

" Humne tujhe Manik ke saath rehne ki zyada hi aazadi de di thi. Mai manik ko phone laga rahi hu, aur bata rahi hu "
said Amms angrily.

" Amms nahi please, usse mat bulaiye. Main apne bacche ke upar uska saaya bhi nhi padne dena chahti. Please Amms.
I am sorry Amms. Mai bohot buri beti hu, par mai aapse bohot pyaar karti hu Amms "
Amms could see the anger and madness in Nandini's eyes when she requested her to not call Manik.

" wah! Iss bacche ke baap ko khabar hi na karoon mai? Toh kaise jiyogi tum apni zindagi? Sab is bacche ko najayaz bulayege, samjhi tum?  "
Amms tried to give Nandini a reality check, she knew how difficult it was for a single mother to survive in this world.

" Apne aur apne bacche ka khayal rakhungi apne bal buten pe, (on my own will)
aur acchi zindagi bhi jiyungi, apni sharto par. Ye wada hai Nandini Murthy ka aapse aur mere bacche se "
Amms was shocked to see Nandini so adamant and confident about her decision.

......

I know some of y'all must be upset with Nandini's pregnancy, but i assure you, this story is going to be different than the rest, i wanted to show, how a single mother can raise a baby on her own, A baby doesn't make you weak, it makes you stronger, as now you have two to protect.
