-being a trainee was hard

-but being on Idol Producer just made you downright nervous

-you were an individual trainee, so you didn't have your group to help you with your nerves

-at the self evaluation though

-you decided c rank was a good rank for you

- you knew you weren't the best trainee

-yet you also knew you weren't the worst

-after getting to the main room you introduced yourself

-and good go where there already a lot of people

-once again, you were somewhere in the middle for people coming in

-middle middle middle am i right

-to add to that, you sat somewhere in the fourties

-upper middle because you had at least a little confidence in yourself

-you ended up talking to some of the other trainees near you

-confidence boosting a little when you realized you had been a trainee for longer than them

-but then lowering again because you realized although they had been a trainee for less time, they still made it into the show

-what's confidence

-when you saw the board saying here was some one coming that already had millions of fans you got even more nervous

-and that's when Zhang Yixing and the other mentors walked in

-you and the other trainees let out a few cheers (and some screams)

-there were obviously some fanboys within the group

-the mentors did their thing and called one group or soloist up at a time to evaluate them

-after each person or group went you got more and more nervous

-i mean who wouldn't

-anyway you were next

-so you were a big bundle of nerves

-but honestly, you're amazing so like nothing to worry about so??

-but once again you don't enough confidence to believe that

-"And your name is," Yixing asked

-"(Y/N)"

-"How long have you been a trainee?"

-"About three years now"

-"How long have you been dancing?"

-"Since I was in primary (elementary) school"

-"Great, show us what you got please"

-you sung/rapped and danced your heart out

-like

-you tried your hardest

-and everyone could see it in the way you moved

-the flow of your movements

-the strength and tone of your voice

-your expression

-everything about you screamed "I'm here!"

-which is good in the world of being an idol

-you want to get noticed

-and good god did you

-when you finished, a few of the mentors had their mouths open in shock

-you were talented

-just wouldn't admit it

-"First of all, there's a lot I could say about you performance"

-you heart sunk

-"But I'll hold back for now, so here's what I will say; what I heard from you just now is quality to be an idol, but the problem is I can tell you lack confidence. You looked amazing and did amazing, it seems all of your nerves faded as soon as you started going, but before that you just seemed like a nervous bunny in front of a fox."

-You nodded with wide eyes

-"We may seem scary, but we're just here to help," Jackson says, smiling

-you smile back

-"Anyway, can you give us a moment to discuss your rank," Yixing asks

-you nod, awkwardly standing in front of them

-"(L/N) (Y/N). F rank, none. D rank, none. C rank, none. B rank, none."

-he paused

-like he does

-to make the wait that much harder

-thanks Yixing

-"Congratulations on a rank."

-you bowed in thanks as the other trainees screamed

-you put the sticker on and quickly made your way back to your seat

-"that was impressive," one of the trainees said

-throughout your time on idol producer, more and more trainees got eliminated over time

-but since you were still there, and still going strong, you had slowly had more and more conversations with Yixing and the other mentors

-"Zhang PD?"

-"Yea?"

-"What are you doing?"

-"I'm watching you dance?"

-"Why?"

-"Because I want to?"

-"But why?"

-"Because you're good?"

-"Then you should be watching yourself."

-"Is that sass I sense?"

-"I'd hope you could sense it, knowing how you're right there."

-"Is there anything wrong with me watching you dance?"

-"I feel like you're judging me."

-"But that means I can help you, (Y/N)."

-"Fine. What do I need to work on?"

-"How sassy you are, and your confidence."

-"And how would I go about doing that?"

-"You have an idol right here that'd be glad to help."

-"What would you do that'd help me with that?"

-"Dance with you?"

-"I don't need a freaking dancing god over here showing me that I'm nothing yet compared to him."

-"I'm a dancing god?"

-"Have you ever seen yourself dance, Zhang PD?"

-"You know you can just call me Yixing when it's just the two of us, it feels too formal for you to call me PD. But either way, I try to not make it a thing to always stare at myself. I do when I'm learning a dance and when I'm fixing things though."

