So today, while Totoko-chan and I were playing badminton together, our birdie flew over the fence, so I went to go get it.

Unfortunately, it landed in a nearby trashcan, so I had to go search for it (I know I could've just gotten a new one, but we didn't have that many birdies at hand at the moment).

Me: Whew, it stinks! Where is that birdie, though? It shouldn't be too deep in...

Dayon: *suddenly pops out of the trashcan like a demon* DAYON!!!

Me: WAH! *falls down out of surprise*

That scared me! Well, shortly after, I was able to find the birdie, so all's well that ends well??,,
