no_jams_club (Enjoy your story!)

You and your boyfriend Jeno are at his house, getting ready for a dinner with your family, Jeno is really nervous.

You're in the mirror applying makeup and fixing your necklace as he ties his tie. You're nearly done and so is he.

"I'm so nervous, I'm shaking..." He finishes fidgeting with his tie. You shake your head and walk to him.

"We'll be fine, you'll do fine, trust me..." You smile up at him, adjusting his belt buckle.

"I-I'm still not so sure about this..." He looks down at you. "Don't be so nervous baby, you'll be fine." You say.

"You really think so Y/N?"

He looks at you, feeling embarrassed.

You kiss his nose and giggle.

"I know so." You smile up at him.

The two of you hurry out of the front door and wait as Jeno nervously fixes his blazer.

"But, want if they don't like me? what if they're all like, 'ooh, that's your boyfriend?' I don't wanna be judged..."

Your boyfriend complains. You shake your head. "They won't, don't worry!" You dust off his shirt.

"But, but, bu-" You stop him. "'But' nothing, we'll be fine!" You say.

"If you say so, Y/N..." He sighs as you two start walking to your door. "You'll do great, I promise." You assure him.

"I believe you." He says as you ring the doorbell. "Hello you two, how lovely it is to see you!"

Your little cousin answers the door with a small smile. Jeno has a wide grin on his face as you both walk inside.

"Thank you, sweetie." You smile back at your younger cousin as she locks the door.

You look at Jeno as he admires the meal in front of him on the dark oak table.

"Dinner looks delicious, you all did great." He says, pulling a chair out for you.

"Thank you Jeno, we've heard a lot about you, tell us about yourself."

Your mother says while handing out forks to everyone.

"Uh..." He get nervous, holding your hand tight. You turn to him. "He's in NCT as well." You spill.

"How nice!" Your mother cheers. "Haha, thank you miss L/N."

You smile at your family as you all eat, talk, and play twenty questions. "Have you ever tried snow boarding?"

Your cousin asks out of curiosity. "Hm? Oh, umm...I tried it once and nearly died." He jokes. "Cool." He responds.

You giggle with him and keep eating. "Have you ever tried bowling?" He asks your cousin. "Yes, I really liked it too."

They keep speaking about it, as you start cleaning up the table.

"What about games?" He asks.

"Overwatch, League of legends, and..."
Jeno looks at you.

"...And anything Y/N likes." He teases.

You roll your eyes while stacking plates as you keep cleaning.

"No you don't, you like swearing every time you lose and whenever I wanna play you say, 'Not now, Y/N!'"

You joke. "Oh whatever!" He playfully taps your arm and you both laugh.

After that, you and Jeno hangout in the living room.

"Y/N, have you seen my newest dollhouse? I left it down here yesterd- h-hi!" Your little sister blushes.

Jeno looks at her and smiles, nearly squealing.

"Why, hello there little cutie!"
He bends down to your sister's height.

"Say hello to Jeno, sweetheart."
You encourage her.

"Would you like to play dolls?"
He asks while holding a doll up to her.

"M-mhm...yes please..."
She blushes more as she smiles at him.

You smile as he sits down with her.

"I'll be writing here if you need me..."
You say and then sit down.

Later on,

It becomes later in the night, almost ten o' clock, the both of you are singing your younger sister to sleep as the clock ticks to ten.

"So, I guess you have to be home soon?"

You asks as he kisses your sister's cheek and smiles sweetly.

"Mmm...yeah..." He nods to you.

"Let's get you home then."

"That'd be nice, thank you Y/N."

He stands up, having a hard time leaving the room.

"Mom, Dad, I'm taking Jeno home!"

You call to your parents.

"Okay, thanks for spending one with us, Jeno!" Your mom calls back.

"You're a good kid, stay that way!"
You dad jokes. You roll your eyes.

The two of you walk out after saying goodnight and stand on your porch.

"Thank you again for coming over..."
You smile shyly.

"No problem, thank you for making me more comfortable about coming here."

He grabs your hand and you blush.

He leans closer to your ear and whispers.

"I love you Y/N, goodnight."
He kisses you and cups your cheeks.

"I-I love you t-too, Jeno..."

You stay still, frozen in a capsule of heat.

He smiles at the results of his kiss.
"Goodnight, princess..."

He starts walking to his house as you walk back inside.
