In the closing moments, Bryan Danielson attempts his signature move, the Running Knee, but Cody sidesteps, putting the Referee in harm's way. Through all of the confusion, Jack McMahon, who's been biding his time at ringside, attempts to hit Bryan Danielson with the JWF Thunder Championship, but just in the nick of time, Danielson ducks, and Jack nails Cody with the title.

Danielson hits Jack with an elbow, then realizes his opportunity. He stalks Cody from the corner, then as Cody gets to his feet, Danielson knocks his head clean off of his shoulders with a Running Knee! A new referee comes in to count the 3 count, and Danielson has done it!

Kayla: Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome; Cody Johnson!

The former JWF Thunder Champion, Cody Johnson, slinks into the ring with an air of disdain, the effects of his recent loss still lingering. The crowd watches, uncertain of what to expect from the All-Star of Pro Wrestling after Bryan Danielson claimed the Thunder Championship six days earlier.

Cody Johnson: (Smirking) Well, well, well. Look at all of you, still hanging on to that little glimmer of hope from six days ago. 

Cody Johnson: Bryan Danielson, congratulations. You managed to capitalize on a moment of weakness, and now you hold a title that once adorned my waist.

Cody rolls his eyes, displaying his disdain for the situation.

Cody Johnson: But don't think for a second that this is the end. Bryan, you may have your moment in the sun, but I'm not done with you. I'm not here to issue a challenge; I'm here to make a promise. When I decide the time is right, when I'm good and ready, I'll take back what's rightfully mine—the Thunder Championship.

Bryan Danielson: (Smirking) Well, well, well, Cody. It seems like you just can't stand to be out of the spotlight for too long. 

The crowd cheers in approval of Danielson's confident demeanor.

Cody Johnson: (Rolling his eyes) What do you want, Danielson? Here to bask in the glory you stole from me?

Bryan Danielson: (Chuckling) Stole? Unlike you, Cody, I won that championship fair and square. But hey, I'm not here to argue with you. I'm here to accept your promise.

Cody Johnson: (Confused) Accept my promise? What are you talking about?

Bryan Danielson: (Smirking) You said you'll take back what's rightfully yours, right? Well, I'm here to tell you, Cody, that whenever you're ready, I'll be more than happy to welcome you into the ring again.

Cody Johnson: Oh, how noble of you, Danielson. But I don't need your permission. When I decide, I'll come take that title back.

Bryan Danielson: I'll be waiting, Cody. Just remember, the Thunder Championship is right where it belongs right now.
