Part 2: Stray Kids (Han Jisung, Lee Minho and Yang Jeongin)

"So, we have to find Ieni and successfully reach the border of the town without being attacked by vampires?" Han Jisung of the popular K-Pop group, Stray Kids questions, tapping his chin in thought. "And, on top of it, the others will be battling against us to succeed and win in the mission?"

"That's what I'm gathering from it," Lee Minho, better known as Lee Know, remarks, pulling on gloves.

"Why do I have a bad feeling about this?" Han says, shaking his head.

"I refuse to let anyone one-up Minsung!" Lee Know growls.

"Well, yeah, but...I don't know...I just feel..." Han looks around at the town's settings. "It just sounds odd and feels odd."

Lee Know puts his hands on his hips. "Do I not own that ass of yours?"

Han glances to the side, trying to look at his own behind. "Yes..."

"Remember what happened to Hyunjinnie when he tried?" Lee Know presses.

"Yeah..." A blush comes to Han's squirrely cheeks.

"So, if any vampires decide they want to dare lay a finger on you, I'll go batshit crazy and teach them about messing around, touching my stuff. Got it?" Lee Know says, cockily. "You don't touch what isn't yours."

Han chuckles.

Lee Know looks around. "So, finding Bang Chan's adoptive child..." He gives his head a toss. "I guess we'll just walk around a little bit, get to know the surroundings, hang out, you know..."

Han nods, foldings his arms. "You're going to make this up as we go along, right?"

Lee Know begins to walk away. "I won't have to, if we gain knowledge of this town and the spots of the others."

"True," Han says and skips to catch up with Lee Know.

Lee Know and Han wander around the oak tree, finding the forest patch beyond it. But as they roam around, one thing becomes clear to them. Where are the others? Where are the inhabitants? Where is anyone?

Lee Know begins to question things as they return to the space by the giant oak. He leans against the trunk of the grand oak and looks in the direction of the woods. "You don't think...in there?"

Han follows his stare and shrugs.

"Well, isn't this precious...?" a voice sneers from behind them.

Han and Lee Know whip around, Lee Know almost slipping off the trunk. They find a black cloaked figure with dark black hair meandering toward them. Han gasps and Lee Know instantly draws up his fists.

"Put the fists away, pretty boy. You don't wanna try to use those on me," the man snarls.

"Woojin, I know that voice anywhere," Han says.

"Surprise," Woojin remarks, flashes a pair of sharp canines.

"You're a vampire now?" Lee Know questions, his eyebrows furrowed.

"I think the role really suits me, huh? Easier to poke holes in the precious maknae's neck." Woojin snickers to himself.

"Where's I.N?" Lee Know spits out.

"Maybe you should make me tell you!" Woojin eggs on.

"With pleasure." Lee Know leaves Han and charges at Woojin.

Woojin smirks and steps back, leading Lee Know further away from Han. Han screams as more vampires emerge from the woods behind the oak. He looks around for an exit scheme, ultimately lifting his fists up to fight back.

Lee Know strikes Woojin and pins him to the ground, growling with viciousness. He winds back with a fist, when Han's shrill scream distracts his anger for a split second. Lee Know snaps his head in the direction of the tree, seeing a vampire holding Han, one arm wrapped around his neck.

"Hannie!!" Lee Know shouts out.

Woojin cackles. "Who's more important to you?"

Lee Know's head snaps to Woojin and he unleashes blow after blow at the ex-Stray Kid. "BOTH!"

Woojin's cocky, evil laughing slowly turns to gasps of terror. Blood gushes from his nose and mouth as Lee Know, unrelentingly, strikes him left and right with fists. When he is satisfied that Woojin is down and out, bloodied and bruised enough, he pulls back and climbs off of him and makes a beeline to the tree.

He punches down all the other vampires, including one that was stalking to help the hostage-holding one out with Han. Then with a furious grunt, he spins around and strikes the one holding Han on the ribs.

With a shocked and pained gasp, the vampire holding Han hostage, laxes his grip enough for Han to slip out.

Lee Know seizes Han's arm and yanks him behind him.

As the vampire recovers, glancing at its beaten leader, Lee Know points out with a sharp index finger at his face and growls, "Now where's Bang Chan's adoptive child!" His grip tightens on Han's arm, just in case.

The vampire rubs his ribcage and he looks, blinking, at Lee Know. He shrugs.

Lee Know jams his fingers against the vampire's chest and pushes him against the tree's trunk. "Where. Is. I.N?!"

The vampire, seeing the fury in Lee Know's eyes, blurts out, "The woods."

Lee Know steps back and pulls Han along with him toward the woods. He stops and turns back, seeing Woojin being helped up by the only remaining vampire minion (the one who'd just been threatened).

"Oh, for the record, Woojin and friends, I don't like anyone who picks on my boyfriend like that!"

With that, Lee Know pulls Han with him into the woods to find I.N. They are able to find him in a small animal cage, curled up and hugging his legs close to him. He looks up and smiles at the sight of them.

"Minsung!!" I.N. exclaims. "My favorite hero duo!"

Lee Know rolls his eyes, while Han chuckles.