-you just look at him like hes crazy

-he gives you a confused look

-"Did I do something wrong?"

-"You're an idiot. But how are you even gonna dance in that anyway?"

-"I guess I didn't think of that. Can I go change and then come back?"

-"I make no promises."

-"Fine. I'll just tell you when to stop and then I'll give you tips for that part of the dance."

-you continued dancing

-he stopped you

-so you froze in your position

-he walks behind you

-you had no clue what he was doing

-until he put his hands on your waist

-you yelped slightly, not expecting it

-"Calm down, I won't hurt you, just gonna adjust your position slightly. It'll make it a lot easier to get into and out of."

-he adjusted you hips slightly

-and moved down to your feet

-and tapped them till he thought they were in a good position

-"Think you can restart and try it like that?"

-you nodded

-the two of you kept at this for a good hour or two

-you being exhausted by the end

-Yixing having a proud smirk on his face

-"That's what it feels like to be an idol, except longer. But great improvement, I'm looking forward to the next dance you put on."

-you mumbled a thanks while giving him a light smile

-when you performed next time he had to contain his smile

-because good god did you do good

-if he thought you were idol quality at first

-he now thinks you're top idol quality

-he can't say he didn't enjoy the rather sexual moments of your dance

-partially because you were really into it

-and were not aware of the expressions you were making

-sending shocks right through this man

-after you had finished he couldn't speak for a good minute because he was still so shocked

-wasn't expecting you to improve that much after the one hour session with him

-now he wants to do it more often just to see this

-he's quickly becoming a fanboy of yours

-all the other mentor can see it but decide to not comment on it

-until it was your turn to work with one of the dance mentors

-because he was in their adjusting your postion

-again

-and good god was Zhuo Jieqiong not ready for that

-"W-what? Am I interrupting something?"

-Yixing looked over at her with his hand still on your thigh

-"It's nothing," he responded calmy

-yet you were freaking out internally

-of course the cameras caught this too

-great

-anyway

-Yixing finished fixing your position and then moved back to his chair

-which is when Jieqiong took over

-she was quite impressed with how far you've come within this show

-but now she knows the reason

-but she thinks it's cute

-that you're not even an idol yet and you're already catching eyes like that

-she'd be amazed if you weren't in the top nine participants

-because damn can you dance

-and your voice/rapping isn't nearly half bad either

-once again, you tend to captivate Yixing

-so you seemed to be doing something right

-partially because he'll call you out on any tiny thing

-as we've seen

-he never fails to call you out still

-but he seems much more loving now than he did at the beginning

-pleasant change

-either way

-Yixing danced with you every once in a while

-and boy did the two of you enjoy it

-most times it was the two of you messing around and having fun

-and then just sitting on the floor together talking about life

-and boy did he have some funny stories

-especially about his group

-you could tell how much he cared about them

-which was really nice

-and really attractive

-because he's just really attractive in general

-it's rude

- throughout the course of idol producer the two of you had gotten closer and closer

-like super close

-you've gotten past the point of calling him Zhang PD

-even forgot a couple of times while filming

-whoops

-you're not sorry though

-at the end of the show

-you got so happy

-that you accidentally kissed him

-on camera

-and he kissed back

-causing much cheering from other trainees and mentors

-when you pulled away your face was bright red

-"Well that was an experience that I very much enjoyed."

-your face got even brighter, and you lightly punched his arm

-he wrapped his arm around your shoulder and smiled at the camera

-and that's how the two of you got together

-when EXO heard about it

-they spammed him with texts

-gotta be supportive of the only middle height man in EXO am i right

-they were all happy to see him so happy

-and they also loved your dancing

-Yixing got low key mad when they asked him to send a video of you dancing

-but then realized you were becoming an idol, so he wouldn't be able to keep your dancing for himself

-dangit

-you did dance for him pretty often though

-or he'd just dance with you

-which sometimes ended up being pretty sexual

-whoops?
