Moon Tae-il walks into the lobby of a hospital's emergency room. He walks up to the front desk, where a receptionist greets him with a smile. Tae-il leans against the flat, smooth top and lifts a hand up to his head, as he sings:

"Matters of the heart?

This sickness that kills me slowly..."

The receptionist seems to sign him in and quickly a nurse comes to grab him and lead him through the hospital to a patient room set up for him.

All the while, he sings:

"Bleeding from the inside out

Once again your love remains

The reason of my being

Yet your poison runs in my veins."

Tae-il is forced to sit in a recliner chair with handrails as he sings and acts sickly. The nurse hooks him up and then leaves him alone in the room, locking him inside. Tae-il continues to sing:

"You're my life and love

But I can't deny

Your wicked way of loving me."

An actress named Park Chae-young enters the room as a stereotypical "dark doctor." She appears to intoxicate Tae-il, before finally jamming a syringe with sparkling pink liquid in it into his neck.

At once, Tae-il falls unconscious in the chair.

Lee Dong-hyuck (or better known as Haechan to fans and his bandmates) races through the hospital wings, fear and worry on his face.

He sings:

"The sick and twisted lies you tell

I thought I knew you,

My shelter from all the pain,

But I only want you can love me."

The lady doctor, Chae-young, appears and blocks Haechan's pathway, causing him to halt in place. She begins to seduce Haechan and distract him.

At this point, Yoon Jeong-han appears, singing out in a beautiful falsetto: "Why must you hurt me again?"

Haechan shoves Chae-young away, remembering his original mission. He dashes off once more.

Chae-young catches herself and looks after him in a shocked disgust. She eventually grins though.

Jeong-han joins Haechan, running through the halls.

As they run, Tae-il's voice can be heard singing with Haechan's:

"I love you, you know I do,

And you love me, our love is so true.

I don't understand

Is it true or is it false?"

Haechan and Jeong-han search various rooms and then finally stumble upon the locked one that contains the unconscious Tae-il in it.

Haechan and Tae-il's duo-harmony of the chorus of the song, continues as the two attempt to get the door open:

"The suspense is stopping my pulse

Tell me the truth and no more lies

Because it all hurts more than saying goodbye

This toxic love, this toxic romance."

Jo Jin-ho arrives in the hallway, walking toward the two. He gestures for them to stand back and unleashes a high-note verse that breaks open the door:

"I can't take this anymore,

I wanna break free

I'm sick of living in this nightmare dream!"

There's silence as the three find Tae-il in the room, slumped in the chair and seemingly lifeless. Haechan gasps.

Jeong-han whisper-sings: "Why don't you set me free?"

Haechan rushes to Tae-il, panicking. His heart catching in his chest. "Tae-il-hyung?!"

Jeong-han and Jin-ho share a look with one another, but stay back at the door.

Tae-il remains unmoving.

Haechan scoops him up as quickly and carefully as he can manage to in his arms. After a few tense seconds, he spins around, Tae-il limply held in his arms. Jeong-han and Jin-ho step back, out of the room and allow Haechan to exit, carrying Tae-il.

"Don't worry, Tae-il-hyung, we're gonna get you out of here!"

"HEY!" a voice shouts out. "STOP THEM!" It's Chae-young, who's surround by a bunch of creepy, masked doctors that hold syringes up and poised at ready.

"RUN!" Jin-ho shouts out.

Jin-ho, Jeong-han and Haechan (carrying Tae-il) race down the hall and plunge into a stairwell. The creepy doctor minions give chase.

As they run, a voice-over singing of the group for the chorus echoes:

"I love you, you know I do,

And you love me, our love is so true

I don't understand

Is it true or is it false?

The suspense is stopping my pulse

Tell me the truth and no more lies

Because it all hurts more than saying goodbye..."

They burst from the stairwell exit, leading out into the large parking lot, where a van is waiting. Yoo Ki-hyun is sitting in the driver's seat.

"This toxic love, this toxic romance."

As they all get into the van, Ki-hyun puts the van in gear to prepare to launch off. He sings as he does this:

"Pushing and pulling against each other,

Is this how love should be?"

Jeong-han pulls the door to the van shut, singing out in his high falsetto: "Why don't you set me free?"

And the door slams shut. And the van launches off, the gas pedal punched down by Ki-hyun's foot.

The minions and Chae-young burst from the stairwell exit. One of them dives for the van as it peels off, leaving smoke.

But he is unsuccessful.

Chae-young screams in frustration.

The chorus is sung once more as the band gets away into the night:

"I love you, you know I do,

And you love me, our love is so true

I don't understand

Is it true or is it false?

The suspense is stopping my pulse

Because it all hurts more than saying goodbye

This toxic love, this toxic romance."

Tae-il jerks awake finally in Haechan's arms with a loud gasp that seems to end the song.

Ki-hyun stomps on the brake of the van as a boisterous, "CUT!!" echoes out.

The doors slide open by personnel and the boys are helped out.

Chae-young and the doctors are in the background a few feet away, getting attended to by make-up crews.

Haechan brushes himself off, focusing on fixing his clothes.

Tae-il, who is getting touched up by a make-up artist, smiles at him. "You think Royal will like this?"

Haechan's head snaps up to look at him. "Of course, hyung. We're brand new, no one has done a concept quite like this yet. We'll be amazing and do amazing and make every Royal proud!" He smiles sweetly, thinking about the group's fanbase.

"Lee Dong-hyuck!" a voice calls out. "You're needed at once by CEO, Ji-young-ssi!"

Haechan blinks, looking toward a young woman with bright purple hair. She has a clipboard clutched in her hands.

"Oh, what did you do now, Haechan-ah?" Jin-ho complains with a slight whine.

The purple haired girl turns to him. "What do you think, Jin-ho-ya? He's the center of another classic K-Pop dating rumor."

"Who this time?" Jeong-han questions. "Tae-il?" He scares the make-up artist, causing her to back away and then he jumps Tae-il from behind with a huge hug. "Tae-il and Haechan, Hyuckil, Royal's favorite couple!"

Tae-il groans. "Get off, Jeong-han-ah!"

"Why, cause I'm not Haechan?" Jeong-han continues to tease.

Haechan rolls his eyes and eyes the purple haired girl up and down. "Leave him alone. Who is it, Mi-sun?"

Mi-sun grins at him. "Shin Ryu-jin of Dahlia."
